Excellent place to stay in Lakeland, close to everything. Apartment was nice and cozy.

Eileen was sooo friendly! The space is wonderful and the pool is amazing. We loved staying here and will definitely be back!

Rental was just like pictures and right on the water. Patio/deck was perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or cocktails at night. Extremely clean and spacious and within easy walking distance of restaurants and beach. Perfect location!

We were fortunate to find such a perfectly located place that we could easily walk to shopping, restaurants, and beautiful Crescent Lake. Julia’s accommodation is fresh, and very well-appointed with every comfort and convenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay.

We had a spectacular two week stay at the Suite Spot! Neighborhood is safe, peaceful and convenient. Located near Lake Hollingsworth, several colleges and many restaurants. Easy keyless entry/exit. Every amenity imaginable is available, everything is labeled and accessible, and the entire place is extremely pristine. Three large televisions! Steven is immediately responsive to any request. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

Very comfortable, great location for my needs! The Townhome had everything I needed! Loved the Washer & Dryer! Felt like my second home! Aj was very helpful, and responsive to any question or issue! This was my 2nd time staying there and would do it again! Thanks Aj, Tom

We really enjoyed our time at Carlo’s place. We were in the area to visit family this place made it even more enjoyable. I would only recommend more pots and pans for cooking. I really did appreciate his quick response to our questions and even brought us a box of our favorite coffee pods to accommodate!

This was the perfect place to stay! Super clean, peaceful, and private. The layout of the home is ideal and it is nearby many places to shop and eat. Very responsive and kind host. We would definitely stay here again if we ever came back to the area. 100% recommend this home.

We got in later than expected so having the code ready for us was key. We had a few questions throughout our stay that Hector either texted or called back within 20 minutes. Home was on the same street as a family friend which made visits easy. We were within 15-30 minutes of all other family, restaurants, or activities that were on our agenda. Home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 3 adults and a toddler. Had all the pots/skillets and utensils needed. I would recommend you buy extra hangers, garbage bags, and toilet paper if you are staying longer than a week. Also, there were no baking pans/sheets. None of that troubled us though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

We arrived in town earlier than expected and reached out to see if we could check early they responded quickly and were happy to accommodate us. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. Later, when our flight was delayed, we asked if we could check out later, and they graciously allowed it. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again!

Jane is a great host and this is a comfortable little spot- our family loved eating on the back screened in room/patio for nearly every meal. It’s quiet, even next to a main road. Great acoustics inside. We if we’re in Sarasota, we’ll definitely check to see if this is available

Small cottage in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. a few great restaurants nearby, especially for breakfast. the beaches are about 15-20 min drive

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to come back soon. The view is breathtaking. The condo is very close to Saint Augustine. The hosts were extremely accommodating and pleasant. They always responded quickly. Can’t wait to book this place again and have another relaxing vacation!

Great location to the cruise terminal. Place is a bit dated and the beds weren’t comfortable. Host maintained great communication and was very responsive and provided clear instructions.

I was exceptionally happy with my stay . Everything was so conveniently close and comfortable all around .We felt right at home , everything was exactly as described and made getting back and forth to Disney too easy !! Highly recommend and would stay again !

We loved this place and the location was great. We initially had problems with the WiFi but Alexandra and her husband fixed them right away with a new router. We didn’t have any problems at all after that. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Our family with small children had a brief but wonderful stay in Treasure Island. The condo was extremely nice and clean, the building felt safe, and the beach was only a very short walk away. We loved being able to see sunsets over the Gulf from the condo!

Great place and location was really nice the only bad thing is that it was a little bit further from the beach then we liked but over all it was a nice clean place and very easy to find
