This was the perfect place to stay for our first time in Florida. Clean cozy, lots of amenities and definitely worth the price! Centrally located so it wasn't too far away from food and shopping!!

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

Loved our stay! Condo was well equipped. View of lake was incredible. Pool & hot tub were great. Watched Disney fireworks each night from the front of the condo and watched 2 rocket launches from Cape Canaveral from the balcony. I hope to have an opportunity to stay here again!

Nuestra estancia en este departamento fue maravillosa. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa: el espacio es cómodo, limpio y muy bien ubicado, lo que nos permitió disfrutar al máximo nuestras vacaciones. Sin duda, cuando regresemos de vacaciones, este será nuestro lugar favorito.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house and neighborhood was quiet even with the main road being close. And it was really easy to get everywhere we needed to go from this location. Tons of restaurants very close by. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Check in and out was a breeze. Thanks Karina!

Trevor’s place was such a nice stay. Exactly like the pictures and felt very safe during my stay. Trevor is also very responsive to any concerns. Would definitely recommend.

The area was perfect as it was close to everything and I love how secluded yet private it was as well! The hosts were able to communicate back within a timely manner when asked some questions, so that was another plus! The house was filled with amenities even if you forgot to bring your own toiletries and we fit right in! The only concern was that my parents complained about feeling itchy when sleeping in the master bedroom upstairs, possibly because of the sheets but nothing too crazy! All the bedrooms were overall comfortable and everything was clean as described so don’t let that detail make you shy away from this location! Will definitely book again for another trip! Thank you ladies!

Our family had a great stay at The Pelican House. Donna was very responsive and friendly. The house matched its description. Very clean, comfy beds and close to all the parks. Thank you for the outstanding stay.

Wonderful place to stay for a family! The game room was the highlight of the home for my two kids. Plenty of towels and items needed for a short stay. Would highly recommend!

Tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülerek hazırlanmış çok konforlu ve geniş bir evdi. Talihsizliğimiz 48 sene sonra bölgeye kar yağması oldu ,sıcak havuzu kullanamadık maksimum seviyesi bile havuz ısıtmaya yetmedi. Bu arada beş kişilik rezervasyon için dolabı iki şişe su bırakmışlardı sanki o beş şişeye çıkarılabilir☺️

Kurt and Elizabeth’s place was exactly how it stated it would be! And it was so close to Disney! Such an easy drive and the water slides/pool area was icing on the cake!

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

I’m very grateful to Laura for reserving this beautiful condo. It’s centrally located, close to attractions, and incredibly convenient. The condo is also in excellent condition. I truly appreciate the host’s attention before and during our stay — it made everything so much easier, and she was wonderfully attentive. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary. El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

We had a great Spring Break Stay.. Anas place is great and the community and amenities are wonderful. We will be back this Summer to stay again..

We had a group of 7, 3 being children between the ages of 6 and 13, and the place was perfect! The kids bedroom was huge and had plenty of room for them to play and hang out. The place was very spacious, very clean. There were plenty of games in the home for us to play plus the arcade in the community which the kids enjoyed! The commute to Universal was close as well. We would definitely stay again.
