Abie’s place was just as described in a beautiful and serene location! The beds were comfortable and the patio was so peaceful to hang out at. The hotel staff was amazing and so attentive to our family! They were extremely hospitable! The amenities offered were great!

We had the best 7 nights here. The location is great, just off the main road so it felt secluded yet only 5 minutes to all the restaurants. All the staff, Oli and Emilie were so nice and helpful. Our room was large and had everything we needed. We recommend having their breakfast, it’s great value and good! We felt relaxed throughout, and there is a nice social area by the pool where me made friends with other guests. A nice community feel. We honestly loved it and would like to come again and bring friends. We also adored Emma, their wonderful calm dog ha!

My stay here in San Marcos was delightful. The moment I stepped into the luscious garden, my mind cleared. Terrys place a great place to hangout in a private and quiet area of the town. The Nature reserve near by is only a 3-4 minute walk. Well worth checking out. The rooms were clean. The staff and owner were very helpful. Overall a great experience.

Had a great stay in San Pedro at Hummingbird Suites. Yunior was more than accommodating and even helped me catch a ride after I left my keys with the ride that dropped me off. My studio was clean and close to many things, but also a quick shot away from them. I enjoyed being able to cook small meals with the local food, any type of kitchen in this area isn’t common, so it definitely stood out. The cleaning gals were friendly and take great care of the place. Would absolutely stay here again.

We loved staying at Maxhapan Cabanas. What a treat to have a private and comfortable cabin in such beautiful surroundings! It reminded us of small resorts that we saw on other, much smaller cayes, but with the advantage of being a short walk from stores and restaurants. Owner Louise is a sweetheart. Communication was prompt and she gave us a tour of the amenities of the cabin. Don't miss out on a chance to stay at Maxhapan Cabanas.

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt in Caribean Coconut & können dieses kleine Paradies sehr weiterempfehlen: bei Meeresrauschen einschlafen, den Tag mit Schwimmen im Swimmingpool beginnen, in der Selbstversorgerküche dann sich sein Frühstück zubereiten können, wann man möchte - in Sichtweite der Atlantik mit einem tollen weitläufigen Strand. Den Weg nach Cahuita haben wir mit geliehenen Fahrrädern praktischer Weise überbrückt. Wir haben die Lage etwas außerhalb von Cahuita sehr genossen, die sehr schön mit tropischen Pflanzen angelegte Anlage, die angenehme Atmosphäre & den lockeren Austausch mit dem Gastgeber Silvio.

Alex is amazing! We truly enjoyed out time. Our arrival wasn't the best, we showed up and there was nobody to show us around. We were also under the impression we had been clear that it was going to be 4 guests but we had miscommunication with the person handling the comms. Gladly they were able to fix us another room. Alex and the cleaning and cooking staff really are 5 stars! the place is also really nice. Spotless and the breakfast was amazing! We really enjoyed our time and will be back!

Perfect place to stay. Clean room, clean pool! Well taken care of property with comfortable shared common space. Great jumping off point to explore the area.

Love this place! Have been back three times in three years. The staff is so lovely. The location is perfect to walk to yoga/spin/pilates at Bodhi Resort (their classes are open to the public and are some of the best yoga I have taken). Plus walk to Playa Giones for surf and resteraunts. It’s so peaceful. And breakfast is always good!

My room was decorated with excellent taste (the photos are accurate), very confortable and the bed, huge and relaxingly firm. The view over the garden and the sea from inside as well as from its private terrace are one of its best features. The internet connection is fast, which allowed me to work from there and have conf calls without any problem. The kitchen, gravity center of the Hill, is beautiful and perfectly equipped. The common areas are very well designed - as befits the house - and actually make you want to stay there all day. But there's so much to do in Cambutal. On top of hanging out on its black sand beach set against the tropical greenery, there's good surfing spots, hikes in the jungle, swimming in cascade pools...Stephan had very good advice and helped me organize all these activities. I had such a great time there that I extended my stay and would have stayed more if I could.

Nuestra estadía estuvo genial, un lugar muy seguro hasta para caminar de noche, cercano a varios lugares, facilidad de transporte, cerca de un supermercado… pudimos descansar, nuestro bebito se sintió muy a gusto… Andrew, Bárbara y Elizabeth siempre estuvieron a disposición cuando necesitamos alguna cosa. Doña Elizabeth con su amor y carisma, hace que uno se sienta en casa, mi hijo estaba super feliz y cariñoso con ella, porque es lo que irradia. La verdad estuvo genial nuestra estadía, un 10/10. La recomiendo sin dudarlo. !! Vale la pena!!

This place is beyond what you can imagine. Amazing view on the ocean, surrounded by a beautiful jungle and the beach is only few minutes walking distance (totally worth it!) The room was clean with nice furniture. David has been a wonderful host! Very kind and available at any time. Pablo, the guardian, was there at any time for any needs, caring and able to make everything perfect. They provided us with fresh fruits in the afternoon and yogurt, orange juice, eggs, bread and jam for breakfast. We spotted many birds (tucan included) and monkeys! There’s is the road nearby but the amazing sound of the ocean really covers up all the noise. We totally recommend it, stay as long as you can! :)

Muy bonito, espacioso el lugar. La atención fue excelente y se encuentra en una buena ubicación.

we've loved our weekly stay at SUYO. the accomodation is beautiful and Ashley and her staff were super kind and helpful. loved the outdoor shower and the hamacas on the little porches. the kitchen could use some new pans and the room was quite hot during the night but other than that there was everything we could have asked for. would come back for sure.

Amazing place to stay! Daly and the other staff were very helpful to me throughout my time there. The store downstairs has plenty of options & things you could need. Wi-fi worked great for me. Kitchen has almost everything you need (bring a lighter to light the stove) & the sitting areas are comfy. Beautiful views of course. The only con was noise for me as there was music playing at a nearby place that I could hear a large portion of the days.

La verdad es que la relación precio/calidad es excelente. La gente que trabaja en lobby siempre muy atenta y cordial. Muy buena limpieza y la atención que daban sobresaliente. Altamente recomendado

The simplicity and central location was exactly what I needed for a easy stay while on my road trip. Everything was as described with restaurants walking distance- I'd recommend the Italian across the street! Delicious!

Mi familia y yo valoramos mucho La Paz y tranquilidad, es por eso que pensamos que quedarnos en Dharma Shala fue una decisión acertada. La ubicación es excelene si quieres descansar. La limpieza excelente, la decoración y el concepto también. El equipamiento de la cocina, cuartos y baños, más que bien. No faltaba nada. Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos con Chris.
