My husband and I stayed at Megan’s place for a little over a week. It was exactly as described. You can tell from the outside that the building is an older building, but definitely was very modern was you got inside. It is in a great location. Lots of restaurants and stores, some even in walking distance (didn’t walk because it was cold). Megan was very quick to respond whenever I messaged about anything. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend others to stay as well.

Very tidy apt. With a washer dryer in the apt. Very handy. It was a very quiet area with no traffic noise.

I highly recommend this unit! This apartment is clean and comfortable. It's really spacious for a single bedroom, and it has big windows with great natural light. The parking area is really nice as well. Peter is a friendly host and is super responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

Nana’s Nest is wonderful and cozy. Next time we’re in Wilmington we will look to stay here again.

What can I say? The location was perfect. We were even able to walk to a local brewery a couple of times for dinner and drinks. Jenn was so quick to respond with any questions/concerns. Thanks Jenn!

Dawns place is always perfect for us. The apartment is always clean and well stocked. We stay here often.

My fiancé, 18 year old son, and I stayed here for a soccer tournament weekend. We had plenty of room! We fought over the recliner! May be the most comfortable recliner ever! We used DoorDash for some delicious meals! Highly recommend Submarine House and JT. Chumps! You are only 10-15 minutes from all the city, but we enjoyed the peace of the country! Great communication, price, and location! We would stay again! Thanks for the hospitality!

Great place for an extended stay, roomy, comfortable and well equipped. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet, within 20-25 mins bus ride to the city center. Dan was a fantastic and responsive host, all minor problems were resolved quickly and appropriately. Strongly recommend, especially for a longer stay

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Not only was Angie incredibly communicative throughout the stay, but before as well! Traveling with an 8month old and a dog is stressful, but Angie was always quick to answer my questions about the space which gave me great peace of mind from the start. This was one of the most well stocked and thought out listings we have stayed at and we greatly appreciated all the little touches, from the cozy backyard to the snacks and breakfast items Angie provided. We were comfortable from the start.

A wonderful little place.If you are a couple and want a cozy place to enjoy one another's company, this is a great place to visit, and if one of you make a mistake, you can go just a short distance down the road to K.Rae Designs and buy a piece of jewelry and make it all better.We will go back if we have the chance.Thank you Gary.

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

My stay here was great, It is spacious the Hot Tub was a wonderful relaxing touch. With the 4 season room. Will stay again.

We had a great time at Kathy's place. It's so clean and comfortable with so many thoughtful touches. And it has such a relaxed vibe--we always feel more centered after our time there. We'll be back as soon as we can!
