Mac was a great anf responsive host! He made sure that our stay was smooth sailing. The place was nice and cozy too! Exactly how it looks like in photos.

The host had an issue of the previous guest checking out really late so they were cramming up to get the room ready by the time I arrived. The situation was out of their control and the host made up for it by giving me some delicious pastries. Plus, the lobby had a good ambiance and was quiet as well so I didn’t really mind waiting. Other than that, my stay was perfect and encountered no issues even though they had limited time to clean the unit. The host was very communicative during the entire process from check-in till check-out. It’s the 3rd time that I booked for the same host and as per usual, my stays are always close to perfect. I’ll definitely book again.

숙소 위치가 뉴타운에 있어서 주변에 편의점, 마트, 식당, 카페들이 많아 좋았습니다! 뉴타운비치도 시설이 너무 좋아서 놀랐습니다. 무엇보다 호스트가 한국인이라 좋았던것 같습니다 ㅎ 다음에 세부오기된다면 다시 오고싶네요

Excellent host, great service, perfect place for family gathering with well maintained landscape, open area concept, air conditioned rooms, modern kitchen, clean and spacious bathrooms, close to town center and can accommodate lots of guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Good House is a well secured gated community. Nice e trike shuttle service in the area. Friendly and responsive personal. Very good: The kitchen and especially the air frier.

The place is superb! There’s no place like home, but at ANZA, you always feel right at home. The amenities are fantastic, and the caretaker is incredibly kind. A perfect place to unwind!

We absolutely loved our stay here, especially the working stations. You can choose the perfect spot to set up your laptop, making it ideal for anyone working remotely. As a virtual assistant, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a peaceful and productive environment. Sunsets and the skyline is just stunning! Although we didn't fully enjoy staying on the balcony because of the weather, everything else made up for it. Sadly, we couldn't enjoy the pool since it was under maintenance, but hopefully, we’ll get a chance to next time. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and we’re grateful to the host for making our time here so peaceful and enjoyable. We’d definitely love to come back to this beautiful place!

Out host Gemma is very responsive and accomodating. The place was great with clean accomdation with enough utensils for our cooking needs. The amout we paid for 3 nights stay (there was 4 of us) was not bad. I highly recommed this place or will stay again in the near future. Best location if your planning to join the CCM(cebu city marathon)

Thank you Grace, for the wonderful stay! The view is absolutely gorgeous, and I've got to admit that we spent so much time just admiring the view of the sea. Amenities is well provided for, and fully equipped! Highly recommend staying here if you want to be near the airport. Lots of food places within walking distance too.

The place is peaceful and we love that the unit is in the ground flr. The balcony is facing the pool so we enjoyed hanging out there. It is also very convenient when we had food delivered coz we didn't need to step out to get the orders. The riders just handed them to us at our balcony. The place has everything described and has all the necessities. The bed is very comfy, sheets and towels were fresh. The host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. We actually booked his place twice and will definitely stay at his place again. We had a wonderful and restful stay. Oh and there's a 7/11 right at the main entrance of the property. Wet market is also very close where we got our fresh fish, meat, and vegetables. There's also a sari-sari store across from the entrance that also sells cooked food (carenderia). Pharmacies and bakeries are also close. You can drive there and park at 7/11 or you can take a tricycle. The location is great and the place is wonderful!

I stayed a week in this 5x7m one room corner apartment with balcony facing South-Est. Unit on 6th floor, with view onto green space, but too low to prevent mosquitos entering. Kitchen provides basic equipment, good for breakfast and small cooking, I missed a toaster though. More than 10 pillows in different sizes and softness. Good WIFI (speed at 20Mbps up and 7Mbps down). Laundry can be picked up at the lobby, washed outside and returned during week days. Drinking water can be delivered for 25PhP, provided a 5 gallon bottle can be handed in (but there is none in the unit – however stock of 1 litre bottles in the kitchen for a 35Php each). An additional tower to the North is under construction now. Nuisance (noise and dust), bearable, since no work during night time. Closest supermarket in Newtown (4,5km). Public transport from the gate of AmiSa Excellent communication with co-host who received me personally. Good place to live. I will come again if I have own car. March 26, 2025

Our stay at La Mirada was PERFECT. It was quiet, cozy, clean and definitely felt like home. Our only regret was leaving! The views were amazing from all the windows in the unit. We got watch parasailing, jet skiers, a beautiful rainbow, and even the fireworks perfectly that were on display at the hotel Shangri La. It was a very comfortable unit with a nice big TV and sectional couch to cuddle up with my fiancée and binge watch our favorite movies on rainy days. Special thank you to Thomas. He lives in the building and is at your service.. We texted him directly and is an amazing host. Our last day I let him know I was checking out, and he mentioned he was on his way to the airport at that time. He asked if we needed a ride there since he was already going that way.. WOW! Now that’s 10 stars ⭐️ in my book. Thank you so much Thomas!! We will most definitely be back.

The balcony has a nice view, and the place was clean and well-maintained. The internet was stable, and having Netflix access was a nice touch. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. I relied on Grab for food and rides, which worked well. Overall, I had a good stay.
