Descansa has always communicated well when we ask questions. The house is clean and well maintained and is close to great food. I would highly encourage people staying here for the safe area and good parking as well as the access to local food and quick access to the interstate.

A true gem of an Airbnb stay! Dieter was the most gracious and responsive host. The chalet is pristine, peaceful, and the perfect get away for couples or a nice quiet retreat for working professionals.

This beautiful property is off the beaten path, peaceful and bucolic, cozy and well appointed ... close to all you want to see and do in Portland. We woke to birdsong and woodpeckers, strolled through the vineyards, and then picnicked under the cherry blossoms along the Williamette in downtown Portland for lunch! The kitchen had everything we needed for a fun family dinner with game playing around the farmhouse table when the weather turned rainy in the evening. Highly recommended!

I went on a self-care trip for my bday and everything was great! From booking to the little helpful stickers through the home and the manual they left for everything I needed. The energy and the vibe of the location and property exceeded expectations. The host was great with communication and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this property! Initially, there was a bit of confusion with the door code provided in the instructions, but the host was very responsive and helped us get in quickly, which we really appreciated. The interior of the home is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the hot tub—it was clean, fully functional, and a great way to relax on a crisp autumn evening. Overall, a wonderful experience with a helpful host and a lovely property. Breanna was a wonderful host!! She was so kind and gave me lots of recommendations. Her place was spotless and pristine. We arrived to peaceful music playing and such a cozy space to relax. She even had drops of lavender in the shower. You could tell she put a lot of thought into the space and it did not go unnoticed. Easily one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed at. The area was also great and very close by to Portland. We would happily stay again!!! 🩷

Beautiful, clean, and cozy home just walking distance from several restaurants and bars. The backyard has a hot tub that was clean and well maintained. Don, the host, was very responsive to questions and also has a great sense of humor. My family and I enjoyed our stay here very much and will definitely be checking availability the next time we plan to stay in the area. We had a great experience with this home and host.

This was one of our favorite rentals - SO COZY! We absolutely loved it from the minute we walked in the door and we all had such a wonderful time there! A wonderful restful stay and the house was immaculate.

Lance's place was truly amazing. The pictures don't really do the place justice. The views from the deck off the living room and kitchen were amazing, the beds very comfortable and a really amazing layout. What you don't see in these photos is the extra level of service and amenities all over the house. There was a bottle of Argyle sparkling in a gift basket full of food and snacks, a thoughtfully stocked fridge (OJ, filtered water, oat milk, etc) and the bathrooms were stocked with essentials (q-tips, makeup remover wipes, etc). Since we had self check in, we just straight in and then headed out for dinner in Dundee, never communicating that we had made it. Lance reached out the following morning to double check that we had made it and all was good. A+, we will stay here again in the summer when we can enjoy the pool!

The house was beautiful and clean. The hosts were great to work with, very responsive. The stay was peaceful and the house had plenty of things to keep our large party busy for a few days.

I had my bachelorette party here and it was perfect!!! The house is clean and modern and the views are incredible. It was perfect for a big group! Also so close to several wineries. The perfect getaway spot!

Amazing home in an amazing location! Very private with beautiful landscaping, and we even had a visit from a family of deer one morning. The home is absolutely gorgeous inside with a great kitchen and comfortable beds. We will definitely be staying here again, hopefully in the summer next time to take advantage of the pool!!

The house was lovely with wonderful views and plenty of trees. The location of the hot tub was perfect for not only the view, but also quickly getting inside before the change of temperature (we stayed in winter). The place is great for two people with plenty of amenities and the TV/Cinema set up was outstanding. What a fun way to wrap up the evenings. Thanks for the great space and very private stay.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for our first trip. The house was lovely, there was some spiders here and there but the location is very private and to ourselves within nature. She was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The house was clean and the hot tub perfect. Overall lovely stay will definitely recommend

We stayed for four nights at the Story House and loved it. The setting is amazingly beautiful and the house is so unique. Melinda is super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Beds are comfy and the hot tub was lovely. The one thing to be sure to be aware of (which we didn't pick up on from the description) is that the bathroom is in an entirely separate building - having to go outside to access it in the rain late at night was rough. Everything else about this place is incredible, but that's an important thing for folks to be very clear about before booking.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely perfect and truly offered something for everyone. The basement, complete with ping pong and board games, was a hit with both the kids and the adults. The layout also provided plenty of privacy, making it ideal for families. The hosts were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. We especially loved the thoughtful touch of featuring items from local Oregon businesses throughout the cabin. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway.

This cabin in the woods was the perfect place to have our girls craft weekend. We were delighted by the thoughtful details and fully equipped home. So many linens, towels, and appliances. Beautiful art and decor. We had everything we needed and more. Could not recommend this space more.

felt so cozy in this sweet bohemian bungalow. plenty of amenities to unwind, but the indoor tub was my favorite. would love to stay again sometime. the only thing i would change would be a curtain in bedroom, just for peace of mind. thank you leslie :)
