Lovely stay at Francesca’s apartment. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely responsive host. Felt very much at home and yet able to access all the interesting points of interest in Palermo. Wonderful choice of restaurants in the vicinity. One proviso for older folks or those not in good physical condition is the apartment is only accessible from the 4th floor by elevator. For us it was fine and they even helped by carrying our luggage up the last set of stairs which was so nice. It is stated on the website so it is transparent. The stairs are metal and narrow with three turns to the rooftop apartment. We enjoyed our visit to Palermo very much and had a wonderful stay in Francesca’s rooftop apartment. We highly recommend a visit here for a comfortable and very convenient location.

Bardzo wygodny i cichy apartament. Wyposażony we wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Plusem jest prywatny parking pod domem, bliskość do atrakcji w mieście oraz piękny widok na góry. Na pewno będziemy chcieli kiedyś tu wrócić :)

Posizione centralissima ad un ottimo prezzo. Casa tranquilla, pulita, silenziosa, super accessoriata. Host disponibilissimo per ogni nostra esigenza. Consigliato!

El apartamento ,es tal cual reflejan las fotos del mismo.Nuestra estancia fue estupenda, cocina muy bien equipada, no faltaba ningún detalle, el aseo amplio con una ducha genial,presión del agua y temperatura ideal,la cama muy grande y cómoda,ningún ruido nocturno ya que la calle es muy silenciosa de descansa genial,tv grande,wiffi rápido,y sofas muy cómodos,La ubicación es ideal,a 10 minutos del mercado de Ballaro y a 15 minutos andando a la parte monumental!!Palermo es una ciudad fascinante, la hemos disfrutado a tope.Gracias Pino por todo!!Volveremos sin ninguna duda!!

Ich nutze schon lange Airbnb Unterkünfte, aber so wohl hab ich mich noch nie gefühlt in einer Wohnung . Wir fühlten uns sofort zuhause und Cetty war eine unglaublich herzliche Gastgeberin die uns das Gefühl vermittelte, absolut willkommen zu sein ! In der Küche waren als Willkommensgruss frische Orangen und Zitronen , Pasta und Sugo und duftende orangenblüten vorbereitet !! Alles war perfekt ...Wir werden sicher wieder kommen !!

We just enjoyed a week in Florianas slice of heaven at the start of march, and it was perfect for us with our 2 year old son. The beach house is wonderful, the facilities such as the lovely heated pool and hot tub, and the washer/dryer and kitchen were both fun and super helpful! The cot was also ready for our use which was perfect. We liked the location a lot, but we were very grateful we had our own car to drive to all of the other fun. Floriana was an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable! She had lots of really helpful recommendations and was very communicative with us. Would easily recommend to anyone.

Die Wohnung von Erasmo ist sehr modern und ganz neu renoviert und eingerichtet. Sie hat wunderschöne Möbel: bequemes Sofa und Betten, großer Esstisch, Kommoden etc. Die Küche ist zwar relativ klein aber auch sehr schön und mit Spülmaschine, Ofen und großem Kühlschrank sehr gut nutzbar! Es gibt 3 Balkone, super um Wäsche zu trocknen, zum Essen allerdings fast zu klein. Für einen Kaffee am Morgen bei tollem Blick auf Meer und Berge aber sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch weil Erasmo sehr nett in der Kommunikation war!

ottima esperienza in una villetta a circa 100 m dal mare. alloggio dotato di ogni comfort con due bagni due camere da letto e terrazzo abitabile. rapporto con host perfetto: persona garbata, amichevole e disponibile. unico consiglio: migliorare il wifi perché il segnale non era il massimo. per il resto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e sicuramente posto in cui tornerei.

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

My daughter and I had a brilliant week in this gorgeous place. The host, Emanuele, and his parents couldn't have been more helpful, with suggestions of places to go, details about the house and prompt and helpful answers to queries. The parents met us on arrival with stunning snacks, huge smiles and a wealth of information, all conveyed without a common language... with a bit of help from Google Translate!! The house is just lovely, very well appointed, and the garden and pool just heavenly! We didn't travel far afield as the pool and beach provided all we needed, including That's Amore, a delightful restaurant on the beach. We were there out of season so it was very quiet which suited us! But we did also sample the more touristy side of life in beautiful Cefalù just 15 minutes drive away (or easily accessible by train). There are sites to see, beach front bars, cafés and restaurants, gift shops etc and a climb up La Rocca overlooking the town is well worth it. We will be back!

Michele ci ha raccolto bene e ci ha dato delle informationi utilli per la citta. Lui ci ha dato subito una mano ad risolvere ogni problema . Le ferie nella sua casa erano rillasati e molto belle. Noi speriamo che ci ospita ancora se ci troviamo in zona. 5 Stelle per tutto il Stardust Home.

Appartamemto meraviglioso, pulito e dotato di ogni confort. Accoglienza accurata e gentile, hanno fatto trovare la casa fresca, con caffè e bottiglie d acqua, casa dotata di ogni accessorio e anche fin da subito potevamo cucinare qualcosa. Due terrazze meravigliose , su lati opposti, una sempre fresca e ventilata, curate e piacevoli. Impossibile trovare un difetto, credetemi. Ringraziamo infinitamente il Signor Giuseppe e Alessandro per la disponibilità e l’infinita pazienza e cortesia.

This is an amazing property in a very nicely restored old building - the inside is very uniquely decorated with custom lights, wall art, furniture and even floor art with a hand painted entryway. There is a courtyard that is only for the use of the apartment, a full washer and separate dryer - both of which worked really well, and the kitchen is wonderful - with lots of seating for eating and talking. The two bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, so very private from each other - which is ideal for two couples or a family with teenagers that need some space from their parents! We were very happy that we chose this apartment and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great apartment in historic building in Palermo. Informative in person check in with lots of useful local restaurant, market recommendations. 5 Mins walk from Central Station with regular Palermo airport bus or train connections.

We truly enjoyed our stay! Even though we visited in January, the air conditioning in both the bedroom and dining area kept the space comfortably warm. The apartment was equipped with a great coffee machine, which was a fantastic touch, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. Having a washing machine available was a big plus, especially when traveling with small luggage. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, making us feel right at home. The location was also very convenient, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment offered a fantastic view of the sea and the hillside. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Silvio ist ein toller Gastgeber und war für alle Fragen offen und immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einmalig. Die Küche ist klein, aber ausreichend. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist es einfach die etwas entfernteren Sehenswürdigkeiten oder den Strand zu erreichen. Palermo ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert.

alles super, einzig das Bett war ein wenig durchgelesen, sehr harte Kissen, und nachts ein wenig lärmig auf der Schlafzimmerseite. Sehr herzliche Gastgeberin

Massimo was great and extremely helpful. He communicated well and gave us ideas on things to do throughout the week. He also drove us to the nearby train station for free which was extremely helpful

Ein toller Aufenthalt in Palermo und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Livio ist ein super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.
