This was our 2nd trip to Salt Lake Springs and we were excited to know that Sherrie's cabin was available for the dates we were visiting! This was our 2nd stay at Sherrie's cabin and we must say, it felt like home. Sherrie is a great host and as our trip got closer, Sherrie kept in touch with us to make sure we had a smooth check-in. The cabin was clean and had all the items needed to make sure we were comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The view of the Lake and sunset from the cabin is just impeccable. It's very close to all the springs and hiking trails in the Ocala Forest. We will definitely stay here again and again. Ocala Forest is one of our favorite places and staying in Sherrie's cabin makes it even better. See you again soon! Willie and Debbie

The cabin was exactly the same as the pictures. It has all you need to spend the weekend, just come over and relax.

Every single thing about Niladri and her place was amazing! Beautiful spot, so peaceful and secluded. We had the whole grounds to ourselves the first night and even when the other two cabins were occupied, you still feel alone! Outdoor tub and shower are wonderful even when it’s a little chilly out. She set up Valentines Day balloons, champagne and roses for my fiancé and she loved it. Comfortable bed, clean space, just enough room! The shared restrooms are very clean as well. She was very responsive and friendly every time we spoke and made everything so easy for us! Everything really was 100/10 !

From start to finish Bryans place was exactly everything we could have hoped for. The place was plenty big enough to host 11 girls for my sisters "camp bachelorette" party. Inside and outside was very nice and had all the necessities you need. We ate at Blackwater Grill for dinner and were completely blown away by the food and atmosphere. The place had plenty of beds, plenty of seating and lots of fun to be had. Beds were actually very comfy and the linens were nice. We had a little mishap with the thermostat the first day and Bryan was extremely helpful and responsive in getting it resolved and even came with space heaters for a quick fix while the AC guy was working. He gave us some fun recommendations in the area as well. Would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you Bryan for hosting us :)

Jackie was responsive and when asked provided great recommendations. As previous posts said, even though there are neighbors it was still private. Will stay again

I am going to say thank you again to Vicki. he was an outstanding host. and if you love privacy with the conveniences of everything. this cabin is a great place to stay. it has everything you need without being in the hustle and bustle of everything else. I encourage you to try this place and I believe you will not be disappointed. really really enjoyed it 👍👍🌴☀️🙂

Enjoyed our stay. Cute cabin close to many of the Ocala National Forrest trail heads. Danielle was super responsive to messages. If you are an equestrian, you'll feel right at home here.

We found this location as we were needing to evacuate the Tampa area ahead of hurricane Milton. Our host was very friendly, accommodating, and hospitable!

I waivered on the star rating for how accurately Stefanie described her place because it is WAY understated and she deserves 10 stars for how elegantly the cottage is appointed with gorgeous natural wood and stone with iron fixtures. Her gardens and grounds are vibrant and the alpacas are adorable! Lots of love and talent are evident everywhere. HIGHLY recommend!

Amazing stay for anyone wanting to relax in nature. During the day we used the golf cart they had (with trailer attached) to take the kayaks or paddle boards down to the CRYSTAL CLEAR river that we have access to through their private park. At night we sat by the campfire (provided fire wood). The best part was being able to bring our dogs with us everywhere we went. We cooked some of our meals (in a spotless kitchen) and found a few nearby restaurants with dog friendly outdoor seating. Hosts respond quickly to any question or concern and are very friendly. Would definitely go back.

Nice and secluded, yet close to rainbow river. access to the private park was a nice perk. Only complaint was grill wasn't clean, and the upstairs bed wasn't comfortable...master bed was great though.

The cute little cabin/guest house on the lake is a little slice of paradise. Alfredo and his family made us feel very comfortable and right at home. We had a very peaceful and relaxing 4 days, and wished we were staying longer. We would love to stay here again when we come back to the area.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It’s a very cute little cabin that exceeded our expectations and was fun for everyone. Our hosts were extremely nice and ensured we had everything we needed while we were there.

Our trip was planned primarily for bass fishing all around Lake Kerr. Michael’s place offered a great launching point for us and we were able to dock the boat in the canal right in the back of the cabin. Could not ask for a better set up!

Wow! Cabin was amazing! Had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy! Everyone there at the camp site was so nice! Was able to dock my boat on the water 30 ft. from the cabin. East to load and unload everyday. They have their own store with live bait. Everything you would need. If you love inlet fishing or canoeing with the manatees in the mangroves I recommend you to have a stay!

Booked the Magical Cabin for a girls weekend and it was just as described! Beautiful landscapes and a nice, magical stay. We loved the cabin and how close it was to so many great amenities and towns. We hope to stay there again in the future.

It was perfect! It was conveniently located in a safe part of town. It was quiet and it felt homey. We would definitely stay there again. Helen was very prompt in getting back with you with any concerns.

SO GRATEFUL! We came to escape the hurricane and Diana was so flexible and nice! The place was awesome too. More spacious than the pictures show. Private, quiet, away from the city! We had all that we needed and more. Played a ton of ping pong in the screened outdoor area. Next adventure we will be looking to book here again. 5/5 Stars!

This is a great spot to escape the hustle & bustle!! The views are stunning, it's a very quiet and peaceful spot! Marcus was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Room was spacious and had everything we needed.

Very cute & cozy, so much so that we ended up staying in all Saturday vs going out to Tampa! Lots of activities at the cabin, which we took advantage of, private & peaceful. Appreciated all of the little touches, including the very sweet handwritten note & s’mores kit! Will definitely consider coming back if we are looking for another local cozy trip!

Loved, loved the location!! Bike paths were amazing!! Felt safe . With only three other homes close by it was quiet. Ray even offered a shelter for our ebikes !
