We loved our time here. It’s spotless, incredibly comfortable and the best views. Absolutely perfect location and set up.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

We highly recommend Marty‘s place. It had an ocean view, and we enjoyed watching the sunrises and hearing the waves crashing on the beach. Overall, the building was quiet in the pool and pool area were very clean. The only negatives were not enough towels and beach towels we’re not provided or made available at the pool. A trip to Walmart remedied the situation.

Everything was perfect! There are many things to do inside the building as well as outside, the days go by quickly, I definitely recommend it, beautiful views of the sea, the pools, the boardwalk. I will rent it again for my next vacation.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Great place and location was really nice the only bad thing is that it was a little bit further from the beach then we liked but over all it was a nice clean place and very easy to find

The condo was a great place for our family of five. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The location was great for walking to eat in Indian Rocks Beach. The place was clean on the inside. The view was fantastic! The beach was pristine. The beds were comfy. The hosts responded quickly when we had questions. The bathroom doors are slatted not solid - worth being aware of in my opinion. That’s a little awkward. The elevator key didn’t work. We could easily use the stairs but we tracked in a ton of sand that way since there wasn’t an inside floor mat, only the one on the patio that collected salt spray and sand from the gulf. The stairwell was filthy with dead bugs and cobwebs. If you have a large vehicle and it’s a busy time, you may struggle in the parking area. Luckily there weren’t many people during our stay.

We loved our stay here at Joes place! The condo was perfect for 2 couples and our baby. Great views and easy to get to beach, pool and many restaurants.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Well kept condo at a nice, quiet, and pristine neighborhood at a great location. Walkable to beach and friendly neighbors and few minutes drive to the downtown St. Augustine. Sophia is a wonderful host and she proactively gave us the option to check-in early, as soon as the condo was ready.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was as described in the listing and nicely decorated and had everything in it you would need to cook if you would like. You can be as active as you would like. They have yoga and exercise classes and the pools were nice and warm and golf for those that golf. The gym was very nice and all new. The bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Patrice's place and woud stay again.

It was the perfect place to stay! Exactly as represented, very clean. Spacious and right on the beach with a great balcony. TV setup was super with a lot of choices. Master bath was huge with several sinks and mirrors. Very dog friendly with grassy area out back and doggy stations. The dogs loved walking on the beach which was just steps away. Perfects hosts, proactive and responsive! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic place! Super clean, comfortable and even better than described. We love the location, literally steps from the private beach and the oceanfront view is out of this world. Super safe, quiet area with very friendly guests and residents for neighbors. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here at this particular condo and have fallen in love with it. Dave is a superb host and you can tell he takes great pride in his unit. Location is great, close to wonderful local restaurants and grocery store. Satellite Beach is one of the most “walkable”, friendly places we’ve ever been in Florida. “Relaxing” does not even come close to describing the vibe here. We are already planning our next visit and counting the days til we return. Thanks Dave!

Great stay. Condo is well outfitted and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful, no loud neighbors and all are friendly. Narelle is extremely responsive and proactive. Highly recommend.

Was very comfortable and clean ! The recliner has a lift feature which was a nice perk! There is many restaurants very close by and many fun things to do. Those we ran in to were very friendly, mostly dog owners. We definitely will stay there again!

Our stay was great! This was our 3rd stay in the building but 1st time in this unit. It was clean & had everything we needed. We knew ahead of time the pool & hot tub were not working (post hurricane) so we enjoyed the beach - the unit has beach chairs which was so helpful. Sean was a fantastic host. Responded very quickly & was so helpful. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

We stayed 2 weeks during Christmas and we had a very enjoyable time. Put up a Christmas tree with all the trimmings and really enjoyed staying there. The co do is very beautiful. The only thing that I can recommend is another couch, that one is very uncomfortable. But everything else is wonderful. Thank you

Condo # 446 was truly a "penthouse" unit. We loved having doors to the balcony from both the main bedroom and the living room. Directly facing the ocean was wonderful . . . we spent many hours on the balcony enjoying the ever-changing ocean. The unit was attractive and pleasant, but we would like to have been able to watch TV. There are three sets, but no instructions for using the two remotes with each set. Other people staying here were very pleasant and friendly. The pool was great. I would highly recommend this resort.

This Was A Very Accommodating Condo For My Kids There Was A Baby Bed And Extra Blow Up Bed. We Usually Bring Our Own Appliances And Slow Cooker, There Were Two Already In Place Me And My Husband Loved That We Also Loved The Views I Love Water Views And Everything Was In The Area From Restaurants To Different Activities. Will Be Renting Again !

Outstanding location! Right on the strip pretty much. Local access to restaurants shopping and bars. Pool was perfect, waking up to the ocean was amazing. The room was perfectly clean, gorgeous spacious easy to find. The host was more than communicative and helpful for everything. Five star !! I will definitely be going back and staying Again!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!
