This is the second time my wife and I stayed at Brady’s place while visiting our daughter and grandson in Cedar Rapids, the experience was the same as the first, absolutely amazing, the home is beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed. We LOVED our stay at this beautiful Iowa City Cottage! It was just like the photos and we said multiple times “we wish we could live here!” The home was very clean and comfortable. Molly was super responsive and made sure our stay was just wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and have only positive things to say about this home and host :) We also loved the location. We were in town for a wedding at Wilson’s Cider House and it was less than 15 minutes by car.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to go! We all enjoyed that they had marked the type and firmness of the mattresses, it was nice because everyone could choose which one they wanted to fit their needs.

Very clean, quiet, and cozy home. Bunch of snacks and drinks to choose from and a dozen options of cozy beds to sleep in :)

Beautiful new home with lots of space to spread out. Had everything we needed for a great family weekend - board games, comfy furniture, cooking utensils, ping pong, foosball. Easy electronic access keypad made for easy check in and host was very responsive. We would love to stay here again!

GREAT PLACE! The pictures don’t do this space justice. It’s spacious, pristine, new/modern, and worked perfectly for our family. We were in town for my brother’s wedding and this space was conveniently located, easy to get in and out of and equipped perfectly for our group of 8. Highly recommend and will definitely book with Brandin again.

Newer house, but no construction in the area during our stay. Greg was super communicative and great to deal with.

Very comfortable and well decorated apartment. Extremely clean, great location and numerous thoughtful extras. Highly recommended if you ever need a stay in Iowa City.

I stay for one month at mid December. Located at a very convenient location for me to go to research building and for getting settle down in Iowa City.

This place is very accommodating and quaint. Always clean and the beds are comfortable . The fireplace adds that touch of home. The complimentary coffee was exactly what we needed in the morning. Love this place. The host has always responded quickly to any questions. We have stayed here twice now.

Very accessible part of town in a quiet neighborhood next to Coe College. Stayed here with my wife and our 1 year old and space was sufficient for our needs. Place is represented very well in the pictures. We did not spend a ton of time at the place, but if you’re simply just needing a place to lay your head for the night definitely would recommend and would stay again!

I was looking for something unique close to family that would work for my two children and I and this hit the mark. This is a historic, immaculately maintained space that has been lovingly modernized. There were many special touches (loved the chocolate) that added to the stay and there was no amenities lacking for what we needed. My teenage children thought this was such a cool place and gobbled the chocolate right away 😊. I grew up in a house built in the late 1800’s and it reminded me of my childhood home in some ways.
