We really enjoyed staying at Karen and Rick’s place! It was beautiful and cozy. There were a ton of bars, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Everyone we met at these places were very nice people. It was beautiful to just walk around. Couldn’t ask for a better stay!

Our stay here was wonderful! Trey was a fantastic host and was quick to help out with what we needed during our stay. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a highchair for our little one was a really helpful bonus! I would highly recommend a stay here.

Ebony is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had through Airbnb. Very responsive and helpful! You want crab at 10pm? She’ll find it for you! The view from the home was gorgeous. Very nice and quiet which allowed us some relaxation. Pleasantly surprised by the fireflies in the backyard and the huge magnolias on the tree (neither can be found in Montana where we came from). Great place. Would stay again if I ever return to the area!

The home is even more beautiful than the photos! It is the perfect amount of space for a group of couples where everyone can have their own space and privacy. The kitchen is PERFECT for cooking together, we were all mentioning how nice this would be for a thanksgiving weekend rental. Will definitely come back! What a gorgeous home and view. It felt like the host thought of everything to make the experience peaceful and relaxing.

We absolutely loved staying at Kate's house on the river. The house itself is great. Its clean, has cute decor, and is very comfortable. The views of the river cannot be beat. Kate was wonderful to work with and responded thoroughly and quickly every time I had a question. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would definitely recommend this this place to anyone.

This house was perfect for our annual girls weekend! Gorgeous decor that looks brand new. Spotless kitchen equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals (even a crock pot). Plentiful dishes, glasses, and pots and pans. Furniture and bedding was so comfy and the porch was our favorite place. Peaceful and quiet - even woke up to a bald eagle sitting on a branch outside my bedroom window. We traveled 30 min to the Farmers market in Chestertown on Saturday and had great Indian food in Middletown. We all agreed we would come again.

The sunsets are picturesque! The house is down a nice dead end lane and over looks a beautiful hill of greenery and trees that leads to the river. The only noise you hear is the birds sound of the birds chirping and the waves clapping on the shoreline. We found Brookes home and all the seating areas she set up, from the camp fire and Adirondack chairs, wrap around flat seated porch and rocking chairs, to the jacuzzi just delightful. The house was spotless and stocked with all amenities and modern updates. The master bedroom, balcony and skylight to enjoy all the views. A short walk down the other end of the road, let us to a park and Sandy beach, where we continued to meet friendly neighbors. A short drive on the road out/in, daily fresh baked breads, pastries and eggs, herbs. Brooke was responsive to any questions, but honestly, she was highly organized everything was set up but had an at home feeling. Local restaurants, on the water or off with live music in town. 10/10

Absolutely outstanding. The pictures do not do justice for the actual beauty of the home. Everything you need is there, the house is pristine in every way. I look forward to exploring more locations from the super host, Brad.

This house is absolutely adorable! It was decorated perfectly and not overdone- sometimes places have too many decorations and no room for our stuff! The beds were super comfortable. The house was very clean and they left towels and even black makeup washcloths! The best part was the front porch. We sat on those with coffee in the mornings, looking out at the water. You really can't go wrong renting from Gianmarco- he responded to a question within 5 minutes!! It is diagonal from the Chesapeake Inn and walking distance from everything. We'll be back for sure!!

Nice big house. We hosted our Thanksgiving here and it was perfect for kids and family.
