WOW!!!! Die Wohnung ist nicht nur dem Himmel nah, man fühlt sich auch wie im Himmel. Wir haben jede Sekunde unseres Aufenthalt genossen. Wir haben Val kurz bei der Übergabe der Wohnung getroffen und sie war sehr sympathisch. Wir würden uns sehr, sehr freuen noch einmal bei Val wohnen zu können und dabei auch mal ein Bier oder Kaffee mit ihr gemeinsam genießen zu können

2nd time staying in this lovely gem! Perfect getaway for friends The fireplaces, hobbit hut, sauna and hot tub are wonderful treats for pure chill and relaxation times. Carol-Anne's place in Belsize Park is an outstanding base for taking in London. It's steps away from the Northern Line to get around town and Belsize, Hampstead and the rest of NW3 is right outside the door. Three of us were very comfortable. The place is clean, spacious, and fully-equipped with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Flat in great location easy access to Kings Cross. Plenty restaurant bars and supermarkets nearby. Great flat couldn’t fault it. Debbie provided a lot of useful instructions and information. Would definitely recommend.

It is a very nice and clean flat. Very big space and big living room with very nice sofa. The quality of furniture is great because this is the flat where the owner usually live in. Highly recommended.

Fred's place was the perfect place for our getaway with friends last weekend. Everything was spotless and there was plenty of space for us all to relax together in multiple different views. We were lucky to have nice weather which made the views from the place amazing. Thank you very much for a great stay, would definitely recommend staying to anyone else

We stayed in the annex for three weeks, as our son was attending an intensive course of physical therapy at NAPA in Harlow. The property being only on the ground floor was perfect for our son in a wheelchair. There is a step at the front door but we found that this was not at all a problem. Our stay was an extremely comfortable one. It is a beautiful property that is comfortable and well thought out. The annex has both style and substance. It feels like a home. The surrounding farm is beautiful and was a joy to look at. Sally herself is a perfect host - informative, kind and good fun. The only negative from me is that the fridge was too small for our purposes. However, Sally let us kindly use another fridge and I know that she has plans to install a bigger one. All in all, we loved it and we have already booked for later in the year.

We had a great week in Baldock at Malex's beautiful home! Lots of space and 2.5 modern bathrooms with big tub was nice. Easy train to London and Cambridge with a short walk to/from the station. Plenty of nice town & nature walks around Baldock. Make sure to check out Day's Bakery for fresh-baked pastries and sandwiches. Malex was very kind to meet us on arrival to show us around the property, but respects your privacy and is available only if you need help with anything. WiFi was solid, kitchen well appointed and modern, heating warm in chilly February, comfortable furnishings, laundry in-home if needed. Definitely would stay again and highly recommended as the perfect base for exploring Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Thank you Malex! Gary

Place is smaller than looks on pictures but still very nice and cosy. Sliding doors unfortunately couldn’t be used which means shutting door between bedroom and living room can’t be done. Good kitchen equipment but no basics like oil or salt. The room was well equipped with many towels and bathroom supplies. Also a very good location for staying in Bedford. Overall a good experience!!

We just spent Christmas at Yew Tree Cottage and it was everything and more that we could have asked for. The children had plenty of room to play, it was very spacious and beautifully decorated with Christmas decorations. We will definitely be coming back. The little village was lovely, although we didn’t get to experience the pub we will next time. Next to the pub there is a great little park for children and a football net, which my boy loved. We highly recommend, thank you for a lovely stay!

I absolutely loved this apartment! It was a perfect location, close to restaurants, grocery, and clothing stores. The train station was a short 15 min walk away, very convenient. We loved the outdoor patio area, the whole vibe of the apartment was perfection!

Absolutely loved it here, had everything we needed and more. All I could say is, needs a bit of a deep clean lots of spider webs

Patricia's home is lovely, warm and cozy. We booked at the last minute so that our family could spend Christmas together. We appreciated the lovely welcome and provision of staples like milk, butter, tea, coffee, juice and also crusty bread. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full Christmas dinner with ease. Patricia had even gone to the trouble to decorate her home for Christmas for us, which was very special. We all enjoyed our time together there. It is a bonus to have a full bathroom and an extra toilet for a family, too. The setting in the park is peaceful and welcoming and there are nice walks around the woods and lakes; our dog loved it, too. This is a wonderful place to stay in every way and Patricia is a very thoughtful and accommodating host. Thank you!

Awesome space, convenient location, perfect host. Praveen made my stay wonderful, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. Using the halloway train station you arrive to Londons main attractions in 15-20 mins which was nice. Very spacious apartment which is a plus considering how small most London hotels are.

We had a lovely stay here, beautiful countryside, very cute goats, cosy and homely cottage. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, quiet. Karen was very helpful and replied very quickly. She was very flexible with our arrival and departure.

Everything was perfect for us, we were truly blown away when we arrived and looked round. Highly highly recommend

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

Fantastic place to stay for a large group of friends, extremely spacious and well equipped. Games room and location completed the experience! Would highly recommend.

We had a very comfortable stay at Guy's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, with view of a portion of the Hampstead Heath park, well located close to the overground, several buses, and to the south Hampstead shopping areas. We arrived way ahead of check-in time, but Guy let us leave our bags and gave us an advance tour of the place. And, for those that are swimmers, right next door to the great Lido swimming pool. There were 2 of us, but there is really enough space and bedding for 4 to 6, for a short stay (as advertised). Highly recommended.
