We really liked the location for our Disney excursions. The resort pool area was fantastic and loved 4pm happy hour. The condo was spacious and comfortable for 7 adults and a baby. I did share a few minor concerns prior to departure that will be easily fixed. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

We stayed here the last week. (Mar 25-Apr 1st.) The check in process was simple. Marcia was very responsive with any and all questions I had. The area has lots to do. Universal and the ocean only about an hour drive. Perfect location. Highly recommend Old Town Kissimmee for the car show nights. We went two nights in a row. I have no complaints. Thank you Marcia for making our stay memorable. We look forward to our next vacation.

Our hosts were great. They had clear instructions on check-in. They were responsive, although we didn't need to contact them because we had everything we needed. We were a family 6 who stayed for two weeks and we were more then comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook lots of meals. The unit was close to the pool and also a short walk to Old Town. It's a great middle ground between Disney and Universal. We wouldn't hesitate to book with them again.

This was a great place to stay. It was clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very clean. There were plenty of restaurants within a short driving distance to eat at. Very close to disney world and reasonably close to universal studios. The location was quiet. There is a great cigar lounge within walking distance.

Location was convenient. Unit was as described and per pictures. Quick and easy spot for parent visit to UF. Would stay again.

Vanessa’s place was amazing as always. Location is very convenient and close to historic downtown. The house is cozy and has a large backyard. Really enjoyed our stay.

The property was beautiful, very clean, and easy to check into. The home itself was a great place to stay. However, the hosts were very particular about their rules and expectations, which made us feel like we had to be extra cautious during our stay. Other than that, we had a great time and there weren't any issues. Hosts were professional and respectful. Would recommend.

Vincent's place looked exactly like the listing and was extremely clean. It had all of the items we needed and more. As a family, this was the first time we spent Christmas away from home. We arrived to a Christmas gift for our family, which was very thoughtful. Vincent's responses were always prompt and courteous. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Rachel's place. It was located on a quiet and safe street, right next to an elementary school, and public playgrounds. 10 min walk to Starbucks and supermarket, which is very convenient. The place itself is very spacious and with high ceilings. Place is very clean and stocked with many helpful amenities. there's coffee, tea, and a lot of cooking supplies. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we would stay there again next time!

Highly recommend booking! We felt very safe in the gated community. The locals were welcoming and friendly. The community was clean and peaceful and full of beautiful scenery! The pool and splash pad were clean and easy to access. The house was full of all amenities that we needed for the week and it was very clean! Gil was quick to respond to our questions and was very polite and professional. Disney MK and Gatorland were within 30 minutes of the house which made for quick day trips for us. Also I wanted to note the beds are actually comfortable! It's almost impossible to find a good bed in a hotel/rental but these ones were amazing and we all slept great. Thanks again Gil & Chris! We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip :)

Must Stay! This condo is absolutely beautiful. Nice, clean and very spacious. We had no problems. We will be returning!

This was just the place for a week in Florida to watch spring training baseball. I loved that each bedroom has its own TV and there are two bathrooms upstairs. The pool is practically across the street and I had it to myself whenever I went. Grocery stores just outside the gate were a huge convenience!

This was one of the best AirBnB stay's I have ever had!! The house was immaculate, perfectly located for both baseball games and downtown walkability, and some of the most responsive hosts I have ever had! We had a minor issue with the locks that was fixed very quickly and did not interfere with our stay at all. Added bonus, the hosts are local and we ran into them downtown and got some great recommendations!

By far this has been one of the cleanest and dust free places I've rented from Airbnb! We got a quick chance to meet her when we left and she was super sweet! I highly recommend her and will definitely stay again when I'm back to Orlando! Thank you Delmy for letting us check out a bit later!

This is one of the top places we've stayed. Memory foam beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking and leftover containers. We really enjoyed the patio. Location was easy in, easy out with lots of shopping, restaurants in the area. We would stay here again.

This was our second time at Patrick’s Air BnB. The unit makes you feel at home. Everything was in good repair and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy's townhouse! The location is a good balance of peace & quiet while also being an easy walk to Flagler Ave and the beach. The upstairs balcony was a great place to start the day with a cup of tea and a book. And the second bedroom has a lovely view of the live oaks beyond the patio. Kathy was friendly, attentive, and communicative. We would definitely stay here again.
