We had such an amazing time staying at Eric’s rental. The place was perfectly sized for the two of us and was filled with anything you could possibly need from utensils, bathroom toiletries, (special shout-out for the free feminine products that really wowed me!) and plenty of kitchen appliances. The location is an easily walkable distance from the beach and a few places to eat but the bikes Eric provided allowed us to ditch our car for a few days and explore! The town was wonderful. The residents and locals are extremely friendly and welcoming. Great places to eat and shop around, and the places recommended by Eric were phenomenal. Overall, a wonderful stay in a pleasant town. I would definitely book again with Eric, we greatly appreciate the lovely trip you’ve helped us have.

This cottage met all expectations and is just what we've been looking for in this area. We will definitely stay here again each year on our way home from South Florida! Comfy beds, reading lights in bedrooms and living room. Great location. Great host! We love it!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Fantastic place! Super clean, comfortable and even better than described. We love the location, literally steps from the private beach and the oceanfront view is out of this world. Super safe, quiet area with very friendly guests and residents for neighbors. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here at this particular condo and have fallen in love with it. Dave is a superb host and you can tell he takes great pride in his unit. Location is great, close to wonderful local restaurants and grocery store. Satellite Beach is one of the most “walkable”, friendly places we’ve ever been in Florida. “Relaxing” does not even come close to describing the vibe here. We are already planning our next visit and counting the days til we return. Thanks Dave!

This home provided my husband and me a terrific beach vacation for the entire month. The two decks offer diverse, beautiful views, the neighborhood is lovely, and the beach access is great. Also, the private tiered back yard is a pup paradise. Nolan provides wonderful, warm communication.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. Our stay in Indian Shores Beach at the Beach Cottages was great. The condo is spacious, clean and has all the amenities described. We loved the convenient location off the beach and easy access to the pool and hot tub. We used the shared grills a few times. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms made for great accomodations with our blended family of grandkids, parents and grandparents. Would stay again without hesitation.

Very nice condo that was close to beach and pool. Had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and spacious. Host,Jamie, answered my questions quickly.

We survived hurricane Milton at this rental, so it is, indeed a sturdy house. The rental was beautiful and just as described. The neighborhood was peaceful and neighbors were friendly and personable. Emilee and Sean were easy to contact and answered promptly. They gave me suggestions for places to go if the weather cleared up, which unfortunately for us, really didn’t. When we realized the storm was coming, they said they could help us find some place more northerly to stay, but we just didn’t think that was an option for us. They were concerned and kept in contact with us through it all. This was by far the most unrelaxing vacation we’ve experienced. We spent the bulk of the five days hunkering down for Milton. That being said, don’t let this stop you from considering this as a rental. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental is beautiful and the hosts accommodating. We could have had a great time.

We stayed at Charlie’s place for a week in March. We traveled with our daughters, their husbands and families, which included a 7 month old, 1 year old, and 4 year old. When I tell you this is the perfect place for families, I am not kidding! Charlie had everything you need for the littles. On day 2 we asked if the pool could be a little warmer and he was there within 15 minutes to turn the heater up. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the beaches and too many restaurants to mention. I could go on and on, but believe me when I tell you we couldn’t have had a better week! We will be back!

We had a wonderful family stay at Tim’s place- it was the perfect getaway. The home has all the amenities needed, the views are breathtaking, it’s very spacious and the pool was a plus when kids wanted a break from the ocean. It is far enough away from everything that it’s peaceful and relaxing but close enough for grocery trips and restaurants. Best part was the stars at night and catching a rocket launch. Truly felt like we were staying with family, warm and inviting. Would definitely return!

Great spot for our family of 6 to spend a night. Short walk to sunset beach, we caught a bunch of fish off the dock out back as well.

Great private Beach location. Obed was very helpful and communicated so well! One thing to note is that there are no really close restaurants. You will have to drive at least 10 minutes for a restaurant. other wise it was a perfect location!

Wow! The view, the large patio with Adirondack chairs, and the beach access right out your back door! We gathered with adults and a two-year old, and it was perfect. Quirks include the single bathroom accessible only thru the bedrooms. Plus the Caribbean shower (e.g. outdoor) which was fine with us. Everything was exceptionally clean and fresh, and well-provided. It’s like having your own private oceanfront cottage. Awesome!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a bright, airy space that felt brand new and inviting. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning pool—absolutely perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The fact that it’s heated made it even more enjoyable! The location is a dream! The beach is just a short walk away, and we loved being able to see the ocean from the deck. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, the house had all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring we got plenty of restful sleep after our beach adventures. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to make our stay special! We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back to this slice of paradise 🌴☀️💦

Stayed here for 10 days with family and loved it! Great location, minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Great amenities and swim spa was awesome! Having two houses was great also for privacy! The hosts were very nice and responsive, allowed us a late check out free of charge , which was very helpful since we stayed with three little children and our flight wasn’t until 4pm. Highly recommend this place and we’ll definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful home right on the uncrowded beach! We loved being within walking distance of restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The owners are thoughtful hosts who gave us lots of recommendations on places to eat and things to do in the area. But honestly, no one wanted to leave the house! Highly highly recommend this home for a family retreat.

I’m extremely picky and only nice staying in nice places. I found Danny’s place incredibly clean! You can’t beat the location. This is a private beautiful beach area away from the craziness of historical downtown, yet only about 15 minutes drive if you want to go into that area. I highly recommend anyone who wants a prime location, beautiful sunrise, and learn a thing or two about sea turtles while you’re there :)

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The stunning views and incredible amenities had us spending more time enjoying the home than exploring the town. From the beach chairs and hot tub to the grill, everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable and fun. The kitchen was fully stocked with high-quality pots and pans, making it easy and enjoyable to cook breakfast, lunch, and even grill burgers—while soaking in the most amazing beach view! The layout of the home gave us the freedom to tailor the experience to our group's needs. Whether someone wanted to relax with a nap or head to the beach, it was effortlessly convenient. The beds were so comfy, ensuring restful nights, and the cleanliness of the entire place was impeccable. This home had everything we needed and more, making it a perfect destination for our Daytona trip. We’re already looking forward to planning future stays here!
