My wife and I stayed here for a nearby wedding and had the best time! It was peaceful, quiet, clean, and cozy. Everything was great and the animals were so fun. We would highly recommend this to anyone needing a quiet weekend away!

We used Karen's house for some family that came in for a wedding at Macedonia Meadows. The space was beautiful and probably the best equiped Airbnb that I have ever been to. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We came to stay in the area for a wedding. The place was so quite and very enjoyable, and questions or Issues Will was quick to answer us. We unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one day and Will worked with us to make that happen. We had a fantastic time at the farmhouse and if our travels take us toward McMinnville again we will definitely make the effort to stay there again.

We enjoyed our short stay (1 day and 2 nights). We packed a lot into that time: hike at Burgess Falls in the morning and a museum in Nashville. The location of this place is fairly in the middle between Nashville and hiking. Also the rental is only about 20 minutes from Cookville, which had many chain and local restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness, huge master bedroom, the welcoming of our two little dogs and fresh eggs! We brought cages for our two little dogs, but Mandy already had two very clean ones available so we didn't even have to unload ours from the car. We enjoyed the privacy of the property and the fire pit. My only suggestion would be a dishwasher (which I think should be required for all rentals for sanitation purposes) and room darkening blinds instead of light filtering in the master bedroom. For night owls like us, the bright sunshine coming from the French doors and light filtering shades can really be an eye-opener. We definitely would stay again!

My second stay at this rental, and again, no disappointment(s). Super clean, exceptional host, comfortable, convenient ... and more. The only suggestion I have would be nightlights. I am an accident waiting to happen walking around in the dark, but don't like burning up electricity by leaving lamps/overhead lights on. Thank you for providing a place to stay that makes you not want to leave. Peace and Blessings!

This house became my home. As I walked out I felt a piece of my heart was being left in the hot tub. Not only was the home clean and spacious, it was welcoming and kind. The hot tub was my safe space, it was clean and warm and everything I needed for my week in Tennessee. The view was IMMACULATE and exceeded every expectation I had. The community pool was not yet open, however the hot tub was everything I needed and more. Also, the Airbnb was as close to the community pool as possible so in a summer season this is the PERFECT spot! Also, the screened in porch really came in clutch and allowed us to have beautiful scenic family dinners every evening. Smithville is a beautiful, quiet, friendly small town. All the boutiques had kind and lovely owners. I genuinely cannot imagine a better spot that we could have spent our spring break. The only downside was that we had to leave. Overall, a great place to stay while we went to Nashville and surrounding state parks!

Great place to stay to get away from traffic and crowds. Some what isolated (which we wanted) so we came prepared with food and snacks. Pool and hot tub were well maintained and my kids enjoyed hours spashing around.

Host was super responsive and friendly. Beautiful and quiet location. Enjoyed a relaxing holiday vacation with my family!

We were in town for a wedding and wanted a nice place to stay and this fit the bill! It was easy to find, very clean, and felt cozy. The upstairs neighbor does have some squeaky floorboards, but I don’t fault Blair for that! A good place to stay overall.

Got to fish, swim and enjoy family. Large house gave us plenty of room and fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. FCF restaurant at the lodge and their pool shack were nice to go to as well. They were about a 20 minute drive from the house. Met a super nice guy at one of the lakes. Be nice, respectful and clean up after yourself and you shouldn’t have any problems.

Absolutely beautiful spot to get away. Very quite and serene. Lovely view and lovely deck! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The decor was fun and we were very comfortable all week long. Carol is very responsive and kind. We would stay here again next time we ever visit Cookeville!

I rented this place, last minute, for my daughter and her friend for their Easter present. They absolutely loved it. They loved the pickleball court and the little camper that has games, books, etc. I’m not sure if they used the hot tub but that’s always a plus! She said it was decorated top notch and smelled nice, like wood. Free complimentary donuts, which they appreciated and inhaled 😂. Top notch communication with Jake! I would rent this place again.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights here with our pup. It was perfectly relaxing, peaceful and had all the things we needed to enjoy our stay. There’s plenty of kitchen appliances, coffee and coffee maker, games, yoga mat, bubble bath supplies, streaming services etc I could go on and on. They have really thought of everything you could possibly need to enjoy a peaceful quiet stay here. We will be recommending this to our friends! Thanks Anthony!

Rustic and peaceful hideaway for those ready for some private time. The guest cabin and treehouse offered further retreat from the main house. This was an idilic location for our private family time and everyone enjoyed the rustic vibe with modern amenities.

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE!!! My husband, my 2 pups and I spent the week of New Years Eve. We drove from Florida and we got there easily. GPS worked perfectly. The Cabin is beautifully decorated. The property is very private, safe, clean and gorgeous. Cabin is equipped with Alexa and she’s very funny and useful. The Host had a beautiful welcoming to the cabin we felt at home right away. We loved the bed!!! Slept like a baby. Very peaceful environment with great surroundings and THE VIEW!!! Somehow we felt loved by someone we don’t know. Amazing place to see the stars at night. We loved getting the wood to make the fire. My favorite thing was the sounds of nature (waterfall, wind between the trees and birds). There is a lot of places close by to go hiking. Oh and the cabin has EVERYTHING you need. This was the perfect new years get away! We are very grateful with the host and happy we found the cabin. This is not a place this is an unforgettable experience. We will be back for sure!!

Laura’s place was like a flower growing in concrete! While the drive up to the cottage made us a bit skeptical, the home itself is absolutely perfect. Everything was pristinely clean, well stocked and so accommodating. Laura also left us a bottle of sparkling wine to enjoy. We especially loved the view of the lake. The ambiance of the outdoor space was great. Perfect for a campfire under a clear blue sky. We also enjoyed the high end appliances and shower. The beds were so comfy! A great space that felt like home away from home. We would highly recommend booking with Laura and will definitely be back.
