Great location, quiet back yard. Lots of space for what we needed. Ashwin was very responsive to any questions we had. Great value! We would stay here again!

The house and the grounds were fantastic. We spent most of our time outside by the pool and hot tub. The house was well stocked, and we were able to cook some great meals. Samamtha made the check-in process very easy and had sent us information ahead of time on the house and area which was really helpful. We had a great time there and highly recommend Samantha's house.

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

Amazing Home. Clean, quiet, spacious. Beautiful lake views to watch the sunrise. Host Amber is the Best! She and her property management team were easy readily available with any questions or concerns we had. Everything worked. The theater room was awesome. Our Thanksgiving was amazing thanks to Amber. She takes great pride in taking care of her home and making sure her guests have what they need.

This home incredible, it is a massive space and great for large groups. The theme rooms for kids are adorable. The kitchen space is amazing. The pool is a little bit small if you have a lot of people. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect for us. Some minor issues. The patio area was not very clean, there are a lot of critters (it’s Florida so expected), but we had to buy citronella candles to help. The pool had a lot of debris, the host did get the pool guy out quickly to clean, but unfortunately overnight the pool just gets bugs in it, I don’t think that’s avoidable. The internet was a little slow. The house doesn’t have cable so we had to purchase YouTube tv to watch Sunday football games. But overall the house is just amazing and so close to the parks. We would 100% recommend it and stay again.

Host was quick to respond to any questions regarding the stay which made it very easy on our group. Recommendations for restaurants in the area were very helpful. Would recommend and stay again if visiting the Tampa area with a large group.

This was a wonderful place for our family to stay during our trip to Disney. There is plenty of room. It holds a lot of people but doesn’t feel cramped at all. Plenty of space to enjoy and even plenty of space if someone needed quiet time alone. We also loved the amount of bathrooms in the house. The pool was great, the kids especially enjoyed it and the old people enjoyed the hot tub. :) A little hiccup with the pool heater which was rectified immediately. Although very annoying sometimes because of the children, the alarm on back sliding door to pool area is SUCH a great addition. We had a 5 yo and 2 yo with us and caught them a few times trying to get outside and the alarm immediately alerted us. The game room was a nice touch. Overall, just a gem of a place with easy drive to Disney. Would definitely stay again. My daughter just moved to Orlando, so may use again in future if we need to. Our family of five (two adults, three boys) enjoyed this beautiful slice of the gulf coast. Sipping coffee with the sunrise, waving to the passers by in the boats cruising by, watching my littlest snorkel in the pool and we all enjoyed a spa session in the hot tub. We loved “take out” dinners pool side with the pool lit in a perfect neon purple hue! Later in the afternoons, we played cards and catch phrase, courtesy of the house. At night, all retreated to the different cozy rooms for tv with comfy blankets. The beach was a quick walk or drive. Nothing like that tranquil sea foam green water. We will absolutely be back. Spotless. Beautiful. Chic. 🙏

Perfect location on Siesta Key. The condo was clean and well equipped. Check-in /check out was a breeze and Barb was very responsive. We will be back 😊

We had such a lovely stay! The place was just as pictured. Plenty of space for the 9 of us to lounge around the house and hangout by the pool. We will definitely be back!

This is the second time we have stayed at Michael's house and as always my family had a great time! The house is in a lovely resort community, is clean, on a quiet street, and looks like just the pictures. Michael is a great host and replies in a timely manner with any issues. This will be our go to house whenever we are in the Orlando area!

This is a very comfortable property. Good location to several town centers and the neighborhood recreation center. The owners were very responsive, always within minutes of my inquiry. A very nice outside area and a heated pool that was used every day. I would be happy to stay there again.

The house was just as described and perfect for our stay, Luis was very flexible, responsive, and communicated regularly with us. We were very happy with the location, very close to the ball fields we were visiting. We were able to relax on the lenai and in the pool....fantastic. Luis was a perfect host!

We had a wonderful month at Michelle's place. She is a very responsive host and we would Definitely rent again. She answered all our questions in a timely manner. The house was fully equipped for all our needs. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Very enjoyable!!🌞
