Great host we arrived right at 4 o’clock and he had not made it back with some supplies was very respectful on calling me making sure it was ok to drop them off and come in. Made me feel like it was my home while I was there.

This is a very peaceful place to spend some time! There was laundry on site and the host was always responsive. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels. It was quiet at night compared to other places in town that are very close to trains. They were flexible with my check out time. Thank you!

This was a great place for our large group's annual weekend football game to see the Hawkeyes. There is a lot of space, both inside and outside to spread out and enjoy the stay. Melissa was great to work with and responded to all of our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this home for a large group travelling to Iowa City.

We had a great stay. Everything was clean and ready to go! We all enjoyed that they had marked the type and firmness of the mattresses, it was nice because everyone could choose which one they wanted to fit their needs.

GREAT PLACE! The pictures don’t do this space justice. It’s spacious, pristine, new/modern, and worked perfectly for our family. We were in town for my brother’s wedding and this space was conveniently located, easy to get in and out of and equipped perfectly for our group of 8. Highly recommend and will definitely book with Brandin again.

One of the best places to stay for long term. Grocery store, restaurants and gym right behind the house and don’t need to drive anywhere. Back yard is very enjoyable to sit out and enjoy the sunset. Roberto is extremely responsive with any questions I had. Home is spacious and very comfortable. A great place to stay when in town for business.

This has got to be the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. Marybeth has a creative decorating talent. I want to replicate some of her ideas at our own place. We appreciated the extras here- the treats for our dogs, the tea and coffee....also she was very responsive when I had a question and the beds were so comfortable. There might be people in the lower unit but they were very respectful and noise was not an issue.

This was the perfect space that we needed for a quick stay. If I’m ever back in the area and it’s just me or one other person with me it will definitely be staying here again very quiet, insanely clean and actually very beautiful. The furniture and everything is very, very nice.

Greg’s place was excellent! The hosts thought of everything, down to a fresh sponge for the sink. Spotless and so clean, comfortable furniture and beds. Our family loved spending a short time at Greg’s place on our way home from spring break.

We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

This place was great. Conveniently located near the university. Very easy to get around. Communication was fabulous. I read a review where somebody said the beds were not comfortable and I beg to differ these beds were very comfortable. Member foam mattress is one of my favorites. I slept great. Will be back!

Our family had a fantastic stay at the farm house! The inside was cozy! Great views & we enjoyed the hot tub! The host was very friendly. Would definitely return!

Absolutely loved this place! Very comfortable and relaxing after a busy day at work. Very clean and Karen has thought of everything you might need, including the lovely coffee bar. Also loved watching the deer late at night in the yard!
