This was such a nice, quiet place to stay and relax. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The decor is very homey and inviting.

Host has been so easy to work with and has been helpful in every aspect. Place feels like home and I’m more than satisfied. Place is exactly as described , modern earthy feel with calming tones. I will definitely work with host again for any future stays.

We would return in a heartbeat to enjoy the peaceful setting and spend even more time in the kayaks on the river.

This place was great. Nice amenities like a dishwasher, coffee pot with grinder, garbage disposal, etc. Some of these things most folks to put in their rental unit so that was appreciated.

Lovely place and very peaceful. We enjoyed waking up to the local clip-clop of horses passing by. Bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. Wish we had been able to spend more actual TIME at the property to enjoy the beautiful view of the farmland. Laura was quick at answering questions and the directions for check in were clear and easy to follow. Thank you!

The online photos honestly don’t convey how wonderful this place is. Pristine kitchen and bath, private back patio, fluffy new towels, robes in the closet and the kitchen has everything. The location could not be more convenient for walking in town and Katie’s book of restaurants and things to do was spot on. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here for one month. It was comfortable and clean. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, directly across the street from a park that has a great, paved walking trail.

Lovely home away from home. Great location, stocked with everything you could need. Ashley provided friendly clear instructions. We appreciated the yummy snacks and drinks waiting to welcome us.

This Charlestown house was perfect for us - a little bigger than we needed but we appreciated the space. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped. There were plenty of bed linens, pillows and towels. The furniture was comfortable. Very nice appliances. There was a drip under the sink and Maria had it fixed right away. We did get great exercise going up and down the flights of stairs - it is a three story house! There was a folder with advertisements for local attractions. We appreciated the attention to detail. We recommend this house wholeheartedly. We would definitely stay there again.

Once again the River house is a well appointed comfortable stay! The swimming pool is a gem! The house is bright and well located; very clean. There is great and comfortable furniture. The views are beautiful and the location is wonderful. We will be back next year!

This house is absolutely adorable! It was decorated perfectly and not overdone- sometimes places have too many decorations and no room for our stuff! The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean and they left towels and even black makeup washcloths! The best part was the front porch. We sat on those with coffee in the mornings, looking out at the water. You really can't go wrong renting from Gianmarco- he responded to a question within 5 minutes!! It is diagonal from the Chesapeake Inn and walking distance from everything. We'll be back for sure!!

Loved this cottage in Betterton. There is an amazing view and nice porch. The house is clean and peaceful. Maureen and Brian are kind people who are available with any questions or concerns. You can walk down to the beach or even just take a walk through the serene neighborhood. There is also fast internet if you need to work remotely. Would love to return!

We loved staying at Rebecca’s place! It was a beautifully maintained cottage and we loved saying hi to the chickens. Rebecca was extremely communicative and friendly.

Absolutely breathtaking view out the back door. So much fun fishing off the dock on the property. The pool was amazing but only got to use it one day due to weather. We went for walks daily so peaceful not much traffic our doxy loved it! Great pet friendly home. Has a fireplace that we used one night as well! There is just so much to say about this home away from home! We will definitely be renting it again! Brian was an absolute pleasure to talk to and he responded back very quickly. Thanks Brian we look forward to working with you again soon.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The host was responsive and welcoming—definitely one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommend!

The Airbnb was a renovated space with historic accents making it fit right into the feeling of Chestertown and was stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The outdoor deck was a bonus, as the weather was cooperative! Mandi was lovely and had some good recommendations for places to eat, and things to do. The location is totally walkable to all of downtown Chestertown and the river. We took advantage of the spa downstairs and were so glad we did. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Chestertown and enjoy a weekend or more away. It was perfect for us. Thank you, we look forward to seeing you all again.

We had a wonderful stay. Any minor issues were addressed and corrected immediately. Perfect location if you need to be in both Newark and Wilmington.

A perfect fit for me while in the Media PA area on business. Young is highly responsive and the place itself is convenient comfortable and clean. The unit is on the second floor and the steps are lit and safe. Steps within the unit are easy to navigate. I’d stay there again!

A great sunset view from the balcony, such a nice quiet river/bay beach, peaceful community to walk around. Would stay in again! Would note there’s 1 flight of stairs up as it’s a 2nd floor condo of sorts; and a big hill/stairs down to the beach. However, also a parking lot if needed to drive to the beach. Beach chairs were nice to have. There was no cooking oil but I think we left some :) I would only ask they replace the dining room chair with the hole in the seat. The pool was closed and that was not expected! Adam was very responsive when we messaged.

We would definitely stay at Kimberly's place again. Super decor, very comfortable bed. Loved everything about the place and Kimberly was very responsive and helpful in every way. Great Place!
