The house was exactly as pictured, my family and I enjoyed are stay and had everything we needed. Would defiantly recommend visiting.

The Toasty Coconut was a great place to stay! Our stay was cut short due to mandatory evacuations for Hurricane Helene and it broke our hearts as our family was having a great time! The home is 5 houses down from the beach, a less than one minute walk puts you on the sand. Ammeys home included everything and more you could need, from beach items like umbrellas, chairs, toys to smaller items like books, board games, laundry detergent, trash bags that other places give you one or 2 of at most. The pool was our favorite part next to the beach, it was gorgeous out there with tons of comfortable furniture. We are saying lots of prayers and sending good vibes to everyone on AMI!

Exactly what was listed. Very clean and maintained. Lots of space for spreading out. Pool area was perfect for relaxing. Host Jimmy was amazing!

Cozy and Charming Home Away from Home! I recently stayed at this lovely house, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm ambiance and thoughtful details throughout the space. The decor was stylish yet comfortable, making it feel like a true home. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking a delight. I especially appreciated the cozy living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. If you're looking for a charming place to stay, this is it!

This place was beyond what we were expecting. Only thing that would have been better for us would be more parking. We had a 19 foot boat and had to park in the road to hook up and unhook the boat. But that is to be expected anywhere really. Most drive ways are not long enough to support a 19 foot boat hooked to a full size vehicle lol. We loved it and will be back to stay here very year!

Lisa was a great host the place was just as pictured. Convenient location -- loved being next to a Starbucks. Very comfortable.

This was our second stay at Jesse’s place and it was wonderful again. The location is great. The property was very clean and comfortable. The third floor has easy access to the gym and pool. We don’t need a car when we visit. Whole Foods is two blocks away as is the free trolley to the beach. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just a few blocks away. We highly recommend.

This was a great place for my boyfriend and I to stay before ending our trip. It was in a quiet area not far from many beaches and activities. It was clean and spacious with simple entry and exit instructions

Dan and Charles place was perfect in every way! We cannot say enough about their place and them! Location couldn’t have been any better. We’ve been coming to Sarasota for 3 years now and this place was at the top of our list.Don't hesitate, book it now!

Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

Theresa was on top with issues, even those out of her control, (when the outside power lines came down.)She reached out to make sure everything was good. Checked in on us during our stay, Very professional, I’d recommend her place and remember it for future trips.

Fantastic place! Super clean, comfortable and even better than described. We love the location, literally steps from the private beach and the oceanfront view is out of this world. Super safe, quiet area with very friendly guests and residents for neighbors. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here at this particular condo and have fallen in love with it. Dave is a superb host and you can tell he takes great pride in his unit. Location is great, close to wonderful local restaurants and grocery store. Satellite Beach is one of the most “walkable”, friendly places we’ve ever been in Florida. “Relaxing” does not even come close to describing the vibe here. We are already planning our next visit and counting the days til we return. Thanks Dave!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. Great location one block from the beach and quick drive to St Augustine. Place was exactly as we expected and very clean. Had a wonderful time.

We had a lovely stay at Don's place. The place was very clean, cool in temperature, and had a good view of the ocean. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities. The lock and keypad was easy to use (it was a little difficult for me to find the passcode, but Don responded right away to my request). Prior to check in we went to the pool and ordered some food, the pool/bar area was very nice, friendly staff, and it was close to the apartment. Also great coffee at the hotel across the road (The Current). I wish we could've stayed longer! Definitely recommend.
