My wife and I stayed here for a nearby wedding and had the best time! It was peaceful, quiet, clean, and cozy. Everything was great and the animals were so fun. We would highly recommend this to anyone needing a quiet weekend away!

We came to stay in the area for a wedding. The place was so quite and very enjoyable, and questions or Issues Will was quick to answer us. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day and Will worked with us to make that happen. We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse and if our travels take us toward McMinnville again we will definitely make the effort to stay there again.

The home was private and had amazing views! My family and I had our Thanksgiving during our trip and it was perfect. Kaela was very responsive and accomodating. We look forward to staying again!

What a wonderful getaway! The house was just as the pictures show, and pristine clean! The bed was comfortable with very nice linens. The decor was right out of a magazine! So nostalgic with fun colors. There was a nice selection of hair care, body washes, lotions and potions. The town square is only a couple of blocks away, and definitely walkable with better weather. We discovered Brother's Restaurant and Tavern, located on the Square, and visited 4 times in 3 days! It was THAT GOOD!! We'll hopefully get to visit again some day. Definitely recommend.

Very peaceful being right off of the river! The house was very accommodating for our large family of 7 and could have accommodated more considering there were a couple of sofa beds. The furniture was nice, comfortable and clean in the living room and bedrooms. Lots of towels and extra linens! Shower products as well as an accessible washer and dryer were also nice and available. Our kids loved playing outside, fishing, and playing ping pong which were all provided! Jessica was an amazing host! She responded quickly and was flexible with checking in and out. The only downfall was not being able to open any windows in the sunroom off of the main bedroom considering it was 80-90° outside during the day. The house is in a great location with an easy walk to downtown Sparta. Beautiful outdoor property!

Perfect for what we needed! My sisters loved it too. So glad everyone was happy. And Caleb was super friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

The space was warm and welcoming. The kitchen had a plethora of spices, pots, and pans. The bathrooms were spotless and the view from the living room and upstairs bedroom was immaculate. From check in to check out it was easy as pie. Jerry & Wendy responded to every message within 30 minutes and was very proactive in the check-in process. Already looking to rebook with them next year for our getaway.

We loved Zonda’s place. It was the perfect distance from the park. It also had so much to do if you didn’t want to go to the park. We would love to come back again next time we visit Fall Creek Falls!

I absolutely loved this place! It's very charming and cozy, The cleanliness is impeccable and the bed is very comfortable. The decoration details are beautiful and really add a personal touch to the space. But what really made my stay special was the kindness and attention of the hosts. The gesture of leaving muffins and wine for us was such a sweet and appreciated touch. Their hospitality and generosity made us feel very welcome and cared for. Thank you so much for your kindness and gestures. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and beautiful space to stay.

This home is a true gem! The view alone of the green pastures and landscape from the den alone are spectacular. The loft is very comfortable and spotless clean with amenities to make a stay perfect. Slept with fresh cool Tennessee air like a champ and started each day perfect while working in the area. Kevin and Stacie are awesome hosts that have created a unique accommodation. Friendly waves from neighbors and walks along the sidewalks of Main Street are a bonus. A comfortable space for a getaway anytime. We will be back! We really enjoyed our stay here at the cabin! Place was clean, beautiful and serene. The cabin was immaculate and had everything we could have wanted and more including farm fresh eggs and homemade sourdough (which was exceptional). Spent a lot of time outdoors- hiking rock island and burgess falls! Even on the rainy days I had a great idea on how to plan out our day because Darcy had so graciously given us a detailed binder including lots of things to do!

Beautiful little lake house! We stayed here for our anniversary and loved it. Carol left some very thoughtful touches, and we enjoyed the serenity and peaceful surroundings of the property. The decor was so cute and on-theme (lots of duck and chicken items in the most coordinated and adorable way!), and everything was perfectly clean. Exploring nearby Sparta and seeing the view at Welch’s Point was also a lot of fun!

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights here with our pup. It was perfectly relaxing, peaceful and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. There’s plenty of kitchen appliances, coffee and coffee maker, games, yoga mat, bubble bath supplies, streaming services etc I could go on and on. They have really thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy a peaceful quiet stay here. We will be recommending this to our friends! Thanks Anthony!

This home was very comfortable and clean. It was quiet and peaceful. We were here early March and weather was sunny. You can take in the views without the leaf foliage at this time. Comfortable little cabin with everything you might need to feel right at home! We enjoyed mornings sitting on the porch listening to the birds, campfires,the hot tub, hiking not far away, afternoons reading on the porch, and they had trees perfectly spaced for our hammocks.

Jeff and Jill were great hosts and helped answer my questions. The property was beautiful with a view of the lake. It was the perfect quiet retreat for me and my dogs!

This is a delightful cabin in the woods. Very quiet and very private. It seems larger than it is because of a very good layout. Everything is thoughtful. I would definitely rent this place again :)
