The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was great if you want to just relax but also a great distance from the city if you want to explore more. She’s very good at communicating and responds quickly to our questions. Thank you and we will definitely come back!

THANK YOU Robert and Anjelyn for being so accommodating to my family and I. I got lucky that your home was available and was only minutes away from my family. The Lunana complex is secure with a 24hr security guard which was extremely important for us, there were lots of children that my kids were able to play with. We enjoyed the swimming pool and basketball court which was perfect. Both Robert and Anjelyn responded immediately any time I had questions. I was very happy that they provided a deep clean while I was away for a few days during our 3 week stay. When I come back to Minglanilla, I will definitely be booking with Robert and Anjelyn! 10/10 recommend!

will definitely book this place again if we are to go back to Cebu/Lapu-Lapu. place is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and with an easy access to groceries, churches, restaurants and public transpo with a super fast internet connection. very spacious living, kitchen and bedrooms. no water and power supply outages definitely a recommended place to stay 💯

Anne is seriously the best! Super responsive and just all-around nice. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and tidy. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were generously provided. The kitchen is also equipped that you can cook without any problem. You'll receive more than your money's worth. Plus, here's a cool thing - thanks to the location of the room, you hardly need the AC. The window's breeze does the job perfectly. Anne and her place are a total gem. Ik ben een maand gebleven om te werken en in het weekend Cebu en omstreken te ontdekken. De plek is ideaal omdat je kan genieten van het zwembad, de rustiggevende tuin en het dakterras waar je kan zonnen of rustig ontbijten. In de omgeving is een winkelcentrum waar je kan eten, drinken en boodschappen doen. Uiteraard zijn er overal straatverkopers waar je lokaal eten en fruit kan halen. De supermarkt is handig voor producten zoals water, zonnebrand etc. De locatie zelf is wat ver van het ceuntrum van Cebu, maar binnen 30 minuten ben je in de stad (met Grab heb je zo taxi en eten besteld, voor je eigen deur). Het internet was goed genoeg om meetings te hebben en er was een bureautje waar ik kon zitten en werken. Pierre en Nelia waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk en gaven tips over wat er te doen was. Haar famlieleden waren ook zeer behulpzaam en als ik iets nodig had stonden ze voor mij klaar. Ik kijk met veel plezier terug naar het verblijf en zou zo volgend jaar weer boeken.

Wow, what a gem this place is! The location is incredibly convenient - everything you need is nearby, from food and groceries to laundry services. Plus, it’s just a short ride away from all the must-see spots in Cebu City, which was a huge bonus for us. We were a group of seven, and there was definitely enough room for more people. The bathrooms were clean, the showers worked perfectly, the bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. The neighborhood was also nice - quiet, peaceful, and safe. A huge shoutout to Ma'am Marj and Sir Jojo, who made our stay feel so welcoming. They were both super accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. We’ll definitely be booking this place again the next time we visit Cebu! Thank you so much, Ma'am Marj! ♥️ If you're a first-time visitor to Cebu and looking for a convenient, comfortable place to stay close to the main attractions, I highly recommend this one!

Thank you for letting us stay at your airbnb. It was a wonderful experience, and we loved that we can order from our room. The T.V. had youtube and netflix which never lagged. We also liked that it was a gated area. We felt very safe. Daghan salamat.

the house is cozy and comfortable, and quite close to a main road, a 7/11 and a pharmacy. the bedroom is fresh, comfy and decorated in a style coherent with the one chosen for the living room, with a pleasant color pattern basend on the contrast between orange and tiel, or a very light blue. the place has style, and the host is open to accomodations

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay for 3 months tremendously. Being near to our famy helped, but the house is very nice. We appreciated especially all the available appliances, towels, blankets and kitchenware. The host is very fast to response and the local caretaker was available immediately when we needed her. We are already expecting to be back this or next year! This house is better than any hotel in the neighborhood. 5 stars on al categories.
