Nice house with good layout of rooms. It is very convenient to come with children as there is a lot of entertainment on the territory of the complex. I also liked the themed design of the rooms. Overall, this is a good house for a large and friendly company.

This was our second time staying at Trevor and Amanda’s place and it was just as good as the first time. The place is in a great location very close to the Disney parks. The pool area is beautiful especially looking over the lake. Their home is clean, comfortable and has everything that you need. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to visiting again soon.

If you enjoy visiting Orlando as much as I do, it’s really important to stay at a private house with a private pool. Nothing beats a long day at Disney followed by jumping in a pool at 2 AM. Guerline has thought of everything with this property, I cannot say enough to thank her for the hospitality.

My family and I have a wonderful time at this place. All updated appliances, very clean, everything was just as we expected if not better! If I had a question she would reply in minutes! I would recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. I hope she has an opening for when we come back in a couple months, beautiful place!

The house was easy to find and in a beautiful neighborhood. The host was very responsive. We only had one issue and when it was brought to their attention they had someone out to fix it same day. We will definitely be looking to book with them again in the future.

Everything was great. We came down to see our granddaughters on spring break. Usually don’t want to swim,this time they did. Wish I would have spent the money to heat the pool. They enjoyed playing pool and wanted to play air hockey but no puck but amazon took care of that. The master on one end and other bedrooms on the opposite end was a big plus for we got up earlier so we didn’t wake them. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back next year.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this wonderful property! We were two families of five, and the house was perfect for our group — beautifully designed, tastefully furnished, and incredibly spacious for 10 people. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. One of the standout features of this property is the access to not just one, but three amazing club areas, complete with pools, waterslides, a lazy river, and great restaurants. One of the clubs is right within the same gated community, and the other two are just a short drive away. One of them even includes access to a golf course. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Franklin, the host. I cannot recommend him highly enough! He was incredibly responsive, always helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the week. His communication was fast and friendly, and it really felt like he went out of his way to make sure our experience was perfect.

What an incredible stay we had at Rosario's place! We even extended 2 extra nights. Rosario was responsive, helpful, and so kind - she even left a birthday balloon and some treats for my mom's birthday! The house was impeccable and they were great about everything, from changing dates to heating the pool, and keeping it clean, and the pool was a perfect balmy respite. The next time we're in town (and we will be, this is our old neighborhood!), we will definitely try to book here again. Can't wait to come back!

The stay was great. Hosts were very responsive. We had one issue with wifi and the hosts were on top of getting it fixed for us! Great location and the resort community is lovely.

Kenia is a super host, very attentive to details, the house is fully equipped and the neighborhood is very well located near the parks.

This house was perfectly located close to Disney and other attractions. Checking in was easy and communication was great. The pool was excellent. My daughter almost preferred to leave Disney early to go back to the house and get in the pool. The home was very private, quiet, and peaceful. Plenty of room for large families!! We will definitely be returning in the future.

We loved our stay - the house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Loved the outdoor lawn space and 30 second walk to the large community pool/gym and tennis courts. Stayed with our 2 teenage sons and 3 grandparents and there was plenty of space for all. There was a storm just before our check in, which tripped a fuse, so there was a part of the house that didn’t have power when we got there. I messaged the owner and she responded immediately and there was someone at the house 5 minutes later to address the issue. I was incredibly impressed and will absolutely book a stay here again when we return next winter! Thank you! :)

We were a group of eight and had a wonderful time during our visit. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen had all the essentials, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and we never faced any trouble with hot water. In the rare event that we encountered an issue, our host was quick to respond and sorted everything out right away. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The house was perfect. Very clean and well furnished. It was great to find a house that had two playrooms for both young and older kids. The host was very responsive and helpful. The location couldn’t be better since it is located very close to the oasis waterpark and clubhouse within walking distance. Will definitely stay again

We've been taking our boys to Davenport for spring break for over 10 years. We love Watersong. It's a quiet and nice area. Security at the gate wasn't given our names for the day of check in. We had to find a hotel for the night and the management company never answered their phone. The host, Alison, is in a different time zone, but responded the next day and had the situation resolved. The house was very nice and well appointed. Everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable was available. The pool pump wasn't working when we arrived. Within a couple days a new one was installed. Mechanical things that break down are no one's fault and Alison had it resolved quickly. I've seen some negative comments about the BBQ not being hot enough. The burners aren't flamethrowers, but they don't need to be. It has a heavy insulated top and just needs a few minutes to reach excellent BBQ temperature. It worked great! Thanks Alison for an enjoyable stay and responding when issues arised.

My girlfriend and I were in town for Valentine’s Day’s weekend and this place was perfect as were the host!! Highly recommend anyone who’s searching for a place to stay in the area give this beautiful home a chance you will not be disappointed.
