Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

Amazing BNB!!!! So impressed by how lovely the property was and how beautiful my private apartment was even more. It's so much larger than the photos seem, they've added a nice round soaking plunge tub on the deck, it was great for relaxing on such a the warm day. I travelled for an AKC event and enjoy they are pet friendly. Little Cuca sure was a great host. Jim and Mindy made me a wonderful meat/cheese tray and delivered it to me. How gracious, I really hope we stay there again as it was the cleanest, neatest, most organized BNB I've ever stayed at. Mindy thinks of everything you might need while your there, I'm very happy I was able to meet them. thanks again!!!

Absolutely perfect! This unit exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and ideally suited my needs. Highly recommend both the communicative host and this property for anyone staying in the area. There were a variety of walkable and drivable food options in the area. This will be my first option when I return.

What a wonderful stay! Kenneth greeted us to give us a short tour - pleasant and friendly, but not intrusive. We enjoyed talking with him. The apartment was clean and lovely - not cluttered with enough decor to feel homey. We were in town for an event and did not cook like we usually would, but the kitchen was clean and was very well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable with soft quality sheets. The shower had no water pressure issues and was stocked with quality products, including name brand TP. The patio was lovely and we saw deer feeding on the foliage in the yard. Nice area, easy access yet quiet. Kenneth surprised us and printed out downtown info for us after we talked about our plans - he went above and beyond! I would definitely stay here again. Excellent spot if you’re traveling through Kerrville. Beautifully decorated, quiet, and had everything we needed - well-stocked kitchen, soft and cozy linen and extra towels and toiletries. Enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Erin was a terrific host and quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend!

This was our second time staying here. It is a nice location inside an older neighborhood. Kerrville has a lot of things to do for a relatively small town. No problems.

Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

This was a great place to stay and exactly what my family was looking for. House was clean and in great shape. Catherine and Bobby provided everything you would need and including pool towels. The pool was clean and heated slightly which came in handy our first night since it was cool and drizzling. House is located in a quiet neighborhood, was easy to get to, and centrally located enough that it was never too long of a drive to all the attractions we wanted to go to. We really enjoyed our stay.

They were very responsive and so kind! We had a few questions and they were quick to get back to us. Everybody in our group was very comfortable and felt right at home!

I had an excellent experience staying at Missy's property. She was incredibly accommodating, especially with my last-minute same-day request. The home was clean, well-maintained, and located in a secure gated community, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The location was perfect, just 4 minutes away from both Christus and Methodist hospitals, making it ideal for our needs. Despite the short notice, Missy went above and beyond by dropping off additional amenities the next morning to ensure we had a smooth stay. I highly recommend staying at her property! Feel free to modify it further if you'd like!

Absolutely fantastic place. Anytime I am in San Antonio, I will be staying here. I came into town for surgery and this place was so perfectly accommodating for that. The shower had a teeny tiny step to navigate getting in and out of. The recliner was perfect post op for sleeping in. Kitchen had every appliance you would need. Perfectly located for shopping or whatever else you may need. Don’t look anywhere else, this is your place!

My stay was excellent! Katelyn and David were very responsive and kind towards any questions I had making this experience better! We had no issues whatsoever and could easily walk to the condo with our extra car parked in the front of the community. Overall, our stay was a great place to relax with family.

Traci was such a great host. We were there for a medical procedure for one of my parents and was super close to all medical needs. The apartment was exactly what we needed, and the kitchen was the best stocked kitchen I have ever stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were great. With gated security and location we felt very safe. it was an absolute wonderful place and will stay again if we are ever needing to go back. Thank you Traci so much.

Best place to stay, nothing comes close to any place in the area.

Our stay at Val's was a nice stay. Bed was very comfortable but unfortunately I can't say the same for the sofa pull out. There was an extra foam mattress topper in the closet that we used but it didn't help. We did purchase an air mattress for comfort instead. The apartment itself was clean and had all amenities listed. TV in living room and bedroom. Good wifi. We had an issue with the dryer but Val was very responsive and replaced it the following day. Val was communicative and very accommodating through out our stay. Great host! We would stay here again.

Claudia’s place was great for a long weekend trip. We visited for March Madness and stayed at her place, a little further away from downtown, approx 20 min drive. The area is safe and quiet. The house is spacious and quiet. We will definitely stay again when we come back!

Home was super clean, Very responsive!

Stayed 5 days with a small family. Condo was as described or nicer! All amenities working as expected, and space felt cozy. It was a quiet and peaceful place to also work remotely. Would book again!
