This is the 2nd time staying here, and I will be booking again. The home is very comfortable, homie and Kathie is an excellent host. She is very responsive and leaves clear instructions on how things work.

We had an amazing stay! My 4 year old daughter was obsessed with every room and couldn’t wait to get back to the house to play- it made leaving the theme parks a breeze! 😂 we had a total of 11 people and everyone slept comfortably!

This is absolutely the best place place we have ever rented. The owner and her family are awesome. Everything was better than the pictures . If you are going to stay on this Island this is the place to stay. They have thought of everything. Location is great and they have everything you need. Pool area is perfect.

We love this Airbnb!! It’s our second time here and we will come back every time we are in St. Augustine. The place is so clean and tidy. Perfect for the two of us and our two dogs. Very dog friendly with the area in the backyard for them and some nice lounge chairs. The beach is walking distance and we take our dogs there in the mornings! And for the cherry on top, Taco Shop is less than a minute walk across the street! We will be back a million times :)

We loved the bungalow and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Quiet and very clean. Plenty of room in the house and lots of things to do in the area. We will go back.

Real cozy and inviting place. Hard to find a home so close to everything. But josephs house was just that. Walking or riding distance to beaches. Little further to shops but trolly was nice. Pool and hottub were thr main attraction for us. Hottub takes a good hour to heat up but once it does its hot. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Kim

It was a nice place. Everything was decent. Quiet and a nice location. Just notice that pictures show a very nice pool of which there is, but is not included in the price of what your paying for. Which is fine, just make note of that and maybe shouldn't be as a first picture of advertisement. You can buy a pass/day for the pool is what we found out. Overall, I would come back again and plan on it! Thank you for offering this nice place!

The condo was very clean and conveniently located right across the street from the ocean. They went above and beyond supplying complimentary items such as deodorant, milk, cereal, and so many other things that they didn’t have to provide, which we thought was very nice of them! The beds were comfy and the top floor has a great view of the ocean.

We love this place and would book again. After our beachfront small condo rental was damaged in the hurricanes we booked this place quickly as we were busy planning for our son's Tampa wedding. We were pleasantly surprised on how nice this is. Five nice sized bedrooms separate enough for privacy, a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful, private, solar heated pool. Lots of fun things to do with foosball table , pool and ping ping pong, kayaks and fishing equipment. You certainly could have 6 people here with no problems.

I stayed almost 3 months at Aaron's Palm Bay Hideaway. Overall, the house was clean and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen for long term use. The appliances, i.e., washing machine and dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator, were all top quality. Aaron was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any issues that came up, specifically a plumbing issue and a heating issue which were immediately taken care of. The garage space was useful for storage of my bicycle, bike rack and empty suitcases. The lanai was my favorite part of the house. The backyard provided a private lanai area to sit and enjoy the sounds of birds singing and the rustling of the bamboo grove. The neighborhood was quiet, and I found it a safe place to stay.

Eddie was an exceptional host and the house was very clean and comfortable. It’s in a nice neighborhood too. I highly recommend this home.

Alex was an amazing host always on hand when we needed him. Great place to stay, close to everything but also peaceful and quiet. Would defo stay again!

We had a great time enjoying the great weather in the backyard….Our boys were able to swim, fish and kayak. We saw some dolphins and manatees which they thought was pretty cool. And you can’t beat being across the street from plenty of beach parking.

Location was close to beach, shopping and restaurants and had everything we needed for a week long stay. There were beach chairs available, kitchen utensils and cookware. Great location!

Great communication and easy to work with.

The house was perfect for all six of us. Jessie was super responsive to all our questions. Having on suite bathrooms for each bedroom was exactly what we were looking for. We really enjoyed the heated pool during our time there. Would definitely recommend it.

Our friends got married at Baker’s Ranch and a few of us from the wedding party stayed here. It was a great spot, very modern, cute, and spacious. When there was a tiny issue with check-in, Pete was very on top of it and came to a quick resolution. I definitely recommend this spot!

Great place to stay for our family Disney Vacation. Check-in was easy. Kids loved the Mickey room, upstairs lounge area and air hockey. Plenty of space for our group of seven (3 kids) and clear of clitter. Kitchen was stocked for cooking.

I love the home. I felt like everything was exactly described and it was very close to Disney for my family trip. The hosts were very responsive and communicated with me well. I highly recommend for anyone to come and book with them.

My husband and I had a great time at the Lake house. They were kind enough to let me borrow a fishing pole to fish with. Although it was rather windy and the fish didn’t cooperate, it was still nice. Also they provide you with several bottles of water, creamer, condiments for if you forget yours. The house was cozy and very clean. They also have a massage therapist on the property which is an added treat if you would like to do that. For commission. If I had to say anything negative at all, would be that parking is kind of restricted for bigger vehicles and the air conditioning was a bit of a deal as it took it a good while to cool down when we got in the first night and then nearly froze while sleeping. Hahah. And so when we turned it off the next morning, we waited a little too long to turn back on and then it took it a good while to cool back down. Hot flashes are horrible. We had a lovely time and they are lovely people. They have a cute boathouse they rent too. WBB.

Our family was in town for a work trip with some time at Disney mixed in. This home was the perfect balance for us. On days where we didn’t go to the Disney parks, the kids played at the pool on the property or we went to the neighborhood pool / water slides. On days going to the park it’s a very easy drive less than 20min depending what time you go. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Overall great value home.

I had an excellent stay at this Airbnb! The owners were incredibly responsive, professional, and attentive. The details provided prior to arrival and the check-in process were seamless and clear, making everything stress-free. Upon arrival, the property was spotless, with everything in place. The air conditioning and appliances worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the outdoor patio needed some attention, the owners promptly addressed it after personally reaching out, which I greatly appreciated. The media/theater room was cozy, comfortable and equipped with a small refrigerator. Although the AC worked like a gem, portable fans were available the use. Garbage was picked up daily and security was ever present. The game area was functional. There was ample parking, and access to the property was secure and easy. This was a HUGE plus! Special thanks to Ryan for his professionalism and quick responses in making our stay exceptional. I would definitely stay here again!
