I love the location. very peaceful , clean and convenient place. Many people jogging around the IT park and there are few street food stands and very nice cafe call The Spring ( open at 8 am ) We enjoyed morning jogging , gym facilities and swimming at the top of the building with amazing views. Hot water had an enough water power. There is a laundry shop at the ground floor and it was very useful. The host Jermey is responsible person. There is a department store and Ayala mall , just 7-8 min walk distance . 2 big supermarket has everything you need. Also 7 eleven everywhere. We had big luggages and not much storage space but it was only one night , that was ok !! The view from window was beautiful!! Roof top seining pool and amazing view is such a bonus!! Thank you !

We had a great stay at Aileen’s place. She was very responsive, friendly and accomodating with our needs. She was considerate when we asked to stay for a few hours. The place is quiet, has balcony with great view, and had everything we need. We love that there are many coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend. 🫶🏻

I like the place because it feels homey. It’s also close to the school where I took my exam and near several restaurants. The area is very safe and quiet.

Excellent host, very responsive! We needed additional towels and the host was there the same day to hand deliver the towels! The condo was neat and clean and the Air Con in the living room and bedroom was perfect!

The best part of this unit is the quick and easy access to the Ayala Mall. The building facilities are top notch and staff members are friendly, courteous and very helpful. The unit definitely is a higher end build based on the very spacious bathroom and big island in the kitchen. The host was extremely responsive and took only a few minutes to respond to all my texts. This place is highly recommended.

The hosts are very responsive and accommodating from the time I've inquired about their place up until we have checked-in. The neighborhood is private and secured as it's in a subdivision with guards. It is also near the convenience stores, cafès and restaurants, and tourist spots. You'll definitely get the bang for your buck.

We had a fantastic stay at Cathys place! The spacious living room was a standout feature, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. The price was very affordable, making it an excellent value for the experience. The host was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing any questions I had, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying here with our team. The housekeeping and the chef were fantastic. I had no idea how much of a difference it would make to not have to worry about those things. We enjoyed the stunning pool, karaoke, and property. It was truly a fabulous experience! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay for large families as it had 4 air conditioner bedrooms. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you need. 2 full bathrooms plus and extra bath and shower outside by the awesome pool right off the lanai. Very secure place that I'd definitely stay at again. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at Santi’s place! The space was extremely clean, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The host communicated well and always responded in a timely manner. We also had the pleasure of meeting her, she’s an absolute sweetheart! The location was perfect for us, with a supermarket, pharmacy, and spa all nearby. We loved the convenience of having everything we needed within walking distance, without having to rely on transportation. We also had the convenience of the gym and pool during our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend it!
