It's a great apartment in a great location.

The place is lovely and nice. The clear instructions made check-in quite easy. We enjoyed the time there, and Juno is very responsive as the host.

Great place! Super comfy bed with blackout curtains, gym in the building, walking distance to lots of places in a great safe neighborhood. Host was communicative and helpful! Only drawback was quite low water pressure in shower.

Great stay! The host was very easy to communicate with. They even got me a full length mirror prior to my arrival. Which was much appreciated! Loved the unit and balcony. Had everything needed inside. The rooftop pool was heated and had a beautiful view. Easy access to walk the lake trail. Would recommend and stay again.

The condos were just as expected. Loved sitting out on the porch in the nice weather with a view to downtown! The beds were SUPER comfortable. Close to a lot of places. It's on a busy street so there's a lot of road noise, but if you have a sound machine at night, you can't hear it.

I needed a place near campus to host an evening get together for a small team and this was the perfect spot! It was right in the middle of west campus and was easy to access. There were four beds and two foldable couches. There was a nice patio area and roomy kitchen. Great spot for a quick get together and would definitely recommend for those trying to stay close to the college life. Great host overall. Very communicative and friendly.

Stayed here to really take in the Austin scene. Just a heads up most places on Rainey are closed Monday and Tuesday. This place was perfect location wise. We walked all over, even to the University of Texas. Restaurants and hot spots were great and we watched the bats from the rooftop pool. Only thing I wished we had was a grocery store that had more food options. The royal blue was great but we would have preferred steaks to cook. Whole Foods is down the street but you would want to drive or get a scooter to help with the trek back. All in all ,this was perfect for us and we would highly recommend to anyone who asks where is the best place to stay and get the full Austin experience 😊

My girlfriend and I stayed here last minute as a first timer to Austin area. Super close to downtown, we walked to Trader Joe’s to get groceries. Great food nearby and super accessible. Host was also super responsive and helped when he could.

Luis’ place was perfect for a couple days in Austin. We were able to access everything we wanted to do with a quick Uber or scooter ride, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Just be advised that the walls are fairly thin: we were kept awake one night by conversations in the neighboring apartments. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Candice’s apartment was super cute and conveniently located in the middle of Austin. We appreciated all the amenities. Candice was an especially friendly and helpful host, as well.

Had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during SXSW. The apartment is spacious, well-kept, and stocked with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute scooter or bike ride to Downtown, making it super convenient, yet far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet after the festival buzz. A major plus is the coffee shop right across the street and a Whole Foods just a 6-minute walk away, which made grabbing a quick bite or stocking up on essentials effortless. But the true highlight? The walking trail that leads directly to the Colorado River pedestrian trails—a dream for runners and anyone who loves a scenic stroll. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Austin, especially during SXSW!

Jared was a wonderful host and has a beautiful place. I felt right at home, they went out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. I would absolutely stay here again! Plus some really cute restaurants within walking distance

Christy’s place in Austin was perfect for our stay. Close enough to some great shops and restaurants but in a quiet and safe area. The apartment was extremely clean and matched all of the descriptions with free use of the amenities. Christy communicated all aspects of check in and the stay perfectly and her recommendations were excellent too. The only thing of note was there was a little bit of noise from the neighbour’s dog upstairs but this was not in Christy’s control but worth noting if you are a light sleeper (ear plugs were provided). All together we would definitely stay here again if ever back in Austin.

Great place to stay in an area that is not as popular as it will be. The area is walkable for restaurants and bars. At the same time, there are also a wide array of options for exercise and outdoor fun. And Himesh provides all the information you’ll need and more. Super friendly communication and accurate instructions for check-in and check-out. We’ll be back!

This is the kind of place we all hope we stay at when we use Airbnb. It was clean, well appointed and stocked with everything you'd expect it to have. Host was easy to deal with and communicative, I will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

I was in town for work and brought the family along to sneak in a bit of a vacation—so glad we chose this place! The condo was exactly as pictured, with so many thoughtful touches. The hosts had a portable crib set up for us, along with toddler dishes, utensils, a highchair, and sweet books, which was so great. The makeup towels, pool towels, and overall setup made everything so easy and comfortable. The space was beautifully designed—elegant, upscale, and full of Austin charm. The view was amazing, and we loved the walkability to Lady Bird Lake. Downtown was also walkable if you're up for a bit more of a stroll. The pool view was stunning, and while we didn’t get to enjoy Rainey Street with our little ones, it looked like so much fun. Overall, a fantastic stay—great location, excellent hosts, and a space that really went the extra mile so many little touches that made this place stand out. Would absolutely 100% stay again! Already planning our next trip!!

This spot was amazing, I loved my time spent in this apartment, clean and pristine with a sunny balcony. Relaxing chairs and quiet pool area nearby. Comfortable bed and couch with a nice big tv you can turn to watch in the kitchen or living room. Very secure building and parking, I felt really safe. The neighborhood had a park a block away I walked with my dogs and another a short drive away near a lake. Also within walking distance were cute coffee, food and drink places, so much to do nearby. I enjoyed my time here.

Off the beaten path, but well worth it! I have not stayed in many Airbnb's that offered the feeling of being off the grid yet so close to anything you need in North Austin or just up the road in Lago Vista. The condo is very well laid out and Kara has thought of every detail for your stay including even extra tooth brushes if you forget them and extra birdseed. I think our favorite feature are the miles of walking paths just off the condo! We were here with our new grand daughter and our puppy and the place was amazing to walk everyday. Although a golf cart is available via Kara, we also brought our electric bikes and got to really explore the expansive hidden walkways. We stayed for a month and found Kara as a host to be exceptional! She communicated well and handled any issues very quickly. If you are looking for a place to escape, even for just a weekend I think you will find this condo a very nice surprise. Highly recommended!

We were in Austin for a ladies weekend, and this apt was perfect for our needs. We had 5 adult women, and the place was spacious. The location was excellent, and it was fantastic to explore all of SoCo by foot. Thank you for a great stay!
