Great Airbnb! Very accessible and Ann Marie was very quick to respond with any query. Situated right next to the septa it made travel super easy.

Our stay at the AVE was outstanding! The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a great place, with tons of rooms and spectacular views in a great location. Sunny and bright and clean and comfortable beds.

I stayed here while attending a conference at Convene. It's a great value for the price - fairly small and older apartment, nothing special for amenities, furnishings, etc. but better and cheaper than a hotel experience.

Fantastic location in Bryn Mawr. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Off street free parking!! The apartment was larger than expected. Two full sized bedrooms, pull out couch in living room. Good sized living room, separate dining room. Kitchen space is small but functional. Antique decor throughout the apartment matches the overall motif of the quaint mainline. The septa/Amtrak rails are nearby but it did not interrupt our stay or our sleep. I’d recommend this place!!

I love the place, it's quite safe and very close to everything. It's quite spacious with everything you need.

This unit is in a great location. I felt very safe even at night. It's important to note there is no free parking. Please take Raine and Billy's suggestion to use the SpotHero app to reserve parking. There are garages very convenient to the building. Garages close at 10 pm so if you are going to be out later, park your car and walk, take public transportation or use a ride share service.

Great location, walking distance to many attractions/restaurants. We loved having a full kitchen to be able to cook some meals, too!

Great location and safe building. I had a very nice stay at Rainier and Billy’s rental during my conference. The directions to get in the building were great and pictures were extremely helpful. Walkable location made it easy to get around and park. Highly recommend!

It was clean, liked that it was right next to the local police station. The Airbnb was great. The area was walkable we waked around the city for a few hours and generally enjoyed our time. The parking garage next door stays locked after you exit it and that was the biggest issue we had with our trip. Parking garage also priceyy. Overall enjoyed!!
