It was clean, the view from the terrace was amazing, and the room was so comfortable. I was surprised at the quality and quantity of the shared space! It's really great that you can use it as much as you want. This time my stay was short and I didn't have time, but next time I'd like to relax on the rooftop terrace. Thank you very much.

This apartment checked all our boxes in terms of what we needed for a short stay in San José. I would book it again in a heartbeat.

This Friends themed apartment was nostalgic with great lighting. Great view of the city from the 16th floor, and awesome restaurants next door. It is about an hour away from SJO airport with traffic.

After a few long and convoluted days of travelling, Andres’s apartment was exactly what we needed. Andres was super responsive and proactive in his communication and sent us lots of helpful advice and instructions ahead of time. Check in was easy and the apartment was as advertised. We were able to logg into the TV and have some home comforts - which, again, was much appreciated. We didn’t do much in the way of sightseeing, choosing to stay in the apartment and lounge by the pool. The cafes and restaurants in the complex are also pretty good so you don’t even need to go very far. All in all a good stay - we would recommend!

This place is wonderful and the host was amazing as well: respectful, super responsive and helpful. I would definitely like to stay in this place again!

El lugar es tal cual las fotos, excelente vista, muy limpio y ordenado, aparte muy dotado, recomiendo este alojamiento, lo único es que la cama es doble y no queen o King, pero son bobadas, a lo que ofrece el alojamiento, muy full.

Todo lo que buscaba lo encontre en el apartamento de Julio. Comodidad, seguridad, limpieza, el apartamento esta completamente equipado. Bello lugar, muy relajante, para mi ha sido una experiencia inolvidable. Julio es muy profesional, cuando necesite preguntarle algo me respondió al momento, en fin, le recomiendo este lugar a todo el que busque un lugar seguro y a la vez un lugar que reuna todo lo que necesite. En los bajos del edificio hace una variedad de restaurantes, todo el complejo es moderno, muy bonito, en fin, no se arrepentirá de hospedarse aquí

Ubicación excelente, falta indicar que es un tercer nivel, encontramos comida en la refrigeradora y el chorro de la cocina goteaba. Falta un poco más de cuidado a esos detalles. Lo realmente difícil es que está en el tercer nivel, después de eso todo OK.

Such a wonderful stay! The host was very nice and welcoming, making everything smooth and enjoyable. The highlight of the place is the incredible balcony—perfect for relaxing and taking in the stunning surroundings. The location is truly magical, surrounded by nature yet just a short distance from the center. A perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Highly recommend!

Tanika place is very nice and clean , felt like home , all of our friends that came really enjoy , there’s a backyard where u can go up stairs to chill or even just dip in the pool, there’s a table there outside to sit , it’s peaceful ,relaxing and it’s a secure safe place community so don’t worry and the host is very responsive, believe me you guys need to check it out ,expectations are very nice , never disappointed.

Safe and quiet community. Gated with 24/7 security. Home was clean and smelled great. Each time I would go on the road and come back, the nice smell of air fresheners would greet me. The host was amazing as well. Very responsive whenever I had any questions. Would definitely recommend and would book again when I am in Jamaica. I stayed 10 nights.

Its a Great place for a Family or medium group, in a Fancy secure área of tegucigalpa. The house is very clean and confortable. Marlon is very easy to chat with and he is very helpfull if the guests have particular needs.

We had a wonderful short stay at Francisco’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and had a perfect balance of minimalism and functionality. As parents of a little baby, we felt completely at ease letting him explore, knowing the space was safe and well-kept. Francisco was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back!

Visited casita Piegatto for our anniversary getaway and loved it! Everything was ready for us and our host helped connect us with transportation from Guatemala City and back. The house and views were stunning! Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Both the house and the host were amazing. Ten of us stayed there for the week, and the house was absolutely incredible. From the impressive design to the small details, everything was perfect for our group. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook and gather comfortably, and when we wanted to go out for the night, Jeff provided plenty of great recommendations. Every bedroom was comfortable and well put together, and the party room was of course a great bonus. Jeff always responded quickly to our questions and truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Between the beautiful house and the awesome host, I highly recommend booking this place for a memorable vacation. I will 100% be back — Pura Vida! 🤙🏼

Esteban est un super hôte, très réactif et attentionné. Son logis était d’une propreté irréprochable et on a manqué de rien. Nous avons apprécié la sécurité du bâtiment où nous avons eu un agent de sécurité qui nous a accueilli malgré l’heure tardive de notre arrivée. L’édifice est bien entretenu avec piscine, terrasse sur le toit et plus. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Andres was a super host ! Few minor concerns in the beginning that were quickly resolved. He was always pleasant , professional and helpful!! We found the place had everything we needed for our stay in San Jose. The only thing we found was a little noisy but we were in a major city so I guess you have to expect that ! I would recommend this place and you will most certainly have a wonderful host in Andres!!

We had a great stay. Marco Antonio's apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Communication with Marco was very easy and courteous. The building also has a gym and nice pool area and is located in the centre of Escalante. Highly recommended.

This place is very new. Absolutely beautiful and super clean. There are many restrictive rules but they are posted so you know. We really enjoyed our stay. Very safe and unique place. The rooftop us spectacular. I highly recommend Ronalds place. We will be back.
