The family will love this great space with lots of room to enjoy each other’s company. You can kick back and relax . Close to shops, Erina Fair 10 mins , Avoca 10 mins and Terrigal 15mins . The waterfront is a close walk. Kantara Chapel is just around the corner, close venue for bridal group/family. Bring the boat to fish the Brisbane waters or take in many board walks and national parks in the area. We are onsite sometimes during the year in granny flat dependent on season and our travels.

A truly character filled residence, you're guaranteed to love the lakeside locale and ambience. The house itself is truly unique with polished timber floors and ceilings. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away along a pathway on Natural Reserve. At the end of the garden is a lake which leads to Avoca Beach (kayaks, canoe, life jackets provided). This house has a magical feel making it the perfect place for a weekend stay or a relaxing holiday.

Selby Lakeside Cottage

This 2 bedroom cottage is a true holiday house. With beautiful views of the lake and beaches which allow the family pet within a five minute drive, water activities for all are a must. The property has a garage and plenty of room to park your boat. Pets are catered for with a large fully fenced grassed backyard. Please note I do charge $10 per pet per night refer to house rules.
