Great place to stay, everything was with In walking distance. The fob didn’t work to get in but the host responded quickly and provided a pin number and instructions to see reception so they can reprogram it. We never did that because we had the pin number and we never saw anyone at the reception desk. We are planning another trip next year and will stay here again if it’s available.

One of my favourite places to stay when I'm traveling for work. Cosy, peaceful and offers everything you need. Adeola is more than a super host. She never fails to surprise me with a little touch that would make me smile at the end of a busy day. I always look forward to staying in Ade's place, because I know I will have an enjoyable stay. :) Highly recommend.

Having lived in Welwyn Garden City for 32 years, I would say this is a great location. Perhaps it hasn't got the close surrounding greenery of most of the residential properties in WGC, but that is more than offset by being quiet yet within easy walking distance (even for my 5-year-old grandson!) of the town centre and the railway station which has direct connections to London, Cambridge etc. The flat itself was pleasant, modern, clean and exactly as described. The host was very responsive to queries. All in all a good experience and a place I might like to stay in again.

Wonderful short stay at Fern cottage. The cottage is so well equipped and lovely and clean. We only had one night but would have loved to stay for longer. We couldn't fault anything and all the added extras really made our stay. The hot tub was a lovely addition.

We had a lovely stay in this property, the amenities were second to none and Leon was on hand to help at every opportunity. Would highly recommend and very close to the station and town centre.

What a gem in a property I booked for my colleagues who stayed there. It was bright, spacious and had everything you would want in this beautiful village. The downside is that is a little tight with a vehicle of a 4x4 like a Toyota Hilux, but DO NOT let that put you off. The second great aspect to the location is Gill the host, she's super helpful and even personally texts you with instructions on how to access the property and how things work in the property. My guys were gutted to have left the property and wanted to stay longer. If we're ever back in the area, have the right amount of personnel and your property is free, will book again! Highly recommend!

Our actors stayed at Nancy's house while rehearsing with us. Nancy was great at communicating with us about check in/out and helping us with any questions they had during their stay. It is a wonderful home from home for our actors. We look forward to our future stays.

Booked Iris’s airbnb for some friends coming to stay for the weekend. The flat was beautifully presented, very close to Hitchin station with direct links to London XCross in 30mins, and Hitchin town centre easily reachable by 20-25min walk depending on your speed! Very convenient and lovely stay.

Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

I recently stayed at this property with my family, and it was an excellent experience. The house is perfect for a family of four, providing ample space and comfort. The host was incredibly caring and assisted us during both our arrival and departure, which made the stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights is the convenient parking right in front of the house. If the front parking is full, street parking is also available nearby. The location is another big plus, as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the town center, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Susanne won my heart with her very descriptive notes she sent me on the place on making the reservation. Communication with her was breezy. Her Airbnb is a quaint place which had everything I needed. She helped me with my bags up and down the stairs during my check-in and check-out. She was very respectful about my fear of dogs. As a host, I felt she gives you absolute privacy and in those rare instances you run into her, you feel like you've run into an old friend. I'm definitely looking forward to staying here again.
