Absolutely loved this home!! Most important to me, the home was clean!! And most important to the kids, the home had lots to do and was a lot of fun!! They had a blast in the game room, pool, spa and the themed rooms were a huge hit! The theater was a lot of fun and we had family movie nights which were a blast! The kitchen is well stocked. Very nice supplies to get us started. Well stocked towels so we didn’t have to do laundry every night. House is better than in pictures! And what stood out the most was the awesome customer service and communication from the property manager. They were attentive and responsive! We also had the opportunity to meet the Housecleaners and they were so sweet, kind and thorough! And Storey Lake is above and beyond our favorite resort near Disney! We will be back to this home! Thanks for the awesome vacation!!

Great House! My group has been coming to the Orlando area every spring for the past 11 years. This was our favorite house. Everything was perfect. The group voted to make Parmi's house our permanent destination for future trips.

This was our 3rd straight year staying in this beautiful house. The pictures are exactly what you'll find in the house. Movie room was great as always. House was very clean when we checked in. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Location is great as it is right next to the club house. Highly recommend staying here!

it was a really nice place with lots of room. the driveway wasnt the greatest as 2 vehicles cannot be parked side by side and room to get out but besides that it was good. fun place and worth the price.

Really a beautiful community with several amenities. We enjoyed the open floor plan of the house and loved that the kitchen had nice appliances and cookware that we utilized for meals at home. The coffee options were great and the kids really enjoyed the welcome bag. The house offered so many amenities itself with the gaming, theatre, pool, hot tub, private back yard, BBQ and so much more. We'll definitely come back here again. Highly recommend.

This house was amazing and plenty of room for my family. The house was clean and extremely comfortable just like your at home here. Magic Kingdom is close by and plenty of other things nearby as well. Communication was lightning fast and helpful at every moment of my trip. I can’t say enough great things about this home. Don’t hesitate to rent this one. You will not be disappointed.

Absolutely great stay. The host was super responsive—any questions we had were answered almost immediately, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. This place is very kid-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Plenty of space, thoughtful layout, and it felt safe and comfortable for the whole family. The biggest thing to note: the photos don’t do this place justice. At all. It’s one of those spots you just have to experience in person to fully get the vibe. The atmosphere, the lighting, the design—everything just feels better once you’re there. It’s clean, well-stocked, and clearly cared for. You can tell the hosts put effort into making this more than just a place to sleep. It feels like a home. Great location, easy to access, and quiet. Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone, especially families looking for a hassle-free, comfortable getaway.

This is our second time staying at a townhome in Margaritaville and will come back again. This home is located close to the parks, clean, and accommodated our family of eight with plenty of room. Target is right around the corner and we had groceries delivered from Publix shortly after our arrival. Daniel quickly answered any questions and made sure we had a highchair for our smallest guest. I highly recommend this home!

The home was as seen in the photos. Easy to communicate with the hostess who left clear instructions. I would definitely rent again , and definitely recommend!

We had an amazing month-long stay at Luis' home! The neighborhood is fantastic— well away from the busy traffic on Hwy 27, making it a peaceful retreat. The house itself is spotless, with a modern kitchen that easily allowed us to prepare family meals. We especially loved the dedicated ping pong area, which added a fun touch to our stay. But the true highlight was the serene lanai, complete with running water—it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long workday. Luis was an outstanding host, always available whenever we had a question. He even facilitated a router replacement for the internet, which we truly appreciated. His attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this home for a family vacation, and we will be staying here again!

This is the second time I've stayed at Mrs. Judy's and both times have been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about the house or our hosts. I plan on staying here every time I'm in the area. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Kissimmee Orlando area. Plus you can't beat hosts like Mrs Judy and Mr Harlan.

We spent a week here and loved it!! The game room was a big hit with the kids. The house is beautiful and open. We made several meals in the kitchen and it had everything we needed. We had an amazing week and would love to rent again!!

Everything was great! We had a few glitches, but the host was very quick to sort them out. The only thing I think the host needs to change is the heating of the pool, sometimes when we were late getting back from the city, we wanted to get into the jacuzzi after 9 p.m., because the heating of the pool was from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

my entire family was happen with the location and how cleanednit was. I will happily come back and rent their property. my family and I are loyal customers.

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with great amenities. The location was ideal—quiet yet close to all Disney Parks and Universal. Communication with the host was easy, and they were very accommodating. We had no issues and would highly recommend this place to anyone. Looking forward to staying here again!

Bobbie was super helpful and responded quickly! The hot tub and pool were great and the Mickey motif was perfect! We had a great time and plenty of room. The pool table and pop a shot were an added bonus for the evenings after Disney and Universal! Great time and a great price! Thank you, Bobbie!

My family and I have a wonderful time at this place. All updated appliances, very clean, everything was just as we expected if not better! If I had a question she would reply in minutes! I would recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. I hope she has an opening for when we come back in a couple months, beautiful place!

Brian was great to deal with. He was prompt with responses and very helpful and accommodating. The house was EXACTLY as the pictures show. We ranged in ages from 52-8 years old and we all enjoyed the home and amenities. My husband is already planning a return trip.

we stayed here for 17 nights and what a beautiful place and stay. We were 3 couples and the house was so spacious and comfortable for us all. We especially loved the beautiful pool (we had it heated and was well worth it as so warm), hot tub and spacious deck area. The furnishing in the living areas is so comfortable and there is plenty of it. We also enjoyed the pool table and games table in the garage. A major highlight for me was the neighbourhood alligator, Clarence, who frequently showed up on the lake behind us. He was well behaved and just watched from the lake edge 🙂 What a blessing to watch him safely from the screened in area but to be able to be so close, such an amazing creature. Just remember however to never feed the gators as it can be a death penalty for them 😥. And keep your distance as they are wild animals. We loved this place and would return again in the future if in that area.
