A perfect place to stay on the peninsula. 15 mins drive to central Dunedin and 5 mins to Port Chalmers. Just a short walk down to Sawyers Bay. Beautiful views. The wee unit was very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated having tea and coffee and milk provided. Thanks Trixie!

We loved our stay here. It worked so well for us with whole bottom floor of the house with great spacious well-equipped kitchen, separate bathroom, bedroom and lounge. We enjoyed the two large comfortable couches in the lounge and especially enjoyed sitting and looking out onto the secluded garden space. Liz was friendly and very responsive to any request. We love the area especially with the views and very close access to all the walks in the Ross Creek Reservoir Reserve.

Honestly? The best Airbnb we stayed during our trip in NZ! Very high end furnitures and appliances. Beautiful and unique details. So far. it's the first place I really felt at home.

Nicky was great. The place was very cool and was clean and felt very comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again .

No place better in Dunedin

Ken’s place was in a quiet neighborhood only a 5 minute drive to downtown. Very hilly area and he accurately described the steps you have to walk down to access the apartment. Sturdy rail made it easy to go up and down. All in all a great place to explore Dunedin from.

Neat and tidy comfortable stay for age of property. Very comfortable bed and coverings. Was warm quiet...bonus having garage acess.

We had such a nice stay at Linda's for a swim competition at the pool just 5 minutes walk away. The apartment is so spacious and peaceful and had everything we needed. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Dunedin.

Квартира в идеальной локации в 2х минутах от самого центра города. В конце марта было прохладно, в комнате включали кондиционер и обогреватель, а в ванной и на кухне было прохладно)

Great modern space, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was great. A bit of a walk into the city centre but worth it as we had a parking space for our rental car. lovely out on the balcony also.

Beautifully appointed and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Spotless upon arrival as well! Great central location and super walkable. Lots of restaurants and the downtown area is fantastic and only a few short blocks away.

This was a gem of a place for just my husband and I. It was truly like a home away from home. Everything was as Linzi had posted, nice touch with fresh sourdough bread and a little butter, milk and eggs. An orchard, vegetable and herb gardens. Port Chalmers is a lovely sea side suburb, within easy drive/bike ride/walk or take the bus into Dunedin city. There is small grocery store, several cafes and pubs to try all within easy walking distance. Would recommend as a base to explore Dunedin with 2 bedrooms to accommodate 2 couples.

Mike’s place was the perfect spot for our family getaway — brilliant location and very family-friendly. Our 2-year-old could easily walk to the Octagon, and everything was just as described. Communication was clear and smooth throughout. A great choice for a night away with the family!

We had an amazing stay at Mike's place. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped. There's everything that you need! Very clean. Walking distance to the city center (we didn't have a car so definitely a plus!)

The apartment was in a beautiful building and looked historical to me and exactly like the pictures. Fully Equipped kitchen, and I had the pleasure to use the new stove 😊. There are plenty of dishes, bowls, silverware and cookware. If you’re a Farmer market lover like me the apartment is 8 minutes’ walk to the market. The Octagon is 15 minutes (short legs😊). Chinese garden and Queens Garden are 5 minutes. My boys loved the private heated Jacuzzi it was on charming rooftop terrace with stunning city and hills views. The location is very quiet. Suzie the host was very caring and sweet. Thank you Suzie.💐

This was a great spot for our group to stay in. Mike was very helpful with the booking process and working out how much space we needed. We had the main house plus two smaller cottages and were very happy with the accommodation. Easy walk in to town and back.
