I’ve stayed at my fair share of AirBnB’s and VRBO’s and Mike is one of the absolute best hosts I’ve ever had. He was very proactive with his communication and was super-accommodating upon our arrival. He gave us a personal tour of the property and ensured our stay was awesome. The views from the property were amazing! Additionally, the property was very well cared for. Will definitely be back!

Excellent rental! It was in a beautiful location. The floorplan was spacious and worked well for our crew. The kitchen was well-stocked and paper products were provided. Everything was pristine and beautifully decorated. Jennifer was great to communicate with and very proactive. It was such a great place for our crew to have a place like this to relax at the end of a long day at the race track. We definitely would love to come back!

We loved sitting on the screened porch morning and night. Very peaceful. Very comfortable for family. Good communication during stay. Heat and AC worked well. Very convenient location to Inverness. We arrived at night it was a little tricky to find but that's what made it so private. Maybe a blue reflector on the mailbox would help! Rowboat, kayacks, canoes, horseshoes, fishing gear, plenty of games for adults and children. A great time.

Go ahead and book this bnb! It was worth every penny. The house was spotless when we walked in and had everything we needed for a week stay. Hosts were so kind and helpful! Very quick to respond when I had questions. Very quiet, peaceful location. Lots of places to eat within 15min of bnb. They have two kayaks and a paddle boat you can barrow. Huge seating area by the water, with over 20 chairs to choose from. My dog loved exploring the back yard and chasing the squirrels. If you play disc golf, Green Gauntlet & Lake Hark are the 2 closest course. Both are wooded and reminded me of stepping into a scene from Jurassic Park lol. 5 of 5 stars for these hosts! We will definitely be back!

Great place, was in town for a fishing tournament, great area and house

We just came back from a wonderful stay at Peter’s place. This was perfect!! The place looks just like the photos, it was spotless!! Very comfortable. Our boys loved fishing, we enjoyed the kayaks and canoe, we relaxed by the water, did s'mores one night, and visited the Silver Springs about 30 min away. This was absolutely perfect for our family.

Michael was a great host! The views are gorgeous, the house was clean and was plenty of space for my family and I. The house is a true gem and I look forward to booking another stay :)

Kyle was incredibly responsive from the moment we booked to after we checked out. This home is truly special, situated in a beautiful location overlooking Lake Thonotosassa with all of the amenities needed for an awesome weekend. We loved being able to enjoy the pool and kayaks during the day and the firepit in the evening. We will definitely be returning to this hidden gem.

Amazing waterfront property, great fishing, turtle & bird watching. The hosts Doug & Marcie welcomed us, gave us helpful tips and recommendations. The home is very well stocked & like the pictures. Cute decorating with lots of helpful things to make your trip easy. Kitchen is well supplied & organized. If you want a relaxing peaceful old Florida trip this is the place.

Can't say enough great things about Jonathan and his place! We loved staying there, felt right at home, we were there with 5 kids and there was always something fun for them to do, swimming in the pool and hot tub, s'mores by the fire, pool, air hockey, pacman was a hit, basketball, and lots of games, books and movies to choose from. There was plenty of space to spread out and feel comfortable and Jonathan added so many thoughtful touches to our stay - greeting us with an Apple Pie on the kitchen counter, a bowl of chocolates in the entry way and plenty of coffee. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, there were plenty of towels for showers and swimming, life jackets were supplied. The kids said they wanted to move there : ). Need I say more? haha

If your looking for a place to get away and relax, this is it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the lake. Thanks Micah!

We really enjoyed our time at the canal front boathouse. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We hope to visit again!

Huge place, very comfortable, outside space was wonderful. Sitting on the deck listening to the birds was great. Neighbors were very friendly and it was nice to walk around the lake nearly every day. It is exactly as described. This is their camp so it’s not fancy and some of the floors are a bit uneven or saggy. But it was very livable and a nice place to stay. Victoria was very responsive any time we messaged her. Would definitely recommend.

It was a very good experience. If I could make any suggestions, it would be to have more towels available. It was enough for a day or two, but we were there three nights with 4 people and there didn’t seem to be enough. Also, hooks in the bathrooms would have been nice. This is just some picky suggestions. Overall, a wonderful location and very nice house.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was perfect—clean, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The home had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was great. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making our experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Ricardo's place is very clean, cozy and peaceful. Very quiet area and separated from loud main roads. The sunset in the backyard was amazing.

Die Lage am See macht das Haus zu etwas Besonderem. Ein- und auschecken ging sehr unkompliziert. Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind vorhanden. Es gibt reichlich Platz, theoretisch auch für viel mehr Gäste als und, und die beiden Kanus sind eine tolle Möglichkeit, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Leider konnten wir die Feuerstelle auf der Veranda nicht nutzen, das Gas war alle, aber das ist sonst bestimmt extrem gemütlich. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen am und im Haus sind fällig, aber das stört den Gesamteindruck nicht. Insgesamt war alles prima und komfortabel!

Amazing place, super cozy feeling, we had a great time outside and it was extremely peaceful. The absolute perfect escape we needed from the busy city! It goes without saying that Lydia (Host) was super friendly and helpful through the arrival and departure. 10/10 would recommend and come back!

Was looking for a place to accommodate a group of 6 on a business trip. This place was wonderful! I would definitely book again for my own personal vacation! Cindy is a wonderful host!
