This unit is amazing!!!! It's EXACTLY as the pictures show in the listing. I absolutely recommend booking with Sara. Everything is clean and crisp in the unit. The access from the living and bedroom of the private balcony that over looks the pool was a plus!! The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and is in a neutral area for food/shopping. Sara is extremely nice and responded very quickly. I most definitely will rebook again.

Casa Del Sol is a real treasure. The inside of the property is immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The wrap around deck is beautiful and the location is unmatched in Nokomis. Quick walk to the beach. Very close to grocery stores and restaurants. Located in/near Casey Key. My friends and I were down for a reunion with high school friends and we spent each morning with a beautiful walk along the water. Scott was responsive before and during the stay. Easy check in. There is a car port under the property, which shades your vehicle and provides close and easy parking. The kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. The beds are extremely comfortable. If my travels lead me back to Nokomis, I know exactly where I’m staying.

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

A lovely apartment situated not far from the airport and lots of amenities. The apartment was clean and furnished with comfortable furniture. Fully recommended for those travelling, the gym had a good selection of machines.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

I can't say enough good things about the house and the host. We had the bad luck of the spa being out of service during our stay due to a part needing to be replaced. As much as we had hoped to enjoy that part of the home, the rest of the house and the host more than made up for it. Hoa is easily one of the top 3 hosts I've had so far in my many Airbnb stays over the years. She was proactive, friendly and welcoming, and helped us feel right at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easy to use. I especially liked the labels on the many light switches, drawers, and cabinets. The beds were very comfortable and sofa/TV was relaxing and entertaining. The photos are accurate but really don't do the home justice. I hope to book here again in the future!

My husband and I went to Jodi's house in March to get away from the cold and visit friends in Fort Pierce . The home was beautiful, clean,organized. The neighborhood was safe and friendly. Janice was a perfect host

Great house in a quiet, gated golf course community. Worked perfectly for a week-long stay with (3) generations of family in the house. Property matched pictures and description. Easy to park in driveway and simple access with key-code lock on the front door. Location was very convenient to son's college baseball team tournament games and lodging. Very clean and well-maintained. Desk w/ office chair and curved monitor was a great set-up for adult son who had to work during the visit. Would stay again.

The Peacock house was very clean, decor was cute and creative. They did a great job keeping vintage accents of the original home, like the crystal door knobs, with contemporary amenities. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was nice and very clean as well. There was a notebook with all the info for any question you may have, and Lisa was polite and quick to reply when messaged. The parking was right next to our door, which was great for us. We were traveling with a 6 month old, so it was nice to just be able to run out to the car if we forgot something. Instead of having to run to a parking garage or valet at a hotel. We stayed for one night, just a little stay-cation from Sarasota, but would definitely stay again.

We had an incredible weekend stay at this beautiful and spacious house! The property exceeded our expectations, offering plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day by the pool. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was amazing—super quick to respond to any questions and even helped us retrieve an item we accidentally left behind. We really appreciated the extra effort. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

From start to finish this was a great stay! No surprises when it came to what the place looks like, and communication with the hosts was top notch. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed for a seamless arrival and answered the questions very quickly. This location is a nice neighborhood with easy access to lots of stores, restaurants and highways.

Sandra’s place was great for a quick trip to St. Pete to visit Family. Very clean and comfortable. Hopefully be back soon for a longer stay.

The place was so nice! Pictures don’t do it justice! The area was perfect, walked around lake eola and surrounding areas all day Saturday and it was picture perfect. We don’t have any need to drive anywhere. The only slight complaint I have is the shower, the curtain had a slight smell to it and needs to be changed most likely. Everything else is a 10/10!!!! Would definitely and WILL stay here again!!! Thank you for everything Marc!!!!

Donald is a GREAT Host Friendly and very helpful, he even helped carry up our luggage ... Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need .. very clean and BEAUTIFUL views from both balcony's ... Pool is being repaired after Hurricanes so we could not use it .. But that is not Donalds fault .... We LOVED our stay and plan on going back!! We HIGHLY recommend staying here ... SUPER close to Daytona Activitys ...

We had an excellent stay. We were there for softball games and really appreciated the ice maker and provided ice packs to keep drinks cold in the Florida heat. Everything we needed was provided from hair dryer to kitchen supplies. Would stay here again.
