Adorable little cottage. Very comfortable for a long weekend for me, my husband, and two young sons. Can’t beat the location near Bean Point beach.

This place is perfect! Weekend in Gainesville included UF events and wanted a place close to campus and downtown. This is the spot! Impeccably designed, the largest in tech, and clean as a whistle. Kathleen’ place and her responsiveness were on point. Can recommend this place enough!

Loved our stay! Jessica is wonderful with great recommendations! The place is really nice with view of the water and I really enjoyed running through the adjacent park. The place has everything you need and is very close to Busch Garden for those of you looking for something near the theme park.

5 stars may not be enough. Excellent cozy house in the middle of a nice and quiet neighborhood. Place was clean, with all the necessities and felt right at home....really recommend the place. Hosts were very fast in answering any questions we had. Thank you!!!!

loved this place so much we added a night to our stay :) we absolutely love this area and have come up multiple times to visit – downtown Sanford is so much fun and there are so many beautiful nature spots to go for a walk. The house was so cozy and comfortable, and being able to lounge on the back, porch was incredible. The little “plant room” was my favorite❤️ we would absolutely love to come back!

We had a great time here. The location is perfect, close to everything. It only took us about 12 minutes to get to Disney on a Saturday morning-amazing! The house was so clean and cozy we felt right at home. I love that it is at an RV resort, the people around were fellow vacationers and so friendly, we felt very safe the entire time. Sandra is an excellent host and responds very quickly. We had a minor issue with accessing the house and she responded and resolved the problem within 5 minutes. Will definitely be keeping this on our list as a regular spot for our visits to Orlando!

The cutest little place! Perfect for a couple and pet! They were so kind to refunding my pet fee for being a service dog, because they “didn’t believe in charging for a service pet”! Great communication, checked in on me when I hadn’t checked in yet, made sure to let me know how to run the heat an AC when the nights were chilly, even offering to change the temp for me remotely! Can’t wait to stay again!

This was our second stay in this property. It is clean, quiet and private, and we felt very safe. It’s convenient and close to the bay and restaurants.

Cozy and comfortable cottage. Great location, clean space, and appreciated having the extra space for my family versus a hotel at comparable costs. Basic items like coffee, welcome snacks, dish washing pods, etc, appreciated to make the most out of our short stay.

This gem is something that is almost impossible to find anymore. It's a small two bedroom house probably built in the 1930s close to the ground. Much of it is original but has been well maintained. From the porch it is only one single step down to the sand. The ocean IS your front yard. You are not 12' up on poles, or in a condo or hotel room. You have a large area of sand to yourself with chairs and a fire pit. The plants in the pictures took a beating in Helene but I'm sure they'll be back. Walk another 50' and you have miles of white sand beach in both directions. You can eat dinner on your own porch and watch the sun go down over the ocean. You have the entire house. The beds are comfortable and you have everything you need. I do wish the windows opened better than they do because the sea air is wonderful. This was our second stay here.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

This was our second stay at this cottage and we are already looking forward to booking again! My husband and I appreciate the attention to detail with every aspect of our stay. Kristen is a fantastic host. We didn’t have to bother her during our stay because the cottage is stocked with everything we needed. Another awesome stay.

Very Easy to find. Very Clean. Close to the Van Fleet Trail. Host very proactive and friendly. Loved the stay.

This lakeside cottage was perfect for our Palm Coast stay to be near family. The decor matched the photos! It was not hard to Open the door and lock it. We only used the master bedroom and bathroom for the two of us. The bedding was so comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with various dishes and spices. As we’d been traveling for several weeks, the washer and dryer helped tremendously. We wished we had more time so we could have sit in the large backyard or take a dip in the pool but got busy with family activities. The neighborhood was quiet and we heard sweet little birds chirping in the mornings. This cottage has so many extra details thought out to make your stay feel like “home”.

This place was perfect for our group of four! Just enough space for a great price. The hosts were very responsive and very friendly. I would 100% recommend!

The cottage was great! Very clean, TV’s and electric fireplaces in bedrooms and living room. Plenty of toilet paper, trash bags, etc. This is a modular home in a rather rural neighborhood but cute and comfy. We were only here one night so didn’t have time to use the fire pit or back patio seating area, but they would be great for a longer stay. Just down the road from Weeki Wachee which I would highly recommend visiting. The old timey mermaid show and boat ride were wonderful and they have a water park, all for a great price! Would be great for a relaxing family day. Definitely would recommend Jamie’s place! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The back patio was perfect for drinking coffee early in the morning. We also had several dinners under the umbrella covered table. Even laid out in the lounge chairs to catch the last bit of sun. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after the beach, which was 1 block away. Parking was easy, the neighborhood was clean and quiet, and the house was cozy. Rebecca and Steve provided everything we needed for the beach: chairs, umbrella, and beach rug.
