I recently stayed here for one night, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out, making me feel right at home. Even though it was a short visit, I truly appreciated the comfort and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Affordable Condo w/ Pool, Shower Heater & Wi-Fi

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

Place was exactly as described and we were very comfortable with many amenities and food options nearby. Place was easy to find and public parking for our vehicle was only couple minutes away across the street. I would highly recommended Claire’s place and will stay again next time I come to the IT park area.

Apartment Condo with wi-fi, pool view

Tje place is so perfect, clean, swimming pool is so accessible and clean. The only thing is, it is a little but far from the Airport. Travel time is 30 mins approximately, but all in all, I love the place!! I am sure to come back at Saekyung ☺️

Everything was great about this place. There is a 7-Eleven close by and also D&A Food Outlet restaurant that delivers free to all the buildings nearby. Access to great swimming pools and basketball court. The parking is first come first serve in front of the building however it’s nice outside most days so having to walk a little bit to the visitor parking no problem. Don’t hesitate to book this place. I’ll be back again. This is my third time.

We had a great stay at this place! The host was very responsive and friendly, which made the experience even better. We did encounter an issue with the toilet flushing when we arrived, but the host quickly addressed the problem, and we’re grateful for the prompt resolution. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The place was lovely and well-maintained. The only minor downside was that the blankets were a bit small for taller or bigger individuals, but it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

vielen Dank für diese tolle Unterkunft. ich habe mich gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. die Schlafzimmer sind äußerst bequem, das Wohnzimmer ist groß und geräumig. die Küche ist super ausgestattet. ich werde definitiv bei meinem nächsten Besuch in cebu wieder dort buchen. vielen Dank für die Unterstützung

THANK YOU Robert and Anjelyn for being so accommodating to my family and I. I got lucky that your home was available and was only minutes away from my family. The Lunana complex is secure with a 24hr security guard which was extremely important for us, there were lots of children that my kids were able to play with. We enjoyed the swimming pool and basketball court which was perfect. Both Robert and Anjelyn responded immediately any time I had questions. I was very happy that they provided a deep clean while I was away for a few days during our 3 week stay. When I come back to Minglanilla, I will definitely be booking with Robert and Anjelyn! 10/10 recommend!

A clean and tidy accommodation. It is located close to the downtown area. There is a 24-hour water vending machine on the first floor of the accommodation, and there is also a small mart, making it convenient to purchase daily necessities. The friendly and kind host👍👍 provides quick responses.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! It’s peaceful which makes it the best place to relax. The room is super clean. My favorite thing is the shower and the bed. Sadly, the pool is under maintenance. Will recommend this to my friends!

I’ve stayed at this Airbnb twice now, and each time has been a great experience! Marites is an amazing host—she was very accommodating with my late check-in and check-out requests, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it an easy choice for my stays. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

LOCATION: It is near the IT Park which is very accessible to many shops. CHECKIN: Hassle-free. You just need to show ID to the guard for processing and you’re good to go. PLACE: Very clean and a nice home to stay. The key provided is very handy which is good. HOST: Very responsive and is willing to cater to your requests if possible.
