Wow! What can I say? Stunning house, lovely garden, EV charger, great hosts and all within easy reach is St Andrews. The whole house was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Recommend without hesitation. Just book it already.

The house was lovely. It was maintained very well, very clean, and I could feel that Mary and James have put in a lot of thoughts for making visitors’ stay pleasant. I would definitely visit again/recommend to my family and friends.

I stayed at this wonderful property for a few days right after getting married, kicking off my honeymoon while also showing my new in-laws some of the best parts of the UK. The entire family had a great time here—it’s clean, very spacious, and truly felt like home. We did run into a minor issue with a bathroom leak (a bit of bad luck on my part, I suppose), but the host was incredibly responsive and did everything they could to resolve it quickly. I really appreciate how it was handled and am grateful for the prompt attention. Overall, I highly recommend this lovely property. If I’m ever in Edinburgh again with family or friends, I’d definitely check if this place is available before considering other options in the Old Town area. A big thank you to the superhosts for your kindness, patience, and excellent communication in making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. 🙏🙏♥️

the host were very supportive and responsive the location was very easy to find and tge property was very neat and tidy. overall very pleasing and warm experience would highly recommend and will come back for sure.

We had a fabulous family weekend at Antonia's place to celebrate a special birthday. The house was amazing, lovely big rooms and plenty of space for grandchildren to explore. The house was warm, bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Bathrooms/ showers room were good. The kitchen area was great, lots of space for food preparation. Antonia is an excellent host. Super communication which makes a huge difference. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Wilma & John's. Waterside is a lovely spacious house in a beautiful location, it's just a short walk to the local restaurants, bars, shops, Broughty Castle and beach.

What a lovely relaxing time we had. The views from the living room, bedroom and front garden were just wonderful. We loved the log fire and just everything about the location and house.

Perfect place to stay for a few days on a budget. About 10min walk from bus stops that led to the city, took about an hour to get into the city from here. Owners always got back with us quickly and were so kind. I reccommend staying here if you want more of a cozy stay away from the city!

We had an enjoyable weekend break in the Lookout at Pitmilly. Excellent standard of accommodation and facilities and a wonderful setting, convenient for exploring the Fife coast. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is really bright and spacious and tastefully decorated. The living area and kitchen are perfect. The apartment has everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Audrey explained everything very clearly to us when we arrived to drop off our luggage (the owners facilitated an early drop off before 4pm). In terms of improvements, the water boiler is quite noisy so if someone used the bathroom late, it could wake other guests. We would have appreciated shampoo in the bathroom - some of our party flew with hand luggage only with a small liquids allowance. We enjoyed our stay and it was convenient for the EICC, a 10-15 minute walk. The welcome breakfast pack was a nice touch. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including Napoli-themed Pizzeria 1926 with delicious pizzas!

Had a wonderful stay with my family at Priscilla, would definitely recommend Priscilla. Dianne was great and friendly with communication. My Kids loved it and would love to visit again.

Caravan very clean exactly as described. Easy to find at the top end of the park nice and quiet location. Lucy was very welcoming and checked that everything was ok.

We felt truly safe and happy there. The amenities are top notch and the decorations are simply amazing. We did not get to celebrate Hogmanay as it was cancelled but we were just happy staying in and ringing in the new year there as it was just so cosy and warm! Would love to repeat another stay during Summer!

The cabins at Rosehip Hideaway are a great base for exploring East Lothian. They are clean, tidy and the bedding is very cosy! While they only have a kettle inside there is a microwave & single hob in a little shed nearby. We came prepared with food we could reheat, eat cold or cook on the fire pit. The cafe is only open Thurs - Sun, (we stayed Tues- Thurs) so we had a delicious scone and warm drink to end our stay. Both the Chill Rose cabin and cafe are dog friendly which was great as we always struggle to leave our dog who suffers from separation anxiety. The cafe even had dog friendly liver muffins! My daughter loved the chickens at the back of our cabin and spent a lot of the time talking to them when we weren’t busy exploring the local area. Great local walks starting from the Railway Walk that runs behind the property. Only thing to note is that if you’re a light sleeper you may want to bring earplugs as there is some road traffic noise. All in all, we loved our short stay!

We travelled from Perth Australia to visit family for the Christmas period and David's place was the perfect location for us to stay. David's place is cosy, clean and well presented. His house will be top of our list when we return to Perth in the future.

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

Such a fantastic property in such peaceful surroundings, yet only a short walk to the heart of the city. Can certainly highly recommend Hollybush Cottage, was exactly as described and perfect for our family vacation. The views, the wildlife, the space to enjoy, all made it such a memorable trip for us all. Thanks to Clare for being responsive and providing us with the perfect base.

Great place to stay in a beautiful and quiet location. Handy for St Andrews.

Had a lovely stay. Choose as just outside St Andrews about 2 miles to the centre. It gave us easy access to St Andrews golf courses and with short drives to numerous beautiful coastal villages Crail , Pitweven and fantastic beaches along the Fife coastal road for the dog , Kingsbarns, lower Largo and Elie. The accommodation was very clean , well equipped for self catering with a really comfy bed and perfect for our trip.

This lovely and cozy apartment is ideally located on High Street within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, bakeries, and bars. The apartment is quite spacious and is the kind of place you can actually live in, not just stay for a couple of days. It is light and bright and thoughtfully laid out. The bed is very comfortable with nice linens and there is an extra bonus of a full bathroom with a tub and a shower in another "dressing" room. The living room is not furnished exactly as shown with the striped couches; instead there is a wrap-around couch, which is better, and an armchair, a great setup to snuggle in and watch Netflix on a cold and windy day (which there were many in December!) The kitchen is quite nice but there are a few missing items e.g. no wine glasses and only 2 bowls, but I still hosted a small dinner party for my friends. Overall, a great place and I recommend it highly!

Perfect stay, place as described and ideal for what we needed. Peace and quiet in the country in the hot tub! Met on arrival to show us around and very accommodating with the dogs with blankets and treats left out 🐶 thanks again!
