Every morning I watched the sunrise across the field. It was peaceful and quiet. Allicia is super attentive and flexible. If available I plan to stay at Alicias for my annual visit to relations in a nearby town.

I rented this place as a gift for my daughter and her partner for her birthday. They enjoyed their stay at her place and said it felt cozy.

Hazel's House was very clean, spacious and comfortable Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed. Location was super, very close to the Katy Trail. Danielle is a very friendly, responsive host and was gracious in allowing us an early check in. Highly recommend!

The McCully Heritage stay was absolutely perfect for us. The site was so private and serene. Us and our two shepherd mutts had such a fun time exploring. We saw a big old buck deer, a skink, and wildflowers. The cabin was very comfortable and clean, everything we needed. Tons of hot water, a really comfy bed, and great movie DVD selection.

Agna provided an excellent retreat for my money's worth! The hot tub was such a fun experience every night, and the sauna was a refreshing touch to every shower. Overall, this was a 5-star experience!

We had such a lovely time staying in Katie’s carriage house. The Soulard neighborhood is wonderful, and we were impressed with how many things were within walking distance of the place. Tyler, the other AirBnb owner, was extremely friendly and responsive! Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

We were attending a family funeral and needed a place to stay in our hometown for a few days. Shade’s Inn was the perfect place to meet our needs. Our stay at this charming little cottage was absolutely wonderful! The space was cozy, spotless, and had everything we needed for a great experience. We loved the location, tucked away in the backyard of the main house, providing us with easy access, plenty of parking and privacy. The host, Danielle was incredibly responsive and even offered an early check-in if we needed it. I highly recommend this property to anyone needing a cozy 1 or 2 bedroom cottage in Carrollton. You won’t be disappointed.

Carol’s place was amazing. Honestly, even better than the pictures. Loved all the architectural flare as well as tasteful and complimentary decorations. The place smelled clean, felt clean, and had everything you might need. Our only regret was that we were there for a busy weekend with family, so we didn’t get to enjoy the place as much as we would have liked. Highly recommend.

Check in was very easy and no had to problems getting in. Wonderful kitchen especially if you’re going to be cooking while you’re there. The location was very close to everything we wanted to do while we were in town but it still felt private and peaceful. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Elena had a beautiful space. The view of the lake is amazing, and we enjoyed it while sitting in the dome, cooking over the grill and open fire, and from the indoor dining table. Elena was very proactive and responsive - quickly responding to questions about early check in (which she accommodated), providing fire wood, and providing park passes. We had a great weekend visiting the Indiana Dunes thanks to Elena!

We've stayed in a lot of places in many cities, but this is the absolute cleanest and most well-appointed we've ever seen. Although it's in a basement, some well-placed windows and clever treatments prevent it from feeling underground. There's a couple of things to be aware of before booking in case you have specific needs, but they don't detract AT ALL from how pleasant it is to stay here: 1) The entrance is down a somewhat steep gravel path and around the back. Was fine for us, but if you have someone who has mobility issues (small children, young person on crutches, elderly person with balance issues, etc.), it could be a little tricky, especially if there's weather that makes the path slippery. 2) Be aware that if you need more than the two bedrooms for sleeping areas, your other guests will want to bring sleep masks, as the additional beds (while very comfortable) are in areas that get a lot of early morning light.

Ryan’s place met our needs perfectly and was central for things to do with our kids. He was very helpful at check-in with our luggage and kind.

I had a great stay at the hillside hideaway. The cabin is small but cozy and had everything we needed. 10 beds and the best couch ever. I would recommend. Gloria was a great host that reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and found the place alright. Full kitchen to make meals was awsome. My only issue was that the shower water had a tough smell of sulfur, which was unpleasant.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. Angie is a great host and the property is just what we wanted for our trip to Carlyle area.

We were in town for the State Wrestling Tournament at State Farm Center. This place was a great value compared to hotel prices, was a good location, was clean, and felt homey. I would stay there again.

My partner and I had such a lovely stay! The home was beautiful and gave off such a calming atmosphere. Check in was very simple and we felt right as home as soon as we entered! Kelly and George were also very communicative, friendly, and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!!

Paul and Tricia's place -- half a duplex -- was a great find in Mt. Pleasant. Check in was a breeze, the place was spotless and charming. There was a nice selection of snacks awaiting me and TVs with Roku in both the living room and bedroom. They even had washer/dryer access which came in handy to get the wrinkles out of my dress shirt. The rules of the house were clearly communicated and easy to do. The neighborhood is within walking distance of the town square where there were a number of nice places to eat. Pad Thai is a local Thai place that was surprising to discover in a small Iowa town. The singular downside to this location has nothing at all to do with the space or the attentive host, but with the proximity to the railroad tracks -- but the hosts disclose that the unit is within walking distance to the Amtrak station. Overall, though, the place was great and should I find myself back in Mt. Pleasant again, I would happily return to this airBnB.

Donna had great communication and was easy to work with. The house was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

We will stay here again while in town. Very easy to get to all the places we needed to be. Peace is the word I can describe from booking to staying to leaving. You will be happy staying here. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond. So blessed to have stayed here.
