We loved our stay! Never had an issue with finding parking and we had two cars for most of the stay. We did hear a lot of sirens at night, which made the first night hard for our kids to fall asleep (it was a Saturday night and was probably mostly jet lag), but it never bothered us the rest of the time!

Great place for a medium to large group of friends to stay. Walkable to UPenn and many convenience stores. Place is very spacious and is bigger in person than in the photos. The only issue we ran into was there was no toilet paper in the house. Overall, a great place to stay if you are visiting Philly.

Anne's placed worked great for our family. Convenient for walking to area restaurants etc. Nice layout including an open kitchen area with a large dining table for meals and playing games. Townhouse had an amazing view of the city from the 3rd floor and the rooftop!

Was a beautiful places to stay at for two weeks, had cottage vibe. Stairs were small but it was worthy it because it had such a homey vibe. And felt nice to come back to.

Valerie is a superb host! It’s really hard to find a parking spot in Philly and you get one right in front of your door! All amenities are explicitly written in the description. Thank you. One little request: having a plate addition might be awesome. I bring some food to go from restaurant and it’s already cold when I arrived at the property, and turns out the box is not microwave friendly. Everything else is perfect!

Good location- within walking distance to many amenities, shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Great place to stay. plenty of room, very well stocked.

My family of 5 adults stayed 2 nights. Tuans apartment is clean, comfortable & quiet. Great location to all the professional sporting events & concerts. Parking can be inconvenient but I chalk it up to city life! A couple trips around the neighborhood and was able to find parking. The beds were comfortable & the space met our needs for relaxing between events, baseball games. Tuan was a proactive communicator & we had no issues during this our stay. Highly recommend!

Samantha is a first class host, and while I never met her in person, she came across in our communications as a wonderful person. She genuinely cares that her guests have a great experience. The condo is, as indicated in the title, charming. The beds are super comfortable, and the bathrooms are very nice. Excellent kitchen and living area. Lots of great light. The unit has a very warm feel -- lots of plants and a beautiful fish tank. And it's in a great location - super walkable. As other reviewers have noted, given this Airbnb is hosted by someone who lives there, you should expect a slightly different experience than staying in a unit that is a dedicated Airbnb.

Echoing other reviews: cozy, well furnished (not too much and not too little), well kept. Nice n' warm even with single-digit temps outside. Easy communication and coordination with the hosts. Great location as well: - easy 15-min. walk to 30th Street/Amtrak station - Mr Rabbit Coffee around the block (get the chocolate-chip cookie) - Rival Bros Coffee a few blocks away (get the peanut butter toast) - neighborhood felt 100% safe - easy 15-min walk to Rittenhouse Sq (try K'Far!) It was a great way to explore the non-tourist part of this great city!

Fantastic spot, walkable to so many of the best parts of Philly yet it feels like it’s in a quaint and quiet neighborhood of the city. Super charming and comfortable, would definitely recommend!

Perfect for a quick trip to University City. Lucked out on street parking too. Place was clean, cozy, and right across from a great coffee spot. Will def stay again!

Larry & Marla's place was incredible. It is a quaint row home that is actually their home so there is a level of comfort this place has that can't be described. What I enjoyed most about this Airbnb is that it is in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood. Because it's away from "the city", there aren't strange characters roaming the streets at night. I went on a few walks at night and felt perfectly safe. Additionally, it's nice to have a dedicated parking spot 50 feet away, just around the corner. Sure, this home may have some small flaws. Keep in mind this is an old home. The stairs are going to creak; you may have to pull some of the doors a little harder for it to latch, but that's a minor inconvenience for the area you're in. If you're looking for a nice, quaint home in a safe, quiet, residential neighborhood and if you remember there is some "character" to the home because of its age, then this is the place you want to stay!

We’ve stayed at Helena's several times and really love it! The Queen Village neighborhood is charming, quiet, and convenient. Shops, restaurants, and pleasant city walks abound. The unit itself is perfect: attractive, extremely clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with plenty of space. Communication from Helena is always excellent. We highly recommend Helena's for anyone looking for a high quality, reasonably priced unit in a great location!

Beautiful town house home, two stories in a nice area. The home was visualized leasing and comfortable, 1 bath and 2 rooms upstairs- master king bedroom And an office with a desk, the office is wide open space and can easily be a great kids room with the air mattress in the closet. Master bedroom has a second door that opens to the 2 entry office. Bed is comfortable. Night stands have a really cool blue light that shines in the midsection on both sides pretty cool. Check in was instant, couldn’t be easier. A smart lock on the front door allows guests to waste no time getting their bags inside by typing a simple 4 digit code, and the door unbolts and opens. Spacious kitchen back deck (im sure lovely in summer, but rainy in April) basement is incredible clean and has washer and dryer… Honestly the best air b&b experience i’ve had. Any future guests, take your shoes off at the door (the rule) it has worked the carpets and hardwood are stunning! A+++

We had a great stay at Victors home, location is great, close to restaurants, shops and train. Quiet and the roof was lovely. Victor was super responsive and helpful.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen, 2 Teenagern und einem Baby bei Simone und hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit und genug Platz! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Wenn man mit Baby reist, sollte man beachten, dass die Ausstattung dafür selbstmitgebracht werden muss (oder man verzichtet darauf). Die Lage ist richtig gut, man ist in 20 Minuten zu Fuß an der Independence Hall, Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung.

Cozy little townhouse. Excellent location for exploring the art museums! We stayed 5 days in Feb 2025. Walk everywhere from here! 50 feet from the front door & you can see the PMOA about 3 blocks away. Walk 1 mile down large main roads to the Rodin & Barnes. 2 miles gets you to downtown. Safe area. I checked on that before booking. We were out late and always felt safe. It's the type of neighborhood with lots of young single people walking dogs & jogging. Many cool bars & restaurants in easy walking distance. I was very surprised at how peaceful it was. Only thing I heard at night was train whistles. The house only shares 1 wall, and I never heard or saw those neighbors. Parking is tough in that area but the city lot next to the Eastern State Penn was only a 10 min walk and you can pay for multiple days on the Parkwhiz app. $30 per day and a 10 min walk was well worth it for peace of mind. Everything was exactly as described and very clean. I highly recommend this place.

Scott is my new gold standard for AirBnB hosts. He was proactive, thoughtful, and really went the extra mile to make our relatively short stay in Philly very comfortable. His place is great for a small group of friends, and has a real luxury touch. It felt warm and cozy during our December stay, and I would bet it makes a great spot during the summer with outdoor space and roof access. Next time I come back to Philly, I'm reaching out to Scott first.

So quiet, comfortable beds, super-clean and spacious home. We'll definitely book again as our daughter just moved in a few blocks away.

I was in a quandary with a previous host being uncommitted to our reservation. I felt lucky to find a place with less than 8 days to the event bringing me and my family to Philly. Amanda was immediately responsive to my inquiry and many follow up questions. She was incredibly flexible about both check-in and checkout times and clear about expectations. The place was clean and spacious and probably the best equipped AB&B household I have ever visited. I have no reservations about giving her a 5 star review Terry

This beautiful row house was everything we expected and more. A ton of character. Spacious and spotless. Very accurate description and pictures. We definitely enjoyed fishtown and everything it had to offer. Everything we wanted to do and explore was within 15 mins. Would definitely stay here again and would also highly recommend it.
