We had a great time with our son and his family of 8. Plenty of room for all of us. The beds were comfy, plenty of towels. The kids loved swimming in the pool but it was a little chilly for the adults. The water heater could be turned up for showers & washing dishes—there is no dishwasher which I didn’t realize but was not a problem. The location is great, easy walk to many restaurants and the main road to watch the sunset and a Soriana grocery. We felt very safe. When walking turn right leaving the house, first night we went left and it was a busy road and no sidewalk. Fabiola was great! Very helpful, answered all questions very promptly. Will return!!

Estamos muy contentas de haber elegido este alojamiento. El dueño fue muy amable, nos dio muchos consejos sobre restaurantes y lugares, muchos de los cuales visitamos, y nos apoyó cuando necesitamos ayuda. La casa estaba limpia y es muy moderna. Rápidamente nos sentimos cómodas y volveríamos a reservarla. También nos gustó mucho el barrio con sus numerosos restaurantes, bares y cafés típicos. Y por último, lo que también era importante para nosotras, nos sentimos seguras en este lugar. La única cosa quizás que las camas no están hechas para gente muy alta :D

fue una experiencia agradable tienes muchas comodidades mucha privacidad nadien te molesta . de regresar volveré a buscar esta casa. la seguridad excelente . las personas de mantenimiento excelente nos dejaron entrar 1 hora antes muy amables.. responden tus mensajes rápido.. en esta casa pase una de mis mejores vacaciones las piscinas completamente limpias . todo esta a tu alrededor tiendas restaurantes .

Great place! Totally recommended! It was our little oasis in Tulum. You do need a car ideally, but we also rented bikes. It is a safe gated community, which is reassuring, Tulum being Tulum;) Lots of great design details and well equipped house. There is no sun on the garden/pool though, which is probably by design as there is lots of sun outside of your accommodation;) lovely beds as well, slept off our jetlag pretty well.

Casa Sora was such an amazing house! We had a wonderful time with the entire place. The living room is spacious. The kitchen is large. The backyard is fantastic with the BBQ area and the pool. The deck on the top is fantastic. Even each of the bedrooms were great! I highly recommend staying here and I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We had a fantastic time. Victor was always very responsive and even got us in a bit early. Thank you!!

Casa Vista Del Mar was the perfect spot for our family this summer! We stayed for 2 months with two children and loved the pool and location which was a 5 minute walk from town. The beach was covered with seaweed so we didn’t go often but it was great being across the street for convenience. Gisel was so good responsive to anything we needed - highly recommend this property

Hidden gem just outside of downtown area. Super cute!! Looks exactly like the photos!! The bed linens and pillows were very nice and comfy! They supply a nice amount of towels for the stay as well as for the pool. The air conditioning and ceiling fans worked perfectly and were welcomed on the hot days! Communication was fast and helpful with any questions we had!! Very convenient to everything. 10 minutes to the airport and about 20 minutes to most beach clubs. Downtown is easy to walk to and there are many great restaurants. There is a grocery across the street with a taxi stand. We enjoyed our stay immensely!!!

The place is even more stunning in person. Photos do not do it justice. Some issues occurred with the services I booked through concierge that concierge tried their best to resolve. I don't think I would book experiences again, but the place is gorgeous and I definitely would stay there again. Also, it is not noted anywhere that the bluetooth speaker must be requested. We did not get a speaker until the second day of our 3 night stay that we had to sign a liability form for. I think that should be noted beforehand so everything can be prepared for arrival. Edna was good at being a problem solver.

Nos fue excelente, el anfitrión siempre al pendiente de nosotros, contestaba rápido. La casa muy cómoda y sobretodo muy limpia, en orden las cosas. En una privada muy segura, guardias amables en todo momento. La recomiendo al 100%. Nos recibieron con el clima de la sala encendido para una bienvenida confortable, tiene todo lo indispensable para pasar un largo tiempo en Playa del Carmen. Tiendas de conveniencia a dos cuadras, cuenta con piscina compartida. En general excelente, por eso las 5/5.

Quiet place and very secure

Es un buen lugar para hospedarse tiene privacidad y puedes llegar caminando a el muelle, malecón y a la plaza principal tiene lugares para comer cerca, farmacias y una clínica, la comunicación fue buena respondieron mis dudas y estuvieron a el pendiente de mi llegada, el clima funcionaba bien estaba ordenado el cuarto y la cocina te permitía hacer lo que quisieses de comer, el baño también estaba muy limpio y la regadera tenía agua caliente.

This property is a gem! Only about a 30 min ride from the TQO airport. Numerous restaurants and shops are in walking distance. Just a short drive to larger restaurants, shops, and markets. Our host was responsive and offered numerous recommendations for things to do! The frequent rain of Tulum couldn’t dampen our party with such great accommodations! Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful surroundings, friendly hosts. Kitchen had coffee maker, electric kettle and other conveniences. Notably, the hosts provided a 5 gallon unopened water cooler jug and that was much appreciated! Beds were adequately comfortable, with clean linens and towels. I slept like a rock-could hear peaceful jungle and rain sounds.

We spent a wonderful stay in Casa flamingo. La Veleta is a very nice,peaceful and secure neighborhood. You are not so far from beach if you have a car or with bike. You can feel the Tulum pueblo vibes which are really most interesting than the « Hostalera zona » vibes. Clemence was waiting for us when we arrived and give us good advice to enjoy the Tulum’s life. She was always very reactive when we had questions. The house is great and we enjoy to spend time by the pool. At night there are bars and restaurants close to the house. We found also a good bakery for the breakfast (very important for french people :-). Everything was perfect. We highly recommend Casa flamingo. If we come back we already know where to go!!!

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

Era mi primera vez en Mexico, fue una experiencia increible ,la casa es acogedora, espaciosa, apenas para una familia, Alejandro siempre esta al tanto de lo que se requiera, por mensaje o llamada ,es amistoso, amable, te orienta si quieres ir a conocer algun lugar, me parecio un lugar seguro, sin duda volveria a rentar su casa 😃

The place was exactly as pictured. Clean and spacious. The included daily cleaning service made the stay even better.

The casa was just like the photos! Lots of room for a family of 11 and kids. We didn't even use the 1 casa. The house is close to the main road, beach clubs, and downtown. This is really important since most roads to houses are not paved. The Tulum Airport is about 35 min away without traffic. The host provides a guidebook for close clubs and beaches which is super helpful. The zebra club is amazing if you have kids! I do recommend renting out a boat (H20H Sun Cruises crew were great), then hitting Serenity Beach Club (water is calmer) for kids , be prepared though for beach vendors, we loved that. Orlando the house manager was amazing he answered all questions right away. The house has all the amenities. For food we loved Palma Central Tulum (Food Trucks) or for authentic tacos Taqueria La Chiapaneca or for coffee Story Horse is a must.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour ! Malgré quelques petits désagréments, les propriétaires ont été très réactifs et ont toujours pu nous apporter une solution rapidement. Concernant les activités sur place, nous avons là encore été très bien conseillés. La maison est très bien équipée pour passer un incroyable séjour et je recommande vivement cette maison aux futurs touristes de passage sur Tulum !

Xoch’s house is an incredible hidden gem - hacienda style with lots of warmth and an impressive art collection. Xoch was super responsive and helpful and had a great team onsite to help with cleaning / day to day maintenance.

Todo tal cual se anunciaba, la alberca y palapa compartida con otra casa estaba bien grande. la casa muy bonita amplia y cuidada. Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Gracias.
