A homey place managed by an indeed super host - such a cozy unit with a nice bayview. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The condo staff are likewise very friendly. Highly recommended! 🥰✨

What a delightful stay at this Airbnb, indeed! The place was immaculate, with charm and coziness, but most importantly, my every ounce of being felt secure. One could see that the hosts had carefully worked towards offering an inviting and comfortable experience for every guest. Also, the location was also convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions while being quiet enough for a restful stay. Great value! Here, you expect little, and you get so much more for such an affordable price. Petri was gracious, personal, and always ready to help. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and would gladly stay again!"

I had a great time!! The place is perfect. Very peaceful, love the sauna, pool and the community. Near IT park, but the place is so quiet and peaceful. They even provided a Christmas welcome basket. Trixia and Gary are very accommodating too. Will definitely comeback here. Well deserved stars!!

Eyrol and Ritchelle are great hosts - very responsive and very accommodating! The place is clean, instructions on the self check in and check out are clear and the place is easy to find via google maps. Staff are very friendly and helpful and they are also knowledgeable about the area around. Parking can be arranged as well if you need it. Pool is clean and you can also do some workouts in the gym. The whole place is cozy and quiet. I was able to sleep really well and I had no problems driving from the place, all the way to the airport for my flight. I'll definitely book again, next time! 🙂

Loida is an amazing host—super experienced, proactive, and genuinely cares about making your stay smooth and hassle-free. From the moment we arrived, everything was easy and well thought out. Her Airbnb is not just sparkling clean but also really cozy and functional, so we had zero issues during our stay. The space is beautifully designed, making it the perfect spot to relax and get a good night’s sleep. If I had to nitpick, the water pressure in the toilet was a bit strong, but honestly, that’s such a tiny thing compared to how great everything else was. We’re so grateful for such a wonderful stay—highly recommend!

The place is very cosy, i really feel comfortable, the pool is very nice, area is easy access and relaxing. The Host is very helpful in every request i had, we are traveling with kids so i’m a bit handful but his so patient with me, so thoughtful to let us stay until we moved to another unit. Also i would like to thank his staff for being so nice even i’m requesting stuff that we need. Will surely recommend and be back again here ❤️

Convenient, there's a newly opened cafe downstairs, Laundry right across the Condo. Loved that there is a Gym and Pool, thoroughly enjoyed using the facilities. Walking distance to IT park. Probably the only Airbnb in the area that offers late checkout so i loved the flexibility and you don't have to rush in the morning just to checkout.

Ivy Eve was very responsive even when there were unexpected glitches. Although she does not live locally, many family members took care of any issue. The space is quiet, peaceful and the high ceiling adds a positive vibe. Great location right in the heart of Mactan Newtown. Would definitely stay again.

The place is really worth a stay. Better than No8 Blvd ;-). You have a very friendly and helpful staff. The condo is right as shown in the description+ a washing machine/dryer in a room next to the kitchen. The building has a great pool area (monday maintanace day), a tennis court, a small but absolutely clean gym, also suitable for girls and a walking distance to the robinsons, 7eleven, watsons. You have Mr DIY, massage and a small market in 10min walking distance. There is also the privat beach compound. It is very beautiful with privat places to sit, a bar and amenities for food. The entrance fee is 350P, that is what we didn‘t expect. Last year Dec it was free to people who rent condos in Mactan NT. Thanx for having us, totally recommended 🌸🙏🏽selamat dong

The Host is very responsive during the reservation, but we wanted to address some concerns though we have not reported this issue during the stay but we wanted to leave a relevant review to what we experienced. First, the sink is clogged. Second, the place provided is not accurately the same to what is posted on Airbnb But all in all we appreciate how kind and responsive the Host is to accommodate our requests.

My stay here was perfect. I usually have some small recommendations for one thing or another, but this location had everything. Very thoughtful owner always responded to me very quickly if I had any questions and this is a great complex to stay. I really enjoyed the pool great for swimming laps and the gym. Would recommend.

Very comfortable condo to relax. Great location in Mactan Newtown. Peaceful area with good security. Also a big thank you, I left some clothing items behind when I was going to my next accommodation and the staff thoughtfully delivered it to the concierge desk for my pick up. Very much appreciated!!
