20/25 mins to downtown! She is such an amazing host, very accommodating and had so many recommendations in the welcome book. The apartment itself is quite small but perfect for a group of 3. Check out was also very easy. 10/10 will come back!

Nice location with nearby supermarket, cafes and restaurants. The nearby busstop to go downtown is also very nice and near. Great apartment with all the necessary amenities for short stay. 😁

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely loved our stay here! Darius was incredibly accommodating, arranging an early check-in and checking in on us throughout our stay. The property was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with plenty of sunlight in the living room, making it cozy and inviting. The kitchen table was perfect for sharing meals, and both beds were comfortable. There's plenty of storage space, loads of clean towels, and a full set of appliances and cooking/eating utensils. The washer/dryer worked great with included pods, and we appreciated the coffee filters! Darius provided detailed check-in and check-out instructions without requiring too much cleaning or reorganizing, which was greatly appreciated. Easy access and fun games like Taboo made our stay enjoyable. A couple minor notes: the swings might not be ideal for taller folks due to their design, and the shower lacks a drain plug/filter, which could use some attention. Despite these tiny quirks, this place is fantastic!

Have stayed here multiple times. Love it and will continue to come back!

Rhonda was a wonderful host. The place was beautiful and the lake peaceful. We loved the firepit!

Very nice house, very clean, and amenities and snacks were provided. Quick walk or very quick drive to downtown New Buffalo. We loved the game room!! One note for dog owners: there’s no direct access from the house to the yard, you have to bring the dog onto the front stoop to access the gate to the backyard. So just something to be aware of if you have a dog that likes to bolt.

AMAZING LOCATION! I'd like to point out that I stayed in this location for a month. I'd also like to point out that I will be returning. This place was very clean, neat and newly renovated. I have a phobia of bugs and didn't encounter anything the entire stay. The neighbors were very nice. The block was peaceful and not to busy. Not to mention Nikki was the best host that I could've ever asked for. She was extremely responsive and very personable.

William was a great host, property was clean and the beds were so comfy! Felt comfortable and safe and he even helped with recommendations.

We absolutely loved staying at Tim's place in New Buffalo. The house is super cute, can sleep everyone comfortably, and is in such a great location. We look forward to making this an annual trip.

Very much enjoyed this stay! Jessica was so kind and communicative. Lovely space and just perfect for our needs. One of the children said it was the best thing that happened to him this past week!

Beautiful place and good host

Great location within walking distance of University of Chicago and in a safe neighbourhood. Basement apartment with 2 bedrooms. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows & blankets were provided. Toilet & kitchen facilities were slightly dated but functional. Appreciated the use of washer/dryer & complimentary coffee/tea. Very hospitable host!

John was very accommodating with my families needs. I loved that there was a washer and dryer in the unit. I would book this condo again in the future if available.

I liked the place. Just that the reception is not always available. Although they're not needed always, yet at time when we need to drop off the parking key card etcetera, it's hard to wait for them to show up despite waiting for about 20-30 minutes. Otherwise. It's a great place hosted by a decent host.

Convenient stay right outside of the heart of downtown Chicago! Easy to drive into town for the day. Very comfortable beds and very clean as well. Would recommend

This was an amazing stay!! Eugene was so so helpful and he responds so quickly. Great location, peaceful, safe. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

Dave made us feel right at home and answered any questions we had. His place is near restaurants and stores which were very convenient! It is also a 12 minute drive to the national park and there are so many places to check out. It’s about a 45 minute drive to Chicago and there’s a train nearby if you want to take that instead into the city. I highly recommend staying here Dave’s place was clean and he was an amazing host!
