Heidi was very quick to respond and very helpful with recommendations for restaurants etc… she even sent her husband over to show me how to operate the front door one evening. He was very kind and helpful just like Heidi. The house and pool were spotless and we were very comfortable there. I was able to walk to the beach just about every morning. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils, dishes and pots and pans. The only things that were missing and would have been nice to have were a gas grill and beach supplies like a cooler and chairs. Very enjoyable stay and a beautiful island!

pictures don't do it justice. Sand was white and powdery, felt like flour. Beautiful beach. Nobody on it, ever. 4 miles of nothing which I loved. Snorkeling was average in the bay. House had snorkels and masks, paddle board and kayak, which we never took out. Locals will drop off whatever you need and do any tours you want. House is 1:45mins from the north where you have to ferry to an island to swim with the pigs, so we skipped that. I'm certain there is good snorkeling elsewhere on the island. We went south to Jacks Bay and got a tour of the Nicholas championship golf course and tiger woods course. Windemeyer was good, gated community. Food there is very average but the pickleball courts were great and everyone everywhere is so friendly. House had 5 bedrooms, 5 bath. The 5th bedroom was really small, fit 1 comfortably, but we didn't need it. A few restaurants are closed. Clothes washer didn't work (didn't spin the clothes). Overall, Awesome. Get fresh fish delivered

I could not have asked for a better place to stay in!! This was perfect for our little family with our 10 month old baby. The view was spectacular and it was so convenient walking down to the beach everyday with our girl! The kayaks supplied were so fun! My husband and I took turns while we watched the baby on the shore. Such a great location too! Felt super safe! Next to great restaurants (Tippy’s and La Bounganvillea). Hewitt the property manager on site was so sweet. And dealing with Pam was amazing. Her communication was impeccable and she was so patient with us and All our questions. The house itself was beautiful and so comfortable. Book it! You won’t find a better place or property management team!!!!

We had a wonderful stay with a lovely host. We traveled with an infant (9 months) and toddler (almost 3) and four adults. We found the house and location to be surprisingly kid friendly. Being able to step out onto the pool deck with an incredible view, or out to the beach 30 yards away, was so convenient. It was also very nice to be able to run back to the house for snacks, bottles, naps, etc., without having to pack up our car and drive back to the house. Hands down, the location is the most stunning place at which we’ve ever stayed. The beach is unparalleled and the house is within 5 minutes of great restaurants in Governor’s Harbour (Buccaneer’s is our favorite, and also very kid friendly). The house itself is charming and rustic, a true beach house. We loved the easy going vibe. We found the kitchen to be well-stocked, which we appreciated since we cooked in several nights. Amazing trip. Perfect for our family of 6 plus two grandparents. Beach is amazing for families. Beach is essentially private and has areas for waves, a gentle pool area surrounded by rocks, and great snorkeling. The beach was so nice we hardly used the pool. Kitchen is very well stocked. Driving to town for food took about 15 minutes but worth the distance for the location. Would definitely go back if we get the chance.

This house was great. Very private even though it was right on the road. With the wall and vegetation you never saw anyone. The furniture is a little bit worn but comfortable. I’m sure at the beach and with a rental, it is hard to keep pristine. The house was VERY well stocked with soap, shampoo etc. Even though it is not right on the beach, it is a very short and easy walk to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. Hanging out in the pool was a great way to end the day. Misty and her son Justin were amazing. Any questions or concerns we had were answered immediately. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Amazing house and extremely helpful manager, Misty! French Leave beach is so beautiful and very close! Governors Harbor had a great grocery store right at the bottom of our street! Super comfortable and the pool was a huge bonus !

Lovely place! Great location and there's a wonderful doggie that lives near by and visits, Ruby. Say Hi for me when she visits. The beach is beautiful, walkable with plenty of space to lounge too. The Queen's Highway is easily accessible through Palmetto Point. Overall, a great place for a couple.

My family and I had such an amazing time on Eleuthera! The beachfront home was beautiful as we swam and walked on the private beach with no one in it. The pink sands and turquoise water was unforgettable. The locals were very welcoming. The island itself was very virgen and untouched making it very unique to us. Charles was very pleasant and very helpful with our stay. We will definitely visit again and make this our destination.

This place is absolutely fantastic. The garden has access to a gorgeous beach which is basically deserted any time of the day. The house is big and very comfy. The only thing missing is a washing machine for the clothes (which can be a bit complicated especially when you travel with a baby) Otherwise our 2 weeks stay have been a dream and Rick has been really reactive to any questions we had. Another great thing is a big notebook with all the tips and adresses at disposal in the house. You have everything in it and certainly don’t need anything else to explore the island.

Truly wonderful place, across the street from a gorgeous beach and near town, restaurants and food shopping. The house itself is very pretty, well appointed, decorated well, and very comfortable. We wanted for nothing. The caretaker and manager are very nice and attentive. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Pebbles is in a beautiful location and has a great, almost private, beach! The place is simple but comfortable and clean. Eleuthera is a beautiful island and Pebbles is in a great location. We were off season so many restaurants and shops were closed. Just keep it in mind if you need to be out for dinner every night. We scored at the fish market so enjoyed our fresh fish every night. We loved our time at this cozy villa in Eleuthera! It's a bit old. Tucked away in nature, it's perfect for a peaceful family getaway. Highly recommend for nature and beach lovers!
