The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

従業員の方は全員丁寧で優しく、柔軟に対応してくれました。部屋はとても綺麗で、水回り等も問題なく使えました。 タオルも必要な分を申請するとその都度もらうことができ、ツアーでタオルが余分に欲しい時もすぐに対応してくれました。 また毎日水も無料で補充してくれたので、水の心配も要りませんでした。 とにかく大満足な旅行になったのはこのエアビのおかげです。 本当にありがとうございました。

will definitely book this place again if we are to go back to Cebu/Lapu-Lapu. place is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and with an easy access to groceries, churches, restaurants and public transpo with a super fast internet connection. very spacious living, kitchen and bedrooms. no water and power supply outages definitely a recommended place to stay 💯

Anne is seriously the best! Super responsive and just all-around nice. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and tidy. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were generously provided. The kitchen is also equipped that you can cook without any problem. You'll receive more than your money's worth. Plus, here's a cool thing - thanks to the location of the room, you hardly need the AC. The window's breeze does the job perfectly. Anne and her place are a total gem. Wow, what a gem this place is! The location is incredibly convenient - everything you need is nearby, from food and groceries to laundry services. Plus, it’s just a short ride away from all the must-see spots in Cebu City, which was a huge bonus for us. We were a group of seven, and there was definitely enough room for more people. The bathrooms were clean, the showers worked perfectly, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The neighborhood was also nice - quiet, peaceful, and safe. A huge shoutout to Ma'am Marj and Sir Jojo, who made our stay feel so welcoming. They were both super accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we visit Cebu! Thank you for letting us stay at your airbnb. It was a wonderful experience, and we loved that we can order from our room. The T.V. had youtube and netflix which never lagged. We also liked that it was a gated area. We felt very safe. Daghan salamat.

The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She will respond to all of your inquiries. Everything you need is already in the venue because it is well furnished. Despite being somewhat remote, the location is incredibly peaceful and comfortable. You really get what you pay for. It has the impression of being your own home for your entire stay. the house is cozy and comfortable, and quite close to a main road, a 7/11 and a pharmacy. the bedroom is fresh, comfy and decorated in a style coherent with the one chosen for the living room, with a pleasant color pattern basend on the contrast between orange and tiel, or a very light blue. the place has style, and the host is open to accomodations

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

We originally booked another Airbnb in Cebu, but it was in poor condition. Thankfully, we found this beautiful place and reached out to Yen at 9 PM. She responded immediately and made sure everything was ready for us to check in that same night. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning – spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It’s also in a prime location, within walking distance to dive clubs, grocery stores, and restaurants (we easily walked everywhere). The two balconies are a perfect spot to unwind in the evening, with a fantastic view to enjoy. Yen is extremely responsive as well as incredibly warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu!
