Great location and very quaint town. Apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable!

Alex’s place was perfect! Clean and modern with awesome TVs (a plus since it was playoff week!) The location is fantastic and the on site amenities available are beautiful. Lots of space to walk around and the pool area was beautiful. We would definitely stay again!

We hated to leave! What an absolutely lovely space. It was cozy and yet spacious, near shopping and restaurants. Our host Patrick communicated well and could not have been more helpful. It is such a pretty setting. Sitting outside, morning coffee in hand, watching the boats quietly go by was heavenly. My husband and i definitely will be scheduling a return visit.

Excellent stay, very close to amenities, pool, hot tub and pool bar. Immediate to Publix and other stores about a five minute walk. We love the balcony over courtyard and could see pond.and the stay was immediate adjacent to a walking path around pond. Very clean, lots of kitchen appliances, brand new fridge. We really enjoyed the whole experience!

We stayed for a month while our home was under construction. Naomi was very attentive and responsive when we had questions. The place was as described and in pictures. I like to cook and found the kitchen stocked with what I needed to do your normal cooking. I loved the showers! You will be spoiled by them. The neighbors where all very lovely as well. I always felt very safe walking my dog in the area, and with my kids. Being able to take a very short walk to look at the Indian river was also beautiful.

Kimberly and co-hosts was quick to respond whenever I had a question. Room was exactly what I expected for my quick trip. Will definitely be looking to stay at another property hosted by Kimberly! !

The owner was friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment was a perfect retreat for my family and me, offering a comfortable place to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Its location was ideal, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and parks. We’ll definitely be back!

The place is very thoughtfully put together and is within walking distance to Publix, Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and Home Depot What else can a man ask for?!

The location was great — not crowded at all and right on the beach. Short drive to lots of restaurants. Very convenient place for kids and had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay there was amazing, everything was excellent like the photos that was shown, the neighbors was very nice and private away from loud noise, Tonya was very responsive when it came to questions about our stay there, most definitely 10/10 stay!

If your like us, and are looking for nearby Disney accommodations with the perfect decorated princess theme, this is for you! We took our two princesses as a Christmas gift and we did all four parks. Not only were we only 10-15 minutes from all the parks we also had nearby restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart etc.! It is equipped with the perfect amenities for any family with little ones (princess stuffies, toys, strollers, high chair, kids cups/forks). We were so lucky to have a princess makeover & tea party with Belle from Enchanted Princess Makeovers, so the Beauty & the Beast decorations couldn’t have fit in more perfectly. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this property more! The hosts were always available for anything we needed during our stay! We can’t wait to be back again! Thank you!

My Crew had a great stay at Yaddiel place. We stayed here for work. Close to Steinbrenner field. recommend to anyone looking to be close to the stadium.

The home was super clean, beautifully decorated felt right at home. highly recommend. Wish we could of stayed longer.

Perfect for what I was looking for. Owner was great, always available if you needed anything. Very friendly, small building. Quiet in the evening and mostly during the day as well. Brand new pool and deck opened when I was there. Donald will be hearing from me the next time I will be in town. Thanks!

We LOVED the condo at Cinnamon Beach-it had a beautiful view from the outside balcony and the inside was decorated so nicely, the photos provided you with a very accurate idea of what to expect! We loved that 2 of the rooms had King size beds-such a bonus! And the unit is an easy walk to the beach or pool. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We would 100% come back and recommend this spot for anyone looking in the Palm Coast area!

My family loved our stay! Tricia was very accommodating and flexible. The unit was perfect. No issues. We were in town for a youth baseball tournament. It was easy to get in and out of the area. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Liana was very communicative- reached out a couple weeks before our stay to provide all the information we would need. She contacted us as soon as the rental was ready day of check-in. The place was clean. Had chairs & beach towels. I noticed the beach umbrella was broken and she had another delivered the next day. Great location. Would stay here again!

We had the most absolutely amazing time. The condo was clean, organized and spacious for the 4 of us. We could have had another couple stay with us. Access to the community pool just steps from our doorstep was convenient. We could also take a short 5-10 min walk to the waterpark, or drive 2 mins around the corner. We had. 10-15 min drive to the Disney parks, and shopping/restaurants were just a short drive away. There wasn’t anything that we wished we had while we were there, and having laundry on site was a life saver for us when we had been gone from home, and driven from Canada to be there. Very smooth and wonderful place to stay. Definitely recommend

Absolutely loved staying at this condo! The inside is decorated so nicely, and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has supplies so that you can cook your own meals. There is a Publix within walking distance which was really convenient. We definitely will be considering this place again next time we need a place to stay in Gainesville.
