A cute place - just what we were looking for. The area is very quiet given that it's right next to NewBo. The house had everything we'd need. Parking on the street was easy and convenient. We had a great stay!

This beautifully decorated house has tons of room and a great layout. The beds were very comfortable and everyone could be together and still have their own space. It was very clean and the host was excellent - quick responses to any questions and great communication. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second stay at Mallory‘s place. Nice little backyard for our dogs. We were in town for family Christmas, so didn’t spend too much time at the house other than for sleeping, but it worked well for what we needed. We did have an issue with the sliding door and they came to look at it within an hour of letting them know. Very quick and responsive to our needs.

Nate was wonderful. we were in town for a funeral and would have had a hard time checking out at noon and he gave us extra time. when we arrived we had a small issue with the TV (likely our issue) and Nate came right iver to help and got us straightened out

This is a really beautiful home. It was like being in a log cabin mansion and it easily accommodated our families. It is nestled in a beautiful area and the vineyard made me feel like I was back in Napa Valley. The young kids were able to play outside and in the large game room which I am sure contributed to a weekend free of meltdowns. Finally, the wood stove and fire pit (stock up on s'more supplies) is so unusual for an AirBnb and it really made me feel like I was home. I highly recommend staying here and Jennifer was a great host!

Great stay and Seth was a great host! Would recommend if you’re looking for a secluded place with space for activities, and plenty of privacy.

This is the second time my wife and I stayed at Brady’s place while visiting our daughter and grandson in Cedar Rapids, the experience was the same as the first, absolutely amazing, the home is beautiful, well maintained and had everything we needed. We were all so happy with Boyson House. It was close to our event that weekend and to my daughter's house. The space had just what we needed! I was so pleased to have the very large fenced in area for my dog to run free! I wasn't expecting that size of a fenced in area. She got some good exercise there. I also appreciated the laundry room area just as we entered so Cricket could feel like she was a part of what we were doing without being under our feet. Her crate fit well in there - so much space. The beds were comfortable and it was so nice to have different areas to sit and chat. I recommend this place!

I can't say enough about how great it was to stay at "This must be the Place". Such a beautiful loft; it was spotless and so comfortable. The location couldn't be better. Lacy was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive with all inquiries. We'll be back and will recommend it to anyone staying in Iowa City. Thank you for having us!!! Kate and Greg

Great stay for quick visit to area to tour Cedar Ridge Distillery. Convenient location, close to Iowa City and Cedar Rapids. Very clean, comfortable and perfect for our group of 6 adults. 3 1/2 baths was especially nice. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Host was very friendly and responsive.

I had my wedding ceremony here ; this property is absolutely stunning , clean , outside is so peaceful and private. Arcade is fun there’s not one bad thing i could say about it. The entire property is very clean and you feel so at home ! Lindsay was incredibly nice and helpful through it all and extremely responsive , i highly recommend this place and will be coming back !!

Breann was so kind and helpful the whole time! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfy! The seating options were very comfortable, and there were a ton of blankets and such for maximum comfort. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the extra amenities such as the jacuzzi and washer and dryer also made the stay convenient and relaxing.

Great place to stay in Cedar Rapids! This Airbnb is packed with thoughtful touches - you can always tell when a host like Melissa has really thought through the whole guest experience. Little things like providing towels for the hot tub, hanging plenty of hooks on the walls, bedside lamps with plugins, and extra blankets go a long way in making a stay comfortable. I work remotely and always look for places with a dedicated desk to use when I travel, but the hot tub was a lovely bonus! I will definitely be back.

Second time staying in this home. Gina is a very accommodating and friendly host. House is super clean and well equipped. Neighborhood is quiet and views of lake from porches and decks are outstanding. There is a great walking trail along the lake right across from the house. This home will always be our preferred choice when visiting family in Solon!

Our stay was just the peaceful getaway our family needed! It is obvious that Layne and his family thought of every detail that would make a guest's stay a good one. From specific towels for the fill and drain hot tub to plenty of hooks/shelves for traveler's items, we appreciated all the touches that improved our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Host was extremely responsive, ready to answer any questions. the place has such an amazing and peaceful view from every room.
