Πρόκειται για ένα υπέροχο κατάλυμα, ατμοσφαιρικό, με πολύ καλή αύρα και πεντακάθαρο!!! Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν επίσης άψογη. Δυστυχώς μείναμε μόνο ένα βράδυ και δεν το απολαύσαμε όπως θα θέλαμε, σίγουρα όμως θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ και πάλι.

Το δωμάτιο υπέροχο, είχε όλα όσα μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί , πεντακάθαρο,υπέροχοι οικοδεσπότες , βασικό το parking. Αν σε ενδιαφέρουν οι γύρω περιοχές ότι καλύτερο . Εμείς που πήγαμε για αγώνες σίγουρα θα το προτιμούμε !!

La maison de Giannis est dans un endroit privilégié, une vue exceptionnelle sur Athènes c’est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse pendant le coucher de soleil. J’ ai loué une voiture pour la semaine donc nous n’avons pas eut la contrainte de grimper la colline à pied et j’ai toujours trouvé une place à 2 pas de la maison. Un excellent rapport qualité prix !

Si estas en Atenas DEBES quedarte aquí, la vista es única e incluso privilegiada en opinión de los propios Griegos. El lugar es muy grande y tiene muchas cosas cerca. Vale muchísimo la pena, 5 estrellas. ✨️

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

the house and the patio are very cozy. it is easy to get everywhere with the metro. the landlady is friendly and open so you feel at home right away. a day athens is quite little but what a beautiful city.

The best place in all of Plaka! Excellent location and space. We will be coming back with a larger group in the future.

This apartment for us was outstanding. Next to the Kerameikos metro and within walking distance of all we wanted to do. I would live there!

Great view of Acropolis. Great location to walk to all Athens highlights. Clean and comfortable. Responsive owner.

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

If you want to experience a different side of the glorious city then this is the place to stay. Julia was a wonderful host and we felt very much looked after and loved. We highly recommend this property for your Athens stay

Οτι πρεπει για ζευγάρι. Εξαιρετικο decoration και φοβερο κλιμα. Πολυ γρηγορες απαντησεις απο τον κύριο Εμμανουηλ και πολυ φιλικος/ευγενικος. Το προτείνω ξεκάθαρα σε ολους!!

Great apartment with private rooftop with jacuzzi. The space was spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is a little far from Athens but the buses and tram are a 10 minute walk away with frequent and easy routes into the city or the Glyfada. Would definitely recommend and stay again

I had a fantastic stay at Konstantina’s place! The house is located in a safe, quiet area, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The property was spotlessly clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay – from kitchen essentials to cozy bedding. Konstantina was incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with excellent hospitality!

I highly recommend these accommodations as the area is very peaceful neighborhood, however, you are just a short cab ride away from everything. The host is the kindest and most attentive I have ever encountered. We had to extend our stay in Greece and she accommodated all our requests. Our stay was a memorable experience that we will never forget.

Perfecte locatie om Athene te verkennen. Alles op wandelafstand. Voldoende mogelijkheden om te eten in de buurt. Stil in appartement, geen last van burenlawaai. Fijne ontvangst door Maria en onmiddellijk enkele tips gekregen. Een aanrader!

Χρειαζόμουν διαμέρισμα διότι έκανα ανακαίνιση στο σπίτι μου οπότε έπρεπε να μείνει η οικογένεια μ η οποία αποτελείται κ από έναν σκύλο ο οποίος είναι σχεδόν μεγαλόσωμος,οπότε επικοινώνησα με τον Παναγιώτη για να τον ρωτήσω εάν θα μπορούσε να δεχτεί μεγαλόσωμος σκύλο διότι οι περισσότεροι host δεν δέχονται μεγάλα κατοικίδια,οπότε μας δέχτηκε στο πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα για αρκετές ημέρες.Τωρα στο διαμέρισμα η μητέρα μ ξετρελαθηκε με την κουζίνα η οποία ήταν πλήρης από διάφορα σκεύη κ ένιωσε σαν το σπίτι της,τα μπαλκόνια πολυ μεγάλα το κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη το μπάνιο ήταν όσο πρέπει!το πλυντήριο δούλεψε άριστα κ σχεδόν κάθε μέρα!Ο Παναγιώτης σαν host ήταν άψογος κ πάλι τον ευχαριστώ διότι η οικογένεια μου δεν κατάλαβε ότι έλειψε από το σπίτι της,τον συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα κ στο μέλλον με απόλυτη σίγουρα εάν χρειαστώ κάτι θα είναι η πρώτη μου επιλογή!!!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful, cozy apartment, decorated with good taste. The 3 terraces have each their own vibe. The views are amazing. The neighbourhood is just stunning. Location wise close to the Acropolis and Plaka. Highly recommended!

Awesome place to be if you’re staying in Athens! Not far from the Acropolis, walking distance of Plaka, short walk to Areopagus hill which was a wonderful spot to watch the sunset. Would recommend to a friend!
