Quiet neighborhood close to everywhere we wanted to go. Unit was very clean and well stocked. Perfect for our stay!

The place worked well for us and would definitely stay there again.

These folks were amazing. Everything was great. My lightbulb went out and they even came and replaced it. They walked me through the property before I ever got there. They shouldn’t have had assisted me with such an early check-in and had no trouble. They helped me. I truly enjoyed my stay here. It was amazing price for the valueand if I come back to Iowa, I will come to these people again.

Wonderful place and great location - convenient to many things, including the interstate. Very clean apartment. Not many great places to eat in town, so we enjoyed using the wonderful kitchen that had everything we needed. The superhost really earned her title.

Gemma was wonderfully responsive and gave perfect instructions about accessing the unit. My daughter and I felt great in the space, loved where it was located to the school and downtown, and slept soundly! We will stay here again.

3 bathrooms for 3 bedrooms!! So nice and spacious. Very clean. The blue velvet couch is so pretty and huge windows in every room. The pool table, gym and accommodations on the 4th floor were awesome. The whole building is clean and safe.

Stayed here with my husband and 1 year old. Fantastic place to stay. While you know the owners are upstairs you frequently forget they’re even there because you never hear anything. Loved the fact that they offer the little, thoughtful things like new toothbrushes, toothpaste, and my 1 year old appreciated the mini candy bars! 😂 Only downside was the poorly paved road it’s located on. Not really anything that can be done by the owners about that though. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host we arrived right at 4 o’clock and he had not made it back with some supplies was very respectful on calling me making sure it was ok to drop them off and come in. Made me feel like it was my home while I was there.

We found a couple broken utensils and let him know, he was apprentice of us telling him so he could replace for future guests. He was very responsive and friendly. Always love dog friendly places so we can travel with our "kid!" Nick's place was spacious but cozy and we had a great time just hanging out as a family, playing games and celebrating the holidays over a long weekend!

We spent a weekend at Roy’s place. Everything was as described. Very clean and comfortable !

This is the second year we have stayed at Riad’s place to attend an Iowa football game and we will be back! Super clean, great host and great location.

A cute place - just what we were looking for. The area is very quiet given that it's right next to NewBo. The house had everything we'd need. Parking on the street was easy and convenient. We had a great stay!

One of the best places to stay for long term. Grocery store, restaurants and gym right behind the house and don’t need to drive anywhere. Back yard is very enjoyable to sit out and enjoy the sunset. Roberto is extremely responsive with any questions I had. Home is spacious and very comfortable. A great place to stay when in town for business.

My cousin and I traveled together and our stay was welcoming. The house is so cozy and cute for just the two of us! There’s a beautiful trail right along the house and many parks nearby!

The home was perfectly spacious with plenty of room to lounge. The two living areas were robust and had ample seating for the family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for a home cooked meal. The outdoor space is limited however this wasn’t necessary for our trip considering the cold weather. This place is perfect for families who need a space like home. I’d highly recommend!

We really liked staying right downtown. We were less than a block from the Bluebird Cafe, John’s Liquor & grocery! Two great coffee houses, three more bars on the block. We walked to all the hot spots for Saint Patrick’s Day. Loved sitting in the windows with a great view of the city. We will come back.

Went to Iowa City with my teenage son for Iowa wrestling dual and a wrestling showcase in Coralville. If you're attending a Hawkeye sporting event from out of town this is the place to be. Super cool place that is very relaxing and felt like home. Walkable to Carver Hawkeye and Kinnick. Close to Coralville and all the good restaurants and campus. Couldn't reccomend enough. Easy place to get to, good neighborhood. Will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a nice, cozy home away from home. The accommodations were exactly as described. Thuy was very quick to respond to our special needs. She was also kind, friendly and compassionate.

We were visiting our daughter in Iowa City but there were other guests so we needed a place that was near but that also would be fun,and give us more room than a hotel room. This condo is was perfect. It was modern, very clean, and nicely appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless with a great shower. We didn't cook as we were at our daughter's for meals but the kitchen seemed to have everything one would need. Nice sets of dishes and glasses, and ample cutlery and cookware. One other nice feature of this condo is its location - close to restaurants and shops in the downtown area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andy's apartment. We came over to visit our daughter at University of Iowa. The apartment is in a convenient location, close to the main centre as well as the Campus and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable, homely and in excellent condition with a lot of attention to detail. Having an underground parking space was also a huge bonus.

Great space that was percent for our family! My daughter’s favorite part was all the chargers ready to go! That was a nice touch! We will be be back!

Had a great stay at this condo! The location is perfect—plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The free parking spots were a huge plus. The condo was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Communication with the host was seamless, with quick responses and clear instructions.
