Gary was incredibly responsive and made every effort to make sure we were comfortable and felt at home. We had a concern with the outdoor fireplace not lighting and he had it looked at that same night and arranged to have a part replaced the next day. He has a beautiful home and it is cozy and inviting. Our family of 7 made meals and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and available storage. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Jaime’s condo! It was the perfect place for snowboarding and was so close to giant steps ! Our kids absolutely loved the upstairs loft where they felt like they had their own place. There is this little small room that was perfect for our daughter to play in as well. She loved it! It was SO cute. The master bed super comfortable as well! Kitchen was fully stocked, we could not have asked for a better place ! Don’t look any further, book this condo for your next Brian head trip! The hosts really went above and beyond to make our stay the absolutely best. Thank you guys again! Can’t wait to come back :)

Cozy and roomy condo. This is our 2nd time at Pam’s place and it’s great!

Jill’s place is a great fit for our group of four adults. Clean and comfortable. It’s located in the second floor of the building. And there is another unit on the third floor. It could be loud but it was still ok for us. We used the kitchen to make simple meals and had the utensils we needed. Location is great for our adventures in Zion NP and Bryce Canyon. It’s reasonable driving distance to shops and restaurants. We used the pool, hot tubs and pickleball court. They close at 9 PM wish it’s later especially for hot tub. - but it’s the community rules not her. Jill is very quick in responding our text, when we had questions.

We loved staying at Ray’s place. The place was great and It was nice being so close to the resort. Ray was very accomodating! We would for sure stay here again in the future.

Great affordable option in Brian Head with awesome amenities

We enjoyed our stay at Bonnie’s. It was clean and in a great location. We loved the openness of the space, the fire pit in the back and had a lot of fun sledding behind the unit. We would definitely return.

Jeff's place was a perfect place for our family's ski trip to beautiful Brian Head. There were everything we needed in the house, even sleds and various games for our kids which kept our little ones busy. You can literally walk to 2 lifts from condo. It snowed a lot right before we got there, so high piles of plowed snow made it hard to access places or even find a driveway to the condo to unload (1 of our awd SUVs couldn't even get through the piles of snow at the beginning of the driveway), but 2nd day was better due to warmer temp s and more snow clearing, so we were able to access the ski slope directly, driveway and other places easier. The recreational room was closed, I think due to too much snow blocking the entrance... If you come here for skiing season, awd/4wd vehicle is a must and have chain as a back up for heavy fresh snow. Overall, it was such a great place for our family ski trip and we'll be back next year!

Excellent and simple communication and definitely will be back next year

This was our first time using a Air BNB. We loved it. We stayed a month and other than having to buy a couple of things for kitchen, we had all we needed. Easy to get to main roads from this location. Tia was such a friendly host. Zero complaints!

This home was wonderful! Everything was brand new and the furniture was comfortable. The location was perfect for our trip planned to explore St. George, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon National Park.

GREAT PLACE! You will not miss home while staying at this house -- perfectly clean, kitchen is well stocked, reclining leather sofas are super comfy, and even had fun games and pickleball racket/balls for us to use at the court right across the house. The host was very responsive, and I always appreciate a flexible self check-in with a code. I loved how tucked away and peaceful the neighborhood was, but we were still very close to everything else (most restaurants ~10 min drive, the nearest large grocery store ~5 min drive). Would come back again.

Fantastic unit with a beautiful view over the pools and sports courts. Everything was well stocked and easy to find. The labeled cabinets were awesome. Very clean and the space was flexible for all of us. The host was super responsive. The only negative would be the tv's in the bedrooms did not work so just bring your own roku or firestick for those. Other than that I would highly recommend and would certainly stay there again.

This is a great place for a smaller family, close to the Navajo Lodge at Brian Head resort. The unit has been upgraded beautifully and was a very comfortable place to stay for our family ski trip. Shannon was very communicative and was quick to help us when we reached out. Great place overall, and look forward to a future stay here.

We stayed here for 3 nights to ski with our daughters (8 and 9 yrs old). We didn’t need to drive the entire stay after parking in the heated underground garage, we were able to walk to the Navajo lifts in a few minutes. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and doggy. No frills, yet had so many thoughtful extras like packs of hot hands, extra lotion, comfy beds, a sound machine, extra chargers, board games, a starter log for the fireplace etc. The hosts were extremely helpful, proactive and responsive offering tips to help with altitude sickness, advice on where to rent ski gear and flexible check-in/check-out times. Each night after skiing we went to the sauna to relax and mingle with the other guests. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again for the convenient location, friendly hosts and condo amenities.

This was an excellent place for our family to stay while visiting Utah. We planned just to see Zion, but learned there is so much to do in the area, we wish we stayed longer! The kitchen was fully stocked, everything was comfortable. And we really loved having the hot tub after our hikes!

Condo was awesome! Beds were comfy place was clean and updated. They made it feel like home. We love all the activities in the resort.

We had a great weekend with our family for a soccer tournament. This location was perfect! We had everything we needed, the place was clean and well kept, and the pool was awesome! We'll stay here again!

Good location for our needs, was clean, dish washer and clothes washer/ dryer worked for us. There were plenty of pillows, towels and extra sheets if needed. Ground level was nice. Kids especially enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub at the club house. Thank you!

Great place to stay for our family! There were lots of fun activities to do. It was exactly as listed and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again.

This was our 5th stay in the las palmas community, all in different units and all lovely. This place was a standout though- such kind, helpful and responsive hosts! We arrived to a closet full of games and cozy blankets, a spotless, bright, and well-appointed kitchen and beautiful views from the many windows. Would definitely book again!

The condo was perfect for our stay. They had everything you cound need from the pool toys to the kichen gagets and so much more. The lego room was a big hit with the boys. They were super responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay jere again when in Cedar, so close to everything.

Great place, the pictures don't make it justice, the view is beautiful. our entire family of 4 loved the place. It felt spacious. the instructions for checking in and out were clear and easy. We didn't need to contact our host but she replied quickly to our notification of arrival and departure. We all give it 5/5 stars. We visited Snow Canyon (less than 30 min away), Zion Natl Park (about 1.5 hrs), and Bryce Natl Park (a little over 2 hours away). St George has plenty of option for restaurants and places to visit. again, 5/5 :)
