This place is fantastic and right off the hiking/biking trails. The view from the sunroom was fantastic with the beautiful trees and wooded forest with surrounding hills and the sunroom was perfect with the floor to ceiling windows to bring the outside in. The fireplace was a must and very welcomed given the very cold mornings. Very spacious and open living area with a couch long enough for 5 people. Very quiet neighborhood which was perfect. Having the washer/dryer was great not having to come back home to more than one load was so helpful. We will be back!!

We love staying here when we are in town! Amber is a great host and very friendly and accommodating. The home is always well kept and we feel right at home.

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

Great place to stay in Bentonville. Right off the square. Close to everything. The bed and blankets were soooo comfortable. Connie was easy to communicate with. Great bargain too.

Exceptional Stay, Lifelong Friendships! My stay at Staci and Tyler’s Airbnb was far beyond my expectations! From the moment I arrived, their warmth and hospitality made me feel instantly at home. Communication was effortless, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, providing excellent recommendations and thoughtful touches throughout. The space itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was evident how much care Staci and Tyler put into making guests feel welcome. But what truly sets this experience apart is the lasting friendship I’ve built. Tyler and I now play weekly Tuesday night tennis with friends around NW Arkansas—a testament to the genuine connections they foster. We very much enjoyed our weekend in Bentonville and are so glad we stayed at Peddler’s Place. A lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the fun downtown. It was perfect!

Wow. Others have said it, but this is one of the nicest Airbnbs we have ever stayed in. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The place is very thoughtfully designed, comfortable and stylish. Quiet surroundings, quality linens, comfortable bed and blackout blinds meant we slept great. Even though this is in a converted attic, it feels spacious and ample. The location and parking were super convenient. Lastly, our hosts were gracious and made us feel right at home. This review feels generic to me because I really can't say enough good things! 10/10 will definitely stay again. Thank you!

What a great stay! Very organized, and the house had everything we needed. Location was perfect, just a few steps from downtown. The hosts were fantastic and very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

We stayed for a couple of months while relocating. We loved our stay and have good memories. There's an impressive deck right outside the entrance that we spent a lot of time on. The bed was so comfortable - more comfortable than our bed at home. The bedroom and bath were spacious and we felt like we had everything we needed. Stephanie was a responsive host and went out of her way to take care of the couple of minor problems that came up over our extended stay. Considering these things, it was also one of the better values we found in the area for this length of stay.

Great host and place to stay!

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

This place was a great option to stay at for mountain biking in and around the Bentonville/Bella Vista area. Everything was very comfortable, clean and in very good working order. I really like the self check-in that's offered. We will definitely be considering staying here again in the future once its nice enough to get some long days on the trails!

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

Craig was super friendly and the condo was clean and a nice comfortable stay. It was close to everything.

It was a perfect little getaway with an absolutely beautiful view of the lake!

The building itself seems fairly old, but the bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances were very updated and nice. All 4 bedrooms had a king bed which was nice. It was close to our in-laws which made it perfect for us.

Had a great stay here. Super close to the bike trails and places we could take the dogs for exercise. The kitchen was very well stocked. Definitely will stay again.
